Some of the staff are friendly, thanks for the warm environment, they just need to fix the ice machine because they clearly have a problem when we ask for ice yet I’m a paying guest. Not all rooms are modern and one bathroom had a smell so I got my room changed. When I stayed 1 night in the superior room I ordered Malva Pudding which looked absolutely nothing like it, I called to complain and was informed that it looks like that. I asked for a refund, this was not worth R75 at all. I’ll be back but definitely not for the food.

I liked the atmosphere here.i left relaxed and welcomed from the moment I arrived at reception. I Got warm welcome from Kabelo ,staying here was like a dream ,I loved the room nd how quiet it was during the night ...Room was Extremely clean Thanks Petunia and josias for that enjoyable water

Such a great experience! I’ve been there twice, each time for over a month, and it’s always been wonderful. The staff are friendly and consistently willing to help. A special thanks to the reception ladies, the chefs, housekeeping, and of course, David ;)

The proximity to the Gautrain station and a shopping center also in a walking distance is an added advantage. The service from the front desk all through to the housekeeping staff is just professional. The rooms are very well maintained and clean. Definitely a place to come back to and recommend to others. Bravo Protea Hatfield!!!

Affordable three star. Pleasant stay and safe parking. Comfortable bed. WiFi didn't work in the room and no flexibility whatsoever for early check-in ("the rooms aren't ready" - but suddenly they're all ready at the same time...). Would stay again at the correct price point.

I have truly enjoyed attending my trainings here. The facilities are in good and reasonable condition, and although the parking area is a bit small in size, it is still manageable. I would also like to express my appreciation to Phineas and Khomotso for their excellent service. They consistently ensured that we had water and something to eat during our tea breaks, and their friendliness and approachable nature made the experience even more pleasant.

I had a wonderful stay. The receptionist staff were welcoming and friendly, the bed was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the food was simply amazing. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to others.

I have received excellent services from the following waiters and waitresses: Phineas, Lerato, Irene, Kamogelo,Junior,Tsholo,Vinolia I was served with a smile, love and they are dedicated and passionate about the work that they are doing. Keep up the good work guys. I am going to miss them as we are about to leave the hotel. 🙏🙏
