Great stay for 3 nights at a lovely hotel. Rooms were lovely. Roof top pool was very nice, good place to sit for a pre-drink in the sun. It’s right in the middle of Palma. Around 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. Perfect location for exploring a great city. Not too far from the bus and train stations. Very comfortable beds, great shower. We did not eat at the hotel but the breakfast looked good. Would return and recommend.

We have just returned home after 5 nights at your wonderful hotel. On checking in we were met by Patricia who was so friendly and helpful. Throughout our stay all of the staff treated us in exactly the same way. Our room 310 was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold with plenty of choice. The rooftop pool area was not large but there was enough beds etc to enjoy the sunshine. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the shops and bars. The 1A service bus taking you to / from the airport is a 5 minute walk away. A really lovely hotel in a central location. Perfect in every way. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, I will be returning without any doubt. Thank you to everyone.

Had a fabulous week long stay at this top class hotel. Staff all friendly & welcoming, must mention Patricia on reception who gave us a wealth of information on check in which was super helpful. Rooms spotlessly clean & stylish. Lovely full length window with window seat. Room bright & spacious. Roof top terrace was excellent, hired Bali beds for our days at the pool, €25 per day which was great value. Price of food & drinks at pool bar reasonable. Would not hesitate to return or recommend this wonderful hotel 😊

An enjoyable two-night stay, with a good-sized well-designed room (but no view to speak of). Best to follow the advice posted in the lift re peak breakfast timings, and turn up before the crowd of holiday-makers builds up after 0830; as others have said, the layout of the buffet is confusing. We arrived on a Sunday evening, when many Palma restaurants are closed - but had a great informal meal at El Tapas PMI a couple of minutes away on Passeig de Mallorca.

Great hotel near everything in city centre. Rooms are spotlessly clean as is the rest of the hotel, check in very quick and easy, which was ideal as our flight was delayed by quite a few hours. Hotel staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful, and they even gave us a free drink voucher to be used in the hotel which was a nice touch. Pool area is great for a city centre hotel - it’s modern and has a nice bar (with very reasonably priced drinks) and is larger than I expected. There are cabanas which you can book from 8am and I believe it’s €25, but they book out quickly so need to be fast to book in morning. There are also a good few sunbeds and soft sofas. Will definitely return!

Just returned from a spectacular 5 night stay/holiday with my 18 year old daughter for her special birthday and it did not disappoint! If I could give this hotel 100 stars I would!! The hotel it self is gorgeous, very clean and all modern rooms with touch screen controls. Cleaned each day and fresh towels if we needed. Our hot tub was on point after our late flight. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us on any request and very pleasant at all times. The breakfast was plentiful and the hot food was hot! Definitely worth the 14 euros. The roof top pool bar and food was excellent and plenty of beds. We loved the Poke bowls! We had the holistic experience in the spa and it was amazing. Didn’t use the spa but looked relaxing. Fantastic location, a 5 min walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Lots of lovely spots around the hotel - sushi restaurant opposite was beautiful and Italian up the road. I cannot praise this hotel enough it’s the best I’ve stayed in for a long time and will be returning hopefully next year. Hats off to the team and mangers. Thanks Claire & Kitty x

Excellent hotel with super friendly staff. Great location, 10 min walk to the old town and close to a great area with lots of good bars and restaurants. Spacious, clean room with comfy bed. Greet breakfast choice. Nice pool on the roof and indoor pool and spa. We will 100% stay here again when we are next in Palma.

Absolutely fabulous hotel in the centre of old town Palma. Shops, Restaurants and Marina within a few minutes walk from Hotel.|Extremely friendly and attentive staff from moment we arrived until we departed. We booked direct and got complimentary drink on arrival.|Very spacious and modern hotel, with rooftop terrace bar and pool. It also has a small basic gym and indoor pool.|Our room was compact but had everything you needed, comfortable bed, large shower, safe in room and bathrobes and pool towels. |We had b&b, the breakfast had a huge selection of foods from fruit, yoghurt, pastries, meats, cheeses, hot food, tea, coffee and juices. Staff in restaurant and bar very friendly and attentive.|We had a late flight so we were able to leave our luggage and avail of the hotel facilities until we departed and shower facilities were available, top class.|We got A1 bus from Airport (€5) and takes about 20/25 minutes, hotel is less than 5min walk from final stop, |Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This is an ultramodern new property that opened in early 2019. Excellent location close to the center, but on a quiet side street. Quite a spread for breakfast. Two pools, one on the roof, one inside. Gym, sauna and steam room. Very modern rooms, powered black out shades, large Samsung tv, and many thoughtful design touches. I found it recommended in the NYTimes recent "36 Hours in Majorca" - "Opened in January, the 99-room Protur Naisa Palma Hotel is on a quiet street just outside the old town with an inviting lobby lounge and restaurant, an indoor pool and spa, and a rooftop pool with sun beds and lounge chairs (Carrer de Simó Ballester, 6; protur-hotels.com; from about €150)."
