Just returned from a spectacular 5 night stay/holiday with my 18 year old daughter for her special birthday and it did not disappoint! If I could give this hotel 100 stars I would!! The hotel it self is gorgeous, very clean and all modern rooms with touch screen controls. Cleaned each day and fresh towels if we needed. Our hot tub was on point after our late flight. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us on any request and very pleasant at all times. The breakfast was plentiful and the hot food was hot! Definitely worth the 14 euros. The roof top pool bar and food was excellent and plenty of beds. We loved the Poke bowls! We had the holistic experience in the spa and it was amazing. Didn’t use the spa but looked relaxing. Fantastic location, a 5 min walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Lots of lovely spots around the hotel - sushi restaurant opposite was beautiful and Italian up the road. I cannot praise this hotel enough it’s the best I’ve stayed in for a long time and will be returning hopefully next year. Hats off to the team and mangers. Thanks Claire & Kitty x

A modern charming hotel in Palma to enjoy the city center. Location is great, right next to a bus station to airport. Rooms are clean and we liked the design, especially the bathroom with window, something rare to find in city hotels. The breakfast was varied, good options for gluten free products, good coffee too. We really enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof, really quiet and nobody bothered us in the evening. The opening hours should be longer for the swimming pool and pool bar, especially since it is summer season.

Wonderful time here. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Parking available underground but it is limited (18€/night). Free street parking available on weekends until Monday 9am. Clean rooms. Great service. Got indoor and outdoor pools and saunas!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. The front desk staff were unhelpful and seemed annoyed by basic questions. The room itself was not properly cleaned—there was dust on surfaces, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. The linens didn’t appear fresh, and overall the room felt neglected. Additionally, noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway made it difficult to sleep. Despite bringing this to the staff’s attention, no solution was offered. Considering the price I paid, I expected at least a clean, comfortable room and professional service. Sadly, I received neither. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Great hotel, great modern rooms, great location. The breakfast was also a really decent quality with a nice wide choice. However, the 1 star knock off is due to the small number of beds by the swimming pool that are free. You end up with a bit of a tussle for beds and unfortunately people saving beds and then not sitting on them much to the inconvenience of the other guests.

Hotel fully deserves its rating in my eyes (rated everything except breakfast, since we did not have it). We had a room with jacuzzi, which feels total luxury in the evening after a long walk and exploration. Room itself was clean, staff and reception attentive, available 24 hours and willing to help. Elevator is on the slower side, so we switched to using stairs right away. Also spa could be renewed. Rooftop looks super cool, would be interesting to come back in summer to see it in action. Also, location is perfect, in a little less posh area of Palma, and close to absolutely everything.

Good hotel in a central location. Rooftop was lovely but very disappointed with the drinks cocktails made poorly and the bar always opened late, we had reserved the Bali beds but had to wait a few hours until we could finally order a drink. The club sandwich was amazing though deffo recommend! The day reception team were really great unfortunately the evening receptionist not so lovely very rude when we called asking for a bottle of water. Breakfast was ok lacked choice but could be improved. Would still say it’s a good option for the price even with the few improvements needed. Skip the breakfast there are plenty of lovely cafes in the centre.

We stayed on the Protur Naisa last weekend as a group of six friends ( late 40’s/ early 50’s ) on our annual girls trip . We cannot fault this hotel . I personally have stayed in other Protur hotels on the island on family holidays but never in this one . We all commented on how clean everything was and how comfortable the beds were . Breakfast had a great choice of hot and cold, the rooftop terrace was lovely for an afternoon swim and drink and the location couldn’t have been better . |I have booked another Protur( Floriana ) for our family holiday in June ( have stayed with Protur maybe 5 times in last 15 years ) and look forward to it. Highly recommend!
