Wonderful staff, clean rooms and the facilities were excellent. The pool is small and on the cold side but it was refreshing to use between the sauna and steam room. The gym was small (2 machines each but it also had free weight and was good enough for me). I didn't visit the rooftop much in November but the pool was heated up there. Wonderful spread (hot and cold) at breakfast time, the staff were a perfect balance of attentive and friendly without being over the top. The free drink at the bar and at the nearby shopping centre (also panoramic views) was such a nice touch, would definitely stay again. Room were clean and quiet, and everything in walking distance.

I am so grateful to have found this wonderful hotel where I have recently stayed for 5 nights in last November. Everything was ideal- the room was large, very clean and super comfortable and quiet. The staff and service were amazingly helpful, polite and the breakfast was the best I have ever had anywhere! The rooftop pool was wonderful! Everything was catered for perfectly. I could not find anything to fault my stay. The hotel’s ethos is proud to be ecologically sound and encourage green sustainability. The location is central to the old city, Santa Catalina, the sea, Art galleries, cafes, restaurants , cathedral and harbour. Local taxis readily on hand as were buses to nearby Portixol or across the city. I would highly recommend this tasteful, beautifully designed hotel. I had high expectations having stayed at other Protur hotels. ||We received a fabulous welcome from Abril. Our room was very comfortable and clean and delighted to receive a couple of extra touches in the room. ||We didn’t use the rooftop but the spa was a great little facility after shopping. ||Location was perfect for us and very quiet at night so sleep was undisturbed. ||My only suggestion for improvement would be breakfast was average at best, but not a deal breaker. There were several English channels in n the room which is always a bonus. ||Nothing was too much trouble and I would definitely recommend for room comfort sleep quality and reception service. Thanks for having us we will definitely be back.

A fabulous hotel with easy access to shops, cafes and restaurants. The on site parking is a huge bonus and secure too. The staff were all so kind and Lorenc on reception was so helpful and explained everything well. The breakfast choice and quality was outstanding. The rooms are clean, well serviced and very quiet and I would love to stay again.

We are here the 2nd time and everything is perfect: This year we got a very nice room to the street with a nice view (last year the view to the backyard was a little bit sad). Staff is very nice and the amenities are fine. Some things could be improved so e.g. the checkin (if you are not lucky there are some people before you and you have to wait for a long time) or that there are too few cups always at breakfast and you have to queue up for coffee and tea because there is only 1 coffee machine working for the whole hotel. But in general the hotel is perfect for a nice stay at Palma. We will come again!!

Great stay for 3 nights at a lovely hotel. Rooms were lovely. Roof top pool was very nice, good place to sit for a pre-drink in the sun. It’s right in the middle of Palma. Around 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. Perfect location for exploring a great city. Not too far from the bus and train stations. Very comfortable beds, great shower. We did not eat at the hotel but the breakfast looked good. Would return and recommend.

Great hotel near everything in city centre. Rooms are spotlessly clean as is the rest of the hotel, check in very quick and easy, which was ideal as our flight was delayed by quite a few hours. Hotel staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful, and they even gave us a free drink voucher to be used in the hotel which was a nice touch. Pool area is great for a city centre hotel - it’s modern and has a nice bar (with very reasonably priced drinks) and is larger than I expected. There are cabanas which you can book from 8am and I believe it’s €25, but they book out quickly so need to be fast to book in morning. There are also a good few sunbeds and soft sofas. Will definitely return!

We have just returned home after 5 nights at your wonderful hotel. On checking in we were met by Patricia who was so friendly and helpful. Throughout our stay all of the staff treated us in exactly the same way. Our room 310 was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold with plenty of choice. The rooftop pool area was not large but there was enough beds etc to enjoy the sunshine. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the shops and bars. The 1A service bus taking you to / from the airport is a 5 minute walk away. A really lovely hotel in a central location. Perfect in every way. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, I will be returning without any doubt. Thank you to everyone.

This is an ultramodern new property that opened in early 2019. Excellent location close to the center, but on a quiet side street. Quite a spread for breakfast. Two pools, one on the roof, one inside. Gym, sauna and steam room. Very modern rooms, powered black out shades, large Samsung tv, and many thoughtful design touches. I found it recommended in the NYTimes recent "36 Hours in Majorca" - "Opened in January, the 99-room Protur Naisa Palma Hotel is on a quiet street just outside the old town with an inviting lobby lounge and restaurant, an indoor pool and spa, and a rooftop pool with sun beds and lounge chairs (Carrer de Simó Ballester, 6; protur-hotels.com; from about €150)."
