PS ATL

We had an amazing experience at PS at ATL. The staff was so accommodating and helpful, we never touched our baggage and we were ushered quickly into our private room with a view of the runway. We traveled through the holidays and it was such a welcome respite from the craziness of the airport. There were so many gifts and special treats for our kids. We enjoyed champagne and caviar and an amazing dinner that arrived quickly. Our driver was able to find the location with no issues. Seriously once you try it you’ll never want to go back to regular travel again.

This experience has forever spoiled us. PS offers an extraordinary blend of luxury, exceptional service, and ease, all made even better by the incredible people behind it. Every detail, from start to finish, was top-notch. We couldn’t be more amazed—or more thankful—to now be completely ruined for standard airport travel. What a way to go...

Beautiful experience inside. However they take and check your bag for you, and my bag did not make it on the flight or meet me at my destination. The team was not very helpful in the situation after the fact. Not sure I recommend for long haul international flights where you want to check a bag.

Once you travel with PS, it will be hard to travel without it. On time, cordial and above all: stress free! Park on site, grab a craft cocktail before they take you and your bags to your plane. Must for artists and agencies!!

I cannot say enough good things about PS Atlanta. I booked a private suite for my family and the experience was exceptional. They had a crib ready for our 5 month old, books for our 2 year old and ginger tea ready for my wife when we arrived. The staff was beyond professional. My wife said it was the best part of our trip. I would like to give a special thank you to Tammy and Maggie who made us feel so welcome.

The Salon at P/S ATL was a beautiful space. Very cozy and relaxing. The service was top notch - attentive, kind, efficient. The food was delicious. I appreciated the service specific to my flight, and the drive to the airplane was safe. Very courteous staff offering high-end service. Great experience. Can't wait for my next travel date.

First time there, but surely did not disappoint! The service and accommodations are first class all the way . Highly recommend to anyone who wishes to be treated like royalty. From the moment we arrived thru the gated security with welcoming staff w champagne and caviar to the time we were driven to out to the plane bypassing the entire airport crowds..we were treated exceptionally!!! Cant say enough good things about it!!!

PS is amazing. From the time you walk in the door, until you get up the ramp of the plane. The staff is very friendly. The food was good. I lost my wallet in the backseat of their van. They found it and used Fedex to get it back to me. They were very easy to work with trying to find my wallet and getting it in Fedex. The have great communication skills. I highly recommend using this service just for night ride in the BMW 760I. The mood lighting in the car and music made for a relaxing ride back to the suite after a rough flight.
