PS40

A bar famous for their Africola, a coffee liquer base with wattleseed cola, in cold contrast to topping of warm coconut foam. Very easy to slam down, delicious. There's other cocktails too, of course, but ps40 is also highly regarded as the home of popups for chefs looking to get out of the shadow of the restaurants they've come from to test the waters.

It is always a great experience to try different cuisines from wonderful chefs, Michael is great and drinks are great too

Love the energy Matt poured over on my visit here which will definitely want me to come back, and Doris taking over to provide the same level of energy. PS40 has some great collection of their own fusion of many classic cocktails and looking at the menu all seems delicious. I only needed to ask "Someone suggested me a cocktail here" and yep got what I was looking for. It was amazing, the food is great and the energy of the staff is top notch. The bar/restaurant has limited seating arrangement, for single, couple to a group of 5-6. The entrance is through the alley on the side of the building.

A hidden gem in Sydney with the best cocktails! Thank you to Michael and the team for making my birthday celebration a memorable occasion! The venue is a vibe and the cocktail list is amazing! We can’t wait to come back again soon.

Tucked away in a laneway off King St, this is a must visit bar in the city centre. Staff are welcoming & friendly, and the cocktails are creative & delicious. “Takeover Tuesdays” have a great rotation of guest chefs serving delicious food. As for cocktails, a few of the must try signature drinks are the Breakfast Negroni and the Africola.
