"Outwit, Outlast, and Outplay For the Best Beach on Pserimos While there are only around 130 folks that call Pserimos island home fulltime, pleasure cruises out of nearby Kos island dump at least that many somehow both burnt and pale (mostly British) tourists every couple hours on her best beach! This could sound like a circle of Hell, but it turns out with a little patience, you could have this incredible strip of sand and insanely clear waters all to yourself! You see, there's an easily predictable rotation of comings and goings. Get there early and it's yours until around 11 when the first pleasure cruisers start making their way into the protected bay. Now, just take a break, catch some z's or stroll aimlessly into Pserimos until they all crowd back onto their boats and set sail. Head back to the beach around 1ish and it's all yours again for the next 2-3 hours! When the next wave of tourists thunder ashore, simply take another break in the shade with as many Mythos beers as it takes to kill a few more hours until this round takes off. A couple hours later and it's all yours yet again! Outwit, outlast, outplay!"

Totally stunning.Visited while on the 3 island boat trip on the Princess Diana boat from Kos old town. Worth every penny of the 20 Euros. The is land is beautiful with white sands and clear blue sea. Totally unspoiled clean. Prefect to relax explore and simply loose yourself. There are places to eat and buy drinks on the shoreline, but what makes this is the stunning coastline.

Amazing place that everyone should visit. Easy access by a ferry boat which you can get from Kalymnos island if you wish to avoid the touristic tours from Kos. Avoid August and preferably visit the island during September. Less people and better service from the locals.

Wonderful beach and water. Just 100m long but sandy and clean. Behind you restaurants, hotels, mini market and souvenir shops. Also a hiking destination and a small harbour for boats. A couple of times a day day-trip passengers from pirate boats are coming for about 1,5h for a swimming stop. They fill the beach completely. When they are gone it’s nice again ☺️

Pserimos is absolutely one of the beautiful beaches! It’s a sand beach with the most amazing and clear water! When staying in Myrties/Massouri it’s hard to find a sand beach. To get to Pserimos you need to take a boat or ferry to the island. It’s really worth visiting!! On there island there is not much to do then just swimming in the water. It’s a quiet island with some restaurants and bars. It’s a very calm and relaxing island. Stay there for a night or two to really get unwired!

Small island 5 kilometres east of Kalimnos is favourite destination for boats with tourists, making the island very tourist-oriented and thus lacking the spark it probably once held. There is one major café and few tourist shops with souvenirs, but nothing else. I would suggest climbing the stars on the northern side of the harbour, which will reward you with fantastic view of the bay.

Came here on part of a 3 islands day cruise 21 years ago, loved it could quite easily into this way of life. Returned last week as part of a 3 islands day cruise. Still absolutely loved it and could still slip into this way of life. Absolutely, beautifully gorgeous in every way.

Historical evidence: From 1932 this island was Italian. After WW II (1947) belongs to Greece.
