From our very first consultation, Dr. Meena Agarwal was calm, kind, and extremely reassuring. She patiently explained the procedure, addressed all my concerns, and made me feel confident and at ease as a mother. The surgery went very smoothly, and the post-operative care has been excellent so far. Even though it has only been one day since the surgery, I already feel an immense sense of relief knowing that my son is recovering well and is in safe, capable hands. I am Pankaj Khandooja, a 33-year-old male. In 2020, during the Covid period, my kidneys were adversely affected due to uncontrolled high blood pressure, which caused a significant rise in my blood creatinine levels. I tried various homeopathic and Ayurvedic treatments along with the allopathic medications prescribed by Dr. Ravi Bansal. However, over time, my creatinine levels continued to increase, and in April 2025, Dr. Ravi Bansal sir advised me to undergo a kidney transplant. While all the tests and evaluations were being completed, I underwent dialysis twice a week for nearly a month. By God’s grace, my mother’s kidney turned out to be a perfect match, and all her test reports were excellent. On 20th May, Dr. Bansal successfully performed my kidney transplant. I am deeply grateful to him—not only for his exceptional medical expertise but also for his constant support, encouragement, and kindness throughout my most challenging moments. His guidance gave me strength when I felt weakest, and his compassion gave me hope when everything felt uncertain. To me, he has been nothing less than a blessing in human form. Above all, I bow my head in gratitude to God for granting me a new life, for protecting me through every trial, and for sending the right people at the right time. My experience at PSRI Multispecialty Hospital, Delhi was truly exceptional. The hospital maintains very high standards of medical care and patient service. From the moment you enter, you can see how well the hospital is organized — clean surroundings, courteous staff, and a calm, positive atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The doctors at PSRI are highly skilled, professional, and compassionate. They take time to listen, explain the diagnosis and treatment options clearly, and make sure patients feel informed and reassured. The nursing and support staff are equally dedicated — always polite, attentive, and ready to help at any hour. The hospital is equipped with advanced medical technology and provides a wide range of specialized treatments under one roof. I also appreciated the transparency in billing and the smooth administrative process, which made the entire experience stress-free. PSRI truly lives up to its reputation for excellence in healthcare. Every department — from consultation to recovery — reflects a strong commitment to patient care and professionalism. Very disappointing experience. This hospital seems more focused on making money than patient care. The management, services, and staff are extremely poor. Nurses are unskilled and show no accountability. At the time of discharge, we were given another patient’s ultrasound report. When we informed the hospital after reaching home, they sent the report on WhatsApp. To our shock, both reports were exactly the same—word to word, same values, same findings. How is that even possible that 2 patients ultrasound report is exact same? What makes it worse is that the ultrasound summary mentioned in the discharge report is completely different from the ultrasound report they shared later. This raises a serious question: which report was actually shown to the doctor? The nurse at discharge was clearly untrained. She was just reading the summary without understanding anything and couldn’t answer a single query. The nurses don’t even know how to properly insert a cannula. Because of this, my patient’s hand became badly bruised and turned blue. This shows a complete lack of basic nursing skills. They charged for a dietician visit, but no dietician ever came. After 5 PM and on Sundays, they charge double for tests and doctor visits. A CT scan was charged at ₹27,000, which is extremely high. They also charge very high room rent, but there are hardly any facilities in the room. For the amount they charge, basic comfort and services are missing. The ultrasound and CT scan staff were very very rude and unprofessional. The only good part of our experience was Dr. Nripen Saikia, who is very good, soft-spoken, and understanding doctor. I really wish that this doctor is available in any other hospital. Honestly, even government hospitals provide better care than this place. I would strongly advise people not to choose this hospital. There are many better hospitals available with more ethical practices.

Brought Dad home today from PSRI after some tough time due to massive Intestinal Bleed. I want to convey my thanks and appreciation for all the Doctors and Staff of PSRI Hospital who took good care of Dad during his admission. Dr JC Vij & Gastro Team, Dr Simant Jha & Neuro ICU Team/ Staff, Blood Bank Services, Admin & All the Nurses and GDA of 5th B Floor. All of them were very kind and always forthcoming to help. We felt we were in safe hands. All our relatives and friends who came to visit were very appreciative of PSRI Infrastructure, Cleanliness and Service. Good thing - Infrastructure is very good atleast compared to other. Some staff is very good. Bad points - Management is very bad which is very important, Very expensive compared to facility the prices are too much, unnecessary tests (I understand some other tests are important but not this much), Summary : if you have good insurance (above 50 lacs or 1-5 crore) or you're a government employee so govt. is gonna cover your expenses then only go otherwise for normal folks I would not recommend and if you want expensive hospital go for Max or any other.

The hospital environment was unhygienic, and the staff came across as unprofessional and poorly trained. They are not good, based on this experience, I would strongly advise against choosing this hospital for medical care.

My wife consulted dr. Sumeet shah for entrapped umblical hernia and was advised surgery under emergency conditions. Dr. Sumeet shah explained every single aspect and made us relaxed. We were admitted under him and the surgery -- pre and post op was done under the highest professional way with detailed explanation and support from dr sumeet shah n team. A wonderful honest thorough doctor , deserves a 100 stars. PSRI hospital team was a great support from pre approval through the whole process and post discharge was the smoothest ever seen .( thanks to dr ram and Ankita mam and TPA -- ADMISSION team ) Nursing team under MRS. PANNU -- NS were very helpful n supportive. They were always around even for the slightest requirement. Thanks to dr sumeet shah and team and entire PSRI from my family. Highly recommend dr sumeet shah- surgeon and PSRI for all medical needs.
