PSRI Multispeciality Hospital Delhi

The hospital environment was unhygienic, and the staff came across as unprofessional and poorly trained. They are not good, based on this experience, I would strongly advise against choosing this hospital for medical care.

My wife consulted dr. Sumeet shah for entrapped umblical hernia and was advised surgery under emergency conditions. Dr. Sumeet shah explained every single aspect and made us relaxed. We were admitted under him and the surgery -- pre and post op was done under the highest professional way with detailed explanation and support from dr sumeet shah n team. A wonderful honest thorough doctor , deserves a 100 stars. PSRI hospital team was a great support from pre approval through the whole process and post discharge was the smoothest ever seen .( thanks to dr ram and Ankita mam and TPA -- ADMISSION team ) Nursing team under MRS. PANNU -- NS were very helpful n supportive. They were always around even for the slightest requirement. Thanks to dr sumeet shah and team and entire PSRI from my family. Highly recommend dr sumeet shah- surgeon and PSRI for all medical needs.

This review is specifically for Dr. Anurag Mahajan who is not actually a doctor but an uncaring, unprofessional and incompetent doctor at this hospital who should have his credentials removed as soon as possible. We are going to file an official complaint on this individual who should not be near patients at any hospital. Our mother was admitted at this hospital under his care and he neglected her treatment while showing no empathy and concern. When her condition was critical and family asked him to put her in critical care ICU, his response was exact that I only put patients in critical care who deserve to be there. What a shame and due to lack of his follow up, we lost our mother. In regards to your follow up, you have my contact information as I have requested to speak with the Director directly on this matter. Your admin team was reached out and I am going to give the Director an opportunity to address this. Waiting for response….

I just completed 38 sessions with Dr. Lakshay and his amazing team and I couldn’t be more grateful. Every therapist was professional, skilled, respectful and kind. Dr. Lakshay leads by example, and the whole team goes above and beyond to care for their patients. I would highly recommend this physiotherapy centre to everyone who needs it!

When I first came to the physiotherapy department at PSRI, I was unable to walk. Thanks to the dedicated and skilled team, I can now walk on my own. I'm truly grateful for their support and care!

I had a traumatic experience at the hospital. Though the doctor who took my case was good and understanding, I was admitted through emergency for stomach infection. The nurses are not skilled, very very insensitive, other doctors and helpers have no understanding of the problem, they have no communication, they do not inform the patient of their diagnosis, course of action, nothing. You have to spend your energy as a patient keep calling the helping staff to give you medicine, change the drips etc. I could not sleep throughout nights as a patient and my illness only worsened here because of how the hospital functions. In the same charges as them, most other private hospitals are much better and empathetic. The lab technicians, or people in ultrasound everyone is mostly rude and harsh to even talk to. They don’t take care, they just release their frustration on patients. Nobody cares if you live or die. Worst experience, never come to this hospital!

Please do not bring your loved ones to PSRI Hospital. We went through a very painful experience where my father’s condition was handled with zero transparency and only money-making in mind. Every update came to us as a shock, without proper communication or care. Families deserve truth and compassion, not scripted replies and sudden shocks. This hospital is the worst place to trust in a critical situation. Strongly advise everyone to stay away.
