Our visit to Pstrąg Górski Browar Rzemieślniczy was extremely unpleasant. When we tried to order one large portion of pork skewers to share between two adults and a child, the waitress suddenly became irritated. She kept repeating “50” without explaining anything clearly. When we asked her to clarify, she started yelling at us in Polish, waving her hands around, her face turning completely red from shouting. We asked her to calm down, but she continued raising her voice.
When the food arrived, she placed the plates down with obvious frustration, almost throwing them onto the table with a look of disgust. The atmosphere she created ruined the experience before we even touched the food.
Unfortunately, the meal itself was just as bad. The skewered meat was dry and tough, nearly impossible to chew or cut. The bacon strips were dripping with grease, and the roasted potatoes were blackened — not roasted, but burned. We lost our appetite entirely and, honestly, should have left the moment she started yelling at us.
This was one of our worst dining experiences in both service and food quality.
