Psycle is the BEST!! I’ve been going here for 14 years. The instructors are incredible—motivating, knowledgeable, and great at pushing you without ever making the workout feel intimidating. The music is always on point, too. Each ride is like a session for your body and soul! Whether it’s spinning or strength classes, you can always count on consistent quality, great vibes, and a seriously effective workout. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a studio that delivers both challenge and community!

I can’t say enough good things about this studio. The spin and strength classes are always fun, effective, and thoughtfully programmed, but what really makes this place special is the community. The instructors truly care-they push you and encourage you. Everyone here is welcoming, down-to-earth, and makes you feel like you’re part of something. I’m so grateful to have found this place.

Psycle is a fantastic studio!!! Whether spin or strength, the classes are always challenging and fun. Great energy! All the instructors are committed to giving a full fitness experience. You don’t just get a workout as Psycle, classes also hit on mobility, stretching, nutrition, mindset and much more! 💪🏼

Psycle is my second home! I am a strength addict and all five of the instructors are so talented and never do the same class twice. I have met such a great group of people who also take the classes and they make my workout so much fun even when I am hurting. One of the best things about the instuctors is that they focus on your form so even if it is your first class, they have you covered.

This is a detailed review of Psycle fitness center in Westlake after attending cycling classes for the last six months. First, the place: It is roomy and clean. The facility is well-maintained. The cycling studio is designed in a stadium-like fashion, so everyone can see the instructor irrespective which bike you’re on. The bikes are state-of-the-art, sturdy and comfortable. There is proper air circulation, and the temperature is appropriate for the activity. The fitness gym is pretty wide and has multiple tools for strengthening and other activities. Yet, I only do cycling. Second, instructors: All the instructors inspire confidence. I have attended classes with 3 of them. Now, I attend exclusively Maria’s cycling classes: She possesses unique motivational skills and she is an inspiration: She pushes each and every one of us to his/her potential (sometimes a bit too much:)). Her class has familiar faces (almost like a clan) each with his/her preferred spot. Third, music/sound: The sound system is exceptional. The music is loud, just the way it’s supposed to be. They also provide earplugs, but I never needed them. The taste of music is mostly newer pop music, (I don’t enjoy much). Every now and then she might play a Madonna or Fleetwood Mac song. In summary, I never thought I would join a cycling group/classes. I attribute my continued attendance to the instructor’s motivational prowess and positive attitude. She makes me wanna come back! (I just wish she plays more 80s music for people my age:))

This studio saved me. I adore the community, the instructors and the feeling I get when class is over. Seriously, if you need to find a home to improve your physical and mental health- look no further.

Google
Fantastic studio with gifted instructors, a variety of spin and strength classes, and a genuine spirit of community I’ve never experienced anywhere else.

Google
Nice clean studio. Staff was friendly and greeted me right away and showed me around. I took Jim's class - definitely not for beginners! The music is so loud that you can barely hear the instructor. I left with my ears ringing. I like loud music and a fun vibe but what's the point of taking a class if you can't hear any instructions?

Yelp
I've been here once before for a private event a few years ago with instructor Becky who is GREAT so it was nice to come back for a spin class in March 2023. I received a free class thanks to the Class Pass App. which gives out a free 2-week pass to new members. The app. allows you to book several fitness classes from different gyms and studios. SPIN CLASS (between a 3 and a 4 star rating) -- I visited for an evening class in March 2023. The vibe/energy of the class wasn't as strong as I wanted. While the instructor (Maria Z.) was good, she wasn't too high energy the whole class. The class also started about 4 minutes late. I think if there were more people in the class that I would have had a better experience but there were alot of empty bikes inside which wasn't too encouraging to push myself harder as I biked. I noticed that I wasn't as excited throughout the whole class when I normally am very upbeat for a spin class and I don't think I was tired. It was just the slightly low-energy vibe of the class. There were only about 5 other women in the 6:30pm class (no men). From the number of people who came out of the 5:30pm class (males and females), there were alot more people in that class. The 5:30pm probably had more energy. SERVICE (5/5) -- This was good and I appreciated the instructor helping me set up my bike to the right seat position relative to my height. I was also given shoes for free to use (first class = free shoes) but I think normally you have to pay for shoes. I normally frequent Cycle Fly in Lakewood but Psycle is a fine option too. I just prefer Cycle Fly. **** - 35/150 total reviews in 2023 - 586 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 19 March 2023

Yelp
Visited Cleveland from out of town and wanted to grab a quick class. The class was loud (so bring ear plugs if you're sensitive to noise). The instructor was great, and very passionate about cycling. Wish I lived in the area, I would defiantly be back more often...next time I'm in the area I'm going to make a point of visiting!

Yelp
I've been coming to psycle for about a year and am hooked. Classes are reasonably priced compared to other studios and they run specials a lot. The offer both spin and trx classes. Every instructor is just a ball of positive energy and class is pretty much therapy and a work-out balled into one. Other riders are all so welcoming and it doesn't feel competitive at all (besides with yourself) which is important to me. Only warning I will give is the music is LOUD so the energy is rocking but I do recommend earplugs (which they provide)

Yelp
WOW! What a workout... Jacob Holland kicked my butt and it was amazing! He kept the energy up and pushed us through the workout. I don't know how he does it. I have only cycled once or twice before so the girl next to me was able to help get me settled, so welcoming! The studio was extremely clean and would love to be a regular here. Best way to burn those stubborn calories and sweat out all the bad energy. If you take a class here, I highly recommend Jacob's class. You'll push yourself to lengths you didn't even know you could! (who knew you could twerk while cycling??)

Yelp
Great place to workout, community like environment. The coaches work hard to help each individual achieve their goals.

Yelp
"This is an adult class with adult language. If you don't like it I don't f'in care. Now get your asses out of the seat and let's ride!" I fell in love with the instructors at Psycle that morning. They have a black light in the studio to set the mood or maybe it's so you can't see exactly how much sweat is dripping off your body under harsher lighting. I like to go to the Sunrise 60 class. It's a 5:45am, 1 hour wake up call. They use free weights and you might have to do push ups (yes all this while you're riding your bike). The music is pumping. The instructor and your classmates are all pumped. It's awesome. If you're not energized when you walk out of the studio then you weren't giving it your all. Reasonable pricing packages. First ride is $5! They are also having a New Years Special so you can get 8 classes for $88. That's a steal. They have water you can purchase and they even provide ear plugs in case the music is too loud for you. It's very clean and there are disinfectant wipes EVERYWHERE! Trust me, I must have sweated out half my body weight in that class. I definitely needed to wipe down everything when I was finished and I wasn't the only one. You can wear regular sneakers or if you have bike shoes with clips you can wear those. Give this studio a try- you'll be "psyched" after.

Yelp
THIS CLASS KICKED MY ASS & in the best kind of way. I've done a cycle class before but this class definitely took it to the next level. I was dripping in sweat 10-15 minutes just into the class. I know that money is a contributing factor when it comes to anything, but I will say the money that a class costs is totally worth it, if you come here. I feel like you totally get your moneys worth, and than some. My instructor for that class was Scott Sommers, I'd definitely do another cycle class by him again. Additional Info: I will say that this studio does use special shoes for their classes that have "clips", they do have shoe rentals for $4 or you can bring your own. That is the only different thing for my personally, you if you're not familiar you will need a little help getting in/out of the saddle. If you're coming for your 1st free class, shoes are included.

Yelp
Just moved to the area and was hoping to find a spin studio, attempted Psycle morning session. Session itself was great- instructor had great playlist (although hearing is impaired for an hour after session due to volume) and the atmosphere in the room was perfect to focus on your own ride and not feel intimidated by others. However- I had told the front desk it was my first time and arrived 15 minutes early ( as instructed on site). She checked me in and brushed me off. I reiterated it's my first time at the studio and looked at her cluelessly, she asked if I've done this before- I said years ago. I guess that suggested I was a pro as that ended the conversation. I wasn't introduced to the instructor to put me on the radar (like a hey she's new, let there be a mutual understanding that yes you will be getting glanced at to make sure you are hanging in okay...), shown where the room was, where to put my stuff, crash course of the bike or how to set it to my height... nothing. The staff's lack of friendliness to potential new business made it clear that I should keep looking.

Yelp
Wow what can I say?! One of the hardest and most rewarding spinning classes I've ever been to! Jacob Holland was an AMAZING instructor! His energy and spirit is contagious. He was keeping everyone pumped and motivated the entire hour long ride. To be honest, it was very challenging but well worth it. The music was really good and gave you that extra push you needed at certain times during the ride. The facility is very clean and nice, I will definitely be returning for another one of Jacob's classes. Your first class is only $5 and $15 after that. They also have package deals where you can buy 8 classes for $88. Definitely a work out you will leave sore and happy!

Yelp
I have been going to Psycle for over three years now and it has become my home away from home. The people I have met have become some of my closest friends, my tribe. One of my favorite instructors to ride with is Elcin Riza. She has an energy about her ride that is second to none. I highly recommend any ride she is leading. You will definitely feel the burn but she is so motivating, the time goes by so quickly. If you're looking for a great workout, check out Psycle!

Yelp
great gym with alot of space and machines. good chill atmosphere. clean and the people who work there are nice. highly recommend.

Yelp
Should've said this before, but this is the closest you'll ever get to Soul Cycle in Cleveland. Psycle isn't following Soul. They're making their own path and really building community. Love the strength classes too!

Yelp
I've really enjoyed my first two rides with Psycle. It really is like going to a concert or a club to hear great music while you torch some serious calories. Everyone is always willing to help with bike adjustments or give tips to improve your session. The instructors on Sunday morning are seriously motivating and do their best to give you an amazing experience. The workout is tough, but the time flies by!

Yelp
Great cycle club with a schedule to meet everyone's schedule. Intense and knowledgeable instructors that will push u. Get ready for a great workout. Only negative is that it is very loud music in class. Just bought ear plugs .

Yelp
Great workouts. Great instructors. Very good music. And lots of positive enthusiasm to build on.

Yelp
No better indoor spinning place in NEO than Psycle. I've been going here for 6 years now and nothing compares. This is like a concert on a bike! All the instructors are absolutely amazing! You'll be hooked before you know it. I can't say enough great things about this place!

Yelp
Had a great class over the weekend-great workout. However, the language was disappointing (f-bombing all the way through) and instructor was screaming. Won't be going back...

Claire S.

Yelp
This place is great. One of my favorite instructors is Elcin. Her playlist is the best and she is so full of energy and positivity. I look forward to her class (Monday's and Saturdays) and always leave feeling happy and like a rockstar. She is awesome! Take her class. Also really enjoy Katie Francis classes! This studio is great because they incorporate light weights into the sessions and the ambience is fun.

Yelp
A soul refreshing sanctuary in Westlake. If you get the chance to take a class with Brooke, I highly recommend it. She's amazing. More than just an amazing workout, I feel like it resets my mind when I leave a spin class here. Love it, won't go anywhere else! Thanks Psycle!
