One of the most well maintained heritage building in Surabaya, no wonder because they're still operating until now. The only place are huge, the interior also makes you feel like in another country because the style is so luxury (Belgian marble floor, Dutch stairs, etc). This national company are focused on sugarcane. You can visit this place by using free tour bus from Sampoerna Museum (tour guide provided) or by public and private transportation. Overall, if you're into heritage things, you'll love this place.

I went here with surabaya heritage track bus to explore and learn about the history of the building. Overall it's a beautiful and well build building with rich history behind it. It's an old building that already build since the dutch colonial era, but already have an anti-earthquake system. The architecture is beautiful, in the level 2 of the building you can see stone crafts that potray the farming in indonesia, how indonesia is rich with spices that the dutch gladly collect. This building also have a secret tunnel that located in the basement. The secret tunnel connected this building into the Surabaya Police Station.

the toilet is okay the smoking area is dirty the gazebo looks like it's not maintained at all

This is the finest example of Indies style architecture in Surabaya. It is a beautiful building and very well maintained. We'll worth a visit.
