Service and ambiance were wonderful. Baristas were very friendly. I would have appreciated pricing on the bags of single origin beans - they have a great, large selection of different beans but it’s slightly overwhelming and inconvenient to ask about pricing for each type. My brown sugar latte was pretty good but our pour over and brewed coffee had a heavy chlorine taste, as if the water isn’t well filtered. My biggest complaint is the to-go oatmeal. We ordered 5 to-go for our kids and every component was packaged separately (oatmeal, butter+sugar, fruit, milk), which made for a ton of waste (20 containers!) and having to completely assemble it all in the vehicle was a huge pain. The oatmeal was too thick and sticky, and the 5 full containers of milk turned out to be a disaster - spilled milk everywhere as the containers weren’t leak-proof. Please consider offering to assemble the to-go oatmeal - it would save on packaging and time for you and limit the mess for the customer.

The staff here is nice. Not a huge fan of the food they serve, and I've not ever been super impressed with their teas. Last time I went my friend found a hair in her coffee and there was something in mine as well, but that hadn't happened before.

Tasty, darker roast espresso. Not over done or burnt. Pulled a perfect double. Delicious food as well. Laid back atmosphere. Sort of hard to find your first time.

My friend and I were the only ones in line, we were chatting and complimenting the decor, menu and food but were COMPLETELY ignored by the young, blonde, female barista. No "hey, I'll be right with you," no acknowledgment whatsoever. My friend waited at the counter visibly ready to order for 5-10 mins. The barista was RIGHT there and didn't say anything so we left! We were very excited to try what is listed as the top 20 coffee shops but left flustered and upset.

Fantastic coffee. Fantastic atmosphere. Wonderful experience. As a barista in another town, it’s refreshing to visit a shop and be so blown away - it’s not always so. Absolutely recommend.

Staff is friendly, coffee is great, location is beneficial for students, and it's a great place to chill out or study. The baristas can do latte art.

Great atmosphere, delicious coffee, and kind people! If you like black coffee, PT's classic blend is delicious. I will definitely be going back!
