Pub Mont Fort

Maybe I am biased, this is a place that I used to visit about 40 years ago. It still has the charm and fun vibe of a terrific after ski pub. We had a lovely conversation with Forest (bartender from South Africa). A wonderful capper to a great "buddies ski trip"

This is a great place to go for food or to spend time with friends or family. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly and welcoming. There are some games downstairs that you can play such as pool and a really nice outdoor seating area. The place is very clean including the toilets. Highly recommend

Super pub. Loved it. Food is very good. Very nice atmosphere. Very nice place for “après ski”. We also got some free beers. Definitely recommend it

The best Ramen noodles I have ever had. Kitchen staff really know how to cook. Bar staff were super happy to serve me jägerbombs.

Very nice staff. The food is great and there is a good range of drinks. In the evenings there is a very lively atmosphere.

This is a good size pub. The bar staff are decent and friendly. The free pint when you buy a day ticket is a nice bonus. It seems that it gets quite crowded and at times the crowd is young very young. As an expat IT professional in Switzerland I welcome a friendly bar at the snow. On this occasion I brought a friend to the bar who is an internationally renowned breakdancer. After a good day on the runs, he was ready to party and break out some moves on the dance floor. As a pair we didn’t look like the Swiss or English patrons- I look like a Mexican although I’m Eurasian. Unfortunately, we were shadowed by three bouncers all night which killed the mood for us. The bouncers were visibly relieved when we decided to move on and ‘thanked’ us for leaving rather than coming. I don’t wish to criticise anybody. I would only suggest that a more professional attitude for the security staff in future would be to stand back, smile a little and make people feel welcome - rather than ‘bodyguard’ patrons they think might look like trouble. Again I’m only coming from my experience and perhaps the bouncers have found that it’s better ensure they quickly quash any signs of trouble before it starts due to past issues. In any case neither I or my friend were behaving in any way that could be construed as reckless. Hopefully we will not let this discourage us from coming again in the future.

good eats, great environment - great beer. Hits the spot after a nice day on the slopes shreddin' it up.

Busy and happening places for après ski and in the evenings, where a lot of the seasonairs go. beer is cheapish (for Verbier) especially if you have the seasonair's discount card :) The bar food (severed until 10pm) is pretty good. Events to note: Chalet Staff Party start of season, Mardi Grass end of Feb, Valley Rally - March, and the legendary Beach Party end of season.

What can I say? This place is just amazing! The closet to the classic english pub you will find in Verbier. Fabulous atmosphere, great staff, great music, great 'big beers' perfect for apres ski and always a good night to be had here. Smoking is still in the bars so can get a bit smoggy on a big night but will be phased out 2009. They also have a wii so wii bowling is always n the cards if it is a quiet night!

Best Burger in town, good drink selection and cheap beer during apres ski and best food quality ratio to price you can get.
