Public House Bangkok, a Member of Design Hotels

The hotel is very well located in an area full of restaurants and coffee shops! Great for families!! The staff is what makes this place special though! We felt so welcomed, like arriving at a friend’s. Som O, Tham and Ice made our stay unforgetabble! Than even gave us tips for our next destination in Chiang Mai! Super recommend!

Such a nice hotel! Great neighborhood, amazing staff, tasty breakfast (you choose one sweet or salty option from a menu and you also get fruits, juice and coffee) and the rooms are modern, spacious and with a quirky design and charcoal soap. We loved it! A/c also works really well. On the rooftop they have a nice pool and seating, but we didn’t have time to try it out. Next time when we come back! And a big shoutout to reception staff member NAT. He’s the friendliest guy you will meet, amazing ambassador of the hotel, and also of the city as he has the best recommendations! We’ll come back to meet NAT again as well

We loved this hotel. Its in such a great neighborhood with Spa’s and Restaurant around with a great standard. There is also a wonderful cocktail bar across the street. The breakfast was amazing like probably the best breakfast at the hotel I ever had but I also an not a fan of buffets so it was perfect for me. The front desk is super lovely especially Namcha! The only thing I would maybe work on is the pool and gym area thats a bit tired looking. Also an additional charge for an early check in. I never had that before but I was happy to pay as I arrived at 7am from a 12h flight and really needed some comfort. I definitely will return. Also View was so nice

The hotel is located well for lots of shopping & food malls as well as great local restaurants. The public areas have great decor & a cool atmosphere. The staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. They have us good tips for restaurants for dinner. The rooms are huge & the bathrooms are lovely. The room was spotless & every public area was immaculate. Would recommend the hotel especially for the price. Five stars ⭐️.

The warm and professional greeting at the front desk truly set the tone for my entire stay. Special thanks to Som O, Ice, and Nancy for their exceptional hospitality—they were welcoming, attentive, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. Throughout my stay, I also had the pleasure of meeting Bess, a kind and helpful young man who went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. Mam, Dino, and Nam Cha were equally delightful—always smiling, courteous, and ready to assist with any question or request. It’s rare to find such a consistently outstanding team, and they truly made my experience unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed—modern, stylish, and serene. My room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. While Public House doesn’t offer panoramic city views, the ambiance and interior details more than make up for it. One of my favorite features was the rooftop pool—a beautifully designed, peaceful space perfect for relaxing and escaping the hustle of the city. Located conveniently near public transportation, local dining, and shopping, Public House is in an ideal spot for exploring Bangkok. This hotel delivers boutique luxury with a personal touch, thanks largely to the incredible staff. I would gladly stay again and highly recommend Public House to anyone seeking a refined and relaxing stay.

We stayed 7 nights at Public House Hotel Bangkok and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. This boutique property strikes a perfect balance of style, comfort, and warm hospitality in one of Bangkok’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Our room was bright, modern, and thoughtfully designed — everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the hotel is well cleaned and maintained. The attention to detail in the décor and layout made it feel both welcoming and functional. A big highlight was the staff — always friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. Their warmth and professionalism really elevated our stay. The location is great — tucked away from the chaos of Sukhumvit, yet still close to excellent restaurants, cafes, bars, with the BTS about 600 meters walk away. There’s no hotel tuk-tuk, but there’s a motorbike taxi stand nearby, so it’s just 20 baht if you don’t feel like walking. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. There’s no buffet or standard American breakfast, which I personally appreciated — I can’t stand buffets, no matter how well done they are. Instead, you get a curated menu with around 15+ made-to-order dishes, the kind you’d expect from a high-quality breakfast spot. Everything we tried was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented — a real highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool, while small, is understandable given the boutique nature of the hotel. It’s still a great spot to plunge into on a hot day, and being able to order food and drinks to the pool area made for a perfect afternoon wind-down. Overall, Public House Hotel is a hidden gem — stylish, comfortable, and full of charm. We’d happily return and recommend it to friends

the staff are sooooo warm and friendly!! they were accommodating and made our stay! hotel was super cute too, with lovely amenities and breakfast. they also prepared a cake for my friend’s birthday. thank you ICE, TubTim, Som.O, Ying and Lee for such an amazing stay!!!

Very cool hotel in the best location. Great restaurants and bars close by and easy access to public transport. Manager Thomas and all the staff were really friendly and helpful and lots of knowledge on what to do around town. Rooms very nice and extremely comfortable beds. Would highly recommended and can’t wait to return.
