Disappointing shopping experience
A rude black security asked me to go away. I just went into the shop. Right near the entrance, there was a Jellycat section. I was very interested in so I walked up and see. I picked some of it and was deciding which to buy. However, during the time, the machine at the entrance rang few times. I am standing close to it, as the products were displayed right there. Then. A security guard came to me and asked me to move away. The problem is i was in the decision process which i had to pick up and down items several times. I had no intention to trigger the alarm and no choice to move to a place far enough but i can still pick up the toys without unintentionally triggering the alarm. The security guard was so rude that didn’t seem to understand me and just asked me to go away. Am I supposed to stand all the way back and just looking at the toys? Is that enough for anyone who wants to buy a toy instead of feeling it on hands. After some moments, he kept the same unwelcoming attitude to me as a first-time-ever visitor to the city. I was so disappointed and my mood was totally ruined by that man. So i chose to leave. In the end, he even shouted at me, “go away!” Ridiculous. How come this guy was hired when he treated customer like that.
