Publix Super Market at Market at King's Bay

My curbside pickup included a couple of subs. I got there at my pickup time and my shopper called me and said that the deli said it will be a 10 to 15 minute delay. Did I want to wait? Or cancel? I said I’d wait. 15 minutes later the subs were cancelled and not by my shopper. I feel like deli was hoping I’d cancel because of the delay and when I didn’t, they decided to cancel. I was really angry. I called and they kept saying that my shopper had to have done it, but he didn’t! They suggested not ordering subs through curbside, but I’m on crutches and walking is hard. Still angry.

Opening Day. We have all been waiting and it itls finally here. The first thing I noticed was the smell of fresh flowers and warm bread. Home. I spoke with Managers to ask what they mist wanted the shoppers if Camden County to know about this store. They spoke if the commitment to staff and management to excellence both in product and service. They spok of the extensive training undergone to help fulfill that commitment. They spoke if community involvement and integration so they could benefit the community in multiple ways. They have mobility carts for patrons who need assistance. The aisles are well laid out with no choke points for easy shopping. The music was pitched to be upbeat instead of overwhelming. I absolutely LOVE the tender subs from this particular Publix. Serline makes them oh so tasty. And she has such a marvelous attitude dealing with the customers. If you shop at this Publix and want a sub, you should visit Serline!!!

The sweet lady who helped me get two 1/2 carrot cakes today this afternoon around 2 ish . While she was stocking the pastries area . I wish , I had got her name . So helpful so sweet . She made my day . I had got some a week ago and they are so good and creamy.

Different layout, but very nice and clean with easy sel-service check out. Seafood must really be fresh due to the long line. Nice shopping experience. 5 stars.

Nice and new. This is old school Publix...the ones that pride themselves in customer service. So many Publix have taken a hard turn from that and you do good to get an employee to speak to you...but this new one is holding true to what Publix has been known for.

Came for a quick shopping visit and it was well stocked. Had everything we were looking for and wasn't too expensive. The cashiers were very nice as well.

The bakery created the most amazing taco themed cake and cupcakes! They listened to the idea I had and worked with me to create exactly what I wanted. The cake tasted wonderful and the staff were very detail oriented.
