I am unhappy with management and their prices. The request for individual items are not being ordered. The drive through pharmacy does not have a decent clipboard to sign for your Rx. The back of a plastic bin is provided for your signature.

Yall gotta fix the self check out lines. I’m sick and tired of having a long line a watching people have an overloaded carts and just complete discombobulation. Constant scanning issues and then it’s just a domino affect. And you’re sitting there forever. Why you ask, cause 2 of the 14 registers are open. The whole point of self check out is convenience. Not for you to not hire cashiers and funnel us through self checkout. We all know Publix is over priced, but it’s for the customer service and convenience. What’s the point of coming if I gotta constantly wait in line. Might as well go to Walmart if I wanna wait in line. Shout out to some of the employees. Great people.

Cole & Michael in the deli are greatly appreciated for their positive demeanor even when it’s late at night and it’s been a long day. Do appreciate coming to the deli to grab a sandwich and get served with great service. Love this place!

This Publix has the freshest Deli fried chicken. I bought a fried chicken mix of 8 pieces in a box for $10.99 and it will feed a family of two-three for two-three dinners. Perfectly crispy, delicious, and affordable. The Deli employees are so friendly that if they are out of anything , they will check for you and let you know when it will be ready. This Deli used to have the best fried stuffed potato balls and I have not seen these in a while. Bakery has Publix pecan pies on sale; usually $10.99 and this week $1.00 off with save $1.00 on Whipping cream coupon attached to the box. Great idea on Publix sales team to promote another product and let customers save some money.

Not one to write a review normally buy my crab here so didn't think anything of it honestly it's always been good enough. But tonight I decided Valentine's day I didn't wanna cook but wanted what I wanted without a crazy wait so n.y. strip crab legs potato and corn on the cob. The crab was disgusting so salty and soggy before i did anything. So nasty I spend a stupid amount of money here just disappointed

I don't know it has that good vibe to it Parking is kind of tight when you're parking in front, facing the building. Other than that, there are good stores in there, pretty much a One-Stop shop plaza. Oh! And the public sandwiches I know they should be the same at every Publix but for some reason they're extra good there.

Very nice store but we noticed that the deli didn't have as big a selection of "ready to go" foods as the Wesley Chapel stores do. We were looking for the tray of ham and cheese sliders that I often pick up at our usual Publix. I was told that this is a special order at this location.

I'm still a fan of this Publix. This is the old school Publix and part of me loves some parts of it better. The bakery is much different than now. More selection and face to face interaction with those working in the bakery. I asked their opinion about the mango passion fruit bar cake and they gave me their honest opinion. Some liked it and some did not. They said if I didn't like it, it could always be returned. We did love it! They are so friendly here! Love that. I do have a new Publix by my house and this use to be my GoTo Publix. They are still great with the best customer service and the Passion fruit cake bar was great. It's seasonal so check it out asap before it's gone.

Our Publix is great, located at Collier Commons at Collier Parkway and Hwy. 54 However, most recently their produce is terrible, we have complained t management but, nothing gets done. Rotten Onions, Rotten Lettuce, there are so many reasons not to shop produce at Publix, Collier. We have been shopping at Publix since 1982.

Wanted a healthy Meal after morning gym and decided to make a nice nutritious salad at the cold bar that publix offers(that is thousand island on top btw). They also recently just added hot breakfast sandwiches from 7-9 in the morning which is a nice edition for early risers. This specific publix is always clean and stocked with great items. The workers are always present in almost every isle but most of them are not sure where items are a what sales there are so that is why they lost a star.

We went and checked out rhe new Sprouts diagonally across from this Publix and I can tell you their produce is beautiful! Their meats and prepared foods also look awesome! The produce costs LESS at Sprouts, the meat is about equal in price, and the prepared foods may cost a bit more. I will be shopping at Sprouts and just getting odds and ends at Publix. Super friendly cashiers! Everyone is always kind and they have a lot of options. Their produce section is very good! Their pricing can be quite steep, they do have some good sales now and then though. This location is also quite clean and they do not often have a much of a wait if any for checking out (huge plus!).

Publix in itself is an amazing chain. I have no qualms about any of the selection, prices or cleanliness. THIS IS ALL ABOUT THE BOARS HEAD SALAD offered at THE DELI. SPECIFICALLY THE TURKEY, KALE, CRANBERRY SWEET POTATO THIS LOCATION seemingly uses old sweet potatoes for every single one. At first I thought it was a fluke, it's not. I've repeatedly had the salad elsewhere and never have the sweet potatoes been mushy with a hint of vinegar. In order to eat it, I have to pick through said salad throwing out all old sweet potato cubes as anything that it touches had a foul smell to it. It's to the point that I've given up buying that particular salad from this store. Will update again when I randomly repurchase.

4.5 STARS. My FAVORITE Publix, it is one of the highest grossing locations in the state-- lots of foot traffic. It also is one of the remaining few that has a full floral dept complete w/ a full-time licensed florist. Just SO many beautiful floral offerings! (Did you know that if you select different varities or shades of flowers, staff will arrange them for you @ no cost-- providing you bring the vase, or buy a vase here, or, like I, just want the flowers combined & wrapped in tissue paper to take home to a waiting vase-- see pic.) Here's a shout out to produce worker Ashton, who not only approached me to offer assistance in Floral, but pointed out all the sale arrangements before checking in back to tell me what flowers will be on sale the following week (just in time for my Christmas party). She could not have been friendlier, more helpful, or more professional. (I let management know before I exited the store.) Wonderful young woman! At this Publix, you'll find a bakery that offers more (& more varied) edible creations than @ other locations. You'll also find a larger & more varied cheese case & wine section, an excellent salad bar complete w/ some more unique healthy creations, & an olive bar. The deli here never seems to be understaffed, & I've yet to be waited on by an unfriendly employee. Store managent must be excellent-- it can't be a coincidence that the store is always bright, clean & well-organized while the entire staff is top notch in customer service. I'll continue to pass by three other Publix stores to periodically stop in here. The longer drive is worth it due to everything I mentioned above plus the fact that this location is in a very active part of town-- complete w/ gas stations, clothing stores, tattoo parlors, restaurants, etc., & my nail salon (Posche) next door where talented art student Dee gives the most amazing pedicures. Although corporate unfortunately removed the cool middle section of table & chairs for deli dine-in (pre-Covid), this is still a most worthy store. Earlier tonight the older cashier & quite young bag boy talked my ear off. (It was actually quite pleasant.) Last week it was another cashier & bag boy who went out of their way to be friendly. For me, the only negative @ this particular location is the large number of self-checkout registers (that reduce the number of jobs available to part-time employees such as high school & college students, as well as senior citizens.) I would love to see them all disappear!

This has been my local Publix for the last four years. It has largely remained the same, though the Covid-19 situation has brought on a lot of changes. They have really taken health and safety seriously incorporating things like plastic guards, one way directions in aisles, one entrance, sanitized carts and no self service olives. I was very impressed with how quickly they transitioned the store to meet the CDC recommended guidelines. Why Publix? I mean most of their products are slightly more expensive than some other businesses that sell food. I love that they offer, and promote, local Florida businesses. Mother Kombucha, Cigar City Salsa, Made Coffee and Buddy Brew Coffee are just a few local businesses that have their products featured. Another reason I love Publix is their focus on BOGO deals. There are some products that I love that are typically out of my price range. But a few times a year Publix puts those items on BOGO deals and I stock up. I appreciate this as some of the cheaper grocers don't offer BOGO deals. Man, those Publix subs. A third reason I love Publix is their ability to craft top notch subs. In my opinion, these subs are better than the chain sub shops that exist. Publix subs are vegan friendly, they've recently rolled out two specifically vegan subs, and they are customizable. So why only four stars? My only real issue is how they do away with Publix brand products without warning. I was a huge fan of Publix Chocolate Soy Milk. The best around, but all of a sudden I couldn't find it anywhere and, for weeks, no customer service employees could tell me why. The same has happened to Greek Peach Mix In Yogurt (though this has now come back) and the Brown Sugar and Pear version of this yogurt. In short, BOGO, subs, local products yeah! Getting rid of Publix brand items with weeks of visits to customer service and no one being able to tell me why they are always out of stock boo!

Publix Super Market at Collier Commons on Collier Parkway in Land O' Lakes is a well managed Publix that has everything that you need from a grocery store and more. I really like the layout of the store and how easy it is to find exactly what you are looking for. The staff here is very helpful and makes sure you have a good shopping experience.

I LOVE PUBLIX BAKERY!! There I said it. They have the BEST Tres Leche cake. I cannot even describe how good it is. It is light yellow cake with whipped topping and the "tres leche" ingredient is to die for. If you want to lose weight, don't get this cake!! HA! Seriously, I buy at least one to two cakes per week. You can't stop eating it. My husband and I were out at a restaurant and they had a slice of Tres Leche cake on the menu-$7.49 per slice! I thought, why get a slice when you can get an entire cake at Publix for $6.99! And that is what I did. Did I say how much I love this cake? Everything at my Publix is the best-I love it! (I was going to take a picture but I already took a huge piece out of it ;)

There's really not much to dislike about this Publix. If anything, it would be the drive-thru wait time to the pharmacy and the frozen corn on the cob; otherwise, the store is clean, the layout of the store flows well, majority of the staff are very friendly, the produce is fresh (price is a bit high but that's when you resolve it by going to the local produce markets), and they make great sandwiches.

This Publix used to be my favorite but things have definitely digressed. They rarely offer to take my groceries out for me. The young people are always goofing around and not being tentative to the customer. The shelves are not shocked. Produce department used to be premium but since Ray left as manager it has gone downhill. Ray was always out there working with his team. I am in this Publix several times a week and rarely if ever do I see the Produce Manager or his assistant manager On the floor helping. The Store Manager will literally walk by you and not speak. The best store manager this store had was Janet and then Melissa was good as well. The others have not been committed to Customer service. You always saw Janet and Melissa working in the store whether it be getting carts, stocking shelves or checking out customers. Haven't seen that in a long time. Publix seems to be getting away from customer service at least in this store!

I have been a faithful Publix shopper for over 30 years. I have had several complaints with this particular store over the last few years. Today I was at register 1 around 3:30. I bagged my own groceries because there was no bag boy available. The cashier rang me up and helped bag the last few items and never called for backup. I think management in this store needs to help accountable for not having enough personnel to make sure this doesn't happen. Since there was no one bagging, there was also no one available to help me take the items to my car. This is unacceptable for Publix!

Ask for a foot long and got 2 4 inch pre cut pieces of bread. A bunch of buffoons working. Payed 8 dollars for a leftover sandwich.

Closing the meat counter and putting everything out on the shelves was a huge mistake. No more custom cuts, no more inspecting your cut, and no more PERSONAL TOUCH equals no more purchasing my meat here.

I recently had my sons Taco TWOsday themed birthday party. I live in North Tampa and had gone to several different stores to find one that could do a set of multicolored cupcakes as well as any kind of cake with any kind of fiesta related decor. I was even willing to settle for a plain cake with multicolored icing and taco Twosday written on top. Finally I. Drove all the way to land o lakes and found Shae. She is the sweetest soul and not only did she agree to make his cake but she actually made his cake look like two legit tacos. Thanks so much to Shae in the bakery. She is amazing!!!!!!

This store amazes me everytime I go there. It is clean and the employees are all so helpful. I was looking for a new product, Acid Free Coffee and could not find it. When I asked one of the employees stocking the shelves, he stopped what he was doing, and listened to me and said, "I don't know where that is but I will find out". I went on my way shopping and came around and asked him again and he had two products to show me. I laughed as he had found what I was looking for. I had found it the first time I bought it on a totally different isle than the Coffee isle. I asked him to show me where I could find it on the shelves and he took me to the Coffee Isle, showed me it is on the bottom shelf now, I smiled and thanked him. I always see the managers out on the floor making sure the employees are straightening, cleaning and organizining the produce. It is such a pleasure to shop at PUBLIX on Collier Parkway. It has been my go to place during this Covid scare and the only People I see are there. Happy to joke with everyone. Love to make them laugh.

Not only were we not asked if we needed any help by a single employee (and we did as we are from out of stare) but we're cut off and bumped into by an employee getting into a check out line. That employee was rude and didn't even say excuse me, sorry or get out of his way. Definitely not a good experience at this Publix

We absolutely LOVE this store. We don't have Publix where we are from but if we did we would only shop there. This store is nice and their selection of products is wonderful. The staff is always friendly and go way out of their way to help you find what you need !

As a transplant and someone who had never heard of Publix before moving to Florida, I think I'm in love with my grocery store! I feel a little silly reviewing a grocery store, but maybe it will help someone down the road to know that Publix usually has some pretty great deals going on (no membership needed - the deals apply to everyone, which I like, because now I don't have to carry a savings card with me like I used to) and some really great people working for them. I asked a guy who was busy stocking shelves if he knew where I could get a certain product (I forget what) and he stopped what he was doing, took me where he thought they might be (people at other stores might just tell you what aisle to look in, which is fine, but it seems like it's standard for Publix employees to go above and beyond when they can) and asked another employee just to make sure. Publix can get pretty packed, so my boyfriend and I tend to go around 7:30-8:00 at night when it's less crowded. The deli usually has a pretty short wait around that time.

Love shopping at Publix BUT checking out is a problem for me , people don't know how to stay in there own space , they come stand on top of you like they are going to get out faster but it's just very rude wait in ur own area and let the person in the transaction process finish . A person with PTSD is very affected by this , that is why self checkouts are wonderful, wish they would incorporate these in Publix Super Markets.

Have been shopping at this Publix for 6 years. The customer service has gotten terrible. Managers are rude and I've heard them talk down to cashiers. Sad. Publix used to have higher standards. I was just in there spent way too much for common items (Publix prices keep increasing), and asked for 18 bags for my daughters VPK class. The sweet cashier was counting them out for me when a manager came by, never looking at me, but yelled at the cashier saying "we don't do this anymore". The cashier was obviously new, was shocked and embarrassed. The manager took the bags from me and said I can only have 5. This COULD have been handled very differently. I felt like a thief for asking for paper bags for my kids preschool. I'm thankful this area has an Earth Fare and soon an ALDI. I will no longer be a Publix shopper. Tired of the high prices and pretentious attitudes.

I just moved to the area recently from Washington and on 03.09.19 when i tried to buy a bottle of wine from this publix their "customer service" acted as in like i was using a fake ID and put me wait to verify my valid state ID, they didn't even explain what looked different to them, the clerk just said that it looked weird to her, then she calls the manager and he just verifies my ID via his personal phone and tells her that Im Good lol,...the clerk at customer service made me feel really uncomfortable, top management at this location should train their inexperienced staff on how to check for out of state ID's in a more efficient way without having the customer go through an uncomfortable scenario in front of others!...

I love this store.....I will drive out of my way to go to this Publix vs another store closer to my location. Their selection is amazing, the store's cleanliness is kept at a very high level and the staff is very helpful and friendly. This is definitely my grocery store.

Publix is the King of Supermarkets!!! I really love shopping here. The workers actually seem to like their jobs. Occasionally I may get a young cashier flirting with the bag boy but that is rare. I always get acknowledged and never feel like a nuisance when they see me. Unlike other SuperCenters. Bathrooms are usually spotless, I've ran into a few exceptions. Everything is usually in stock. I love that they will attempt to order specialty items. Service is always above and beyond! That's what keeps me coming back!!!

Huge clean store close to home but one of the busiest stores in the area. They always have many registers open so I've really never had to wait too long to check out. It is never difficult to find help when needed. There always seems to be workers in the aisles. I do try to avoid this store during peak times (late afternoon and weekends) if at all possible. They do tend to run out of product often as they can't seem to keep things stocked, especially after a busy weekend. I've had to get rainchecks on occasion. But as far as customer service it's top notch. I've never had them not resolve an issue or a problem. Deli, meat and seafood is all very fresh. I do find their produce and meat are higher priced than local competitors.

I have shopped HEB in Texas for 20 years so this is a very biased review. The staff are all friendly & helpful. I have to give my 4 star vote to HEB because the staff smiles and appear to be genuine. The meat selection at Publix is a joke compared to HEB. I guess I am just hooked on HEB

Publix has always been my favorite supermarket and I've been in supermarkets all across the country the prices are the absolute lowest but when they have a sale it's a really good deal what I like is how clean the places and how friendly the staff as I highly recommend shopping there

I was very pleased earlier this year when I found that you delivered and I've used the delivery service at least 40 times since then. I found it a very reliable service, though with the usual occasional glitch. However, the way I rate providers is not when things go well, but how they handle things when they don't. Unfortunately, you've chosen Instacart, which has been a bad partner. I received email from them that my account has been "suspended" due to some unspecified issue with the delivery that occurred two days earlier. The only issue I know about was that the quantity delivered on one item was two less than I ordered (which I chose not to complain about but merely reordered), but I suspect they were referring to an issue with the community I live in. They said I should reply by email and there would be a final decision in 48 hours. I replied immediately to ask for details and followed up a few times in the next 24 hours. I didn't receive any acknowledgement from them (Instacart uses Zendesk, which is a primitive, but usually acceptable, request tracking system). Because I had an order for dozens of items due to the next day to support arriving visitors, I called Customer Service. I was on the phone for over an hour and got nowhere. They said that the department that suspended my account "only communicated by email", but I had already sent email. They sent an internal high-priority request to that group and assured me the issue would resolved within 24 hours. Not only was that a lie, but it's been well over the original 48 hours and not only haven't I heard a "final decision", but haven't even gotten any solid information on what the issue was, so I'm left to guessing. Luckily, the Walmart across the street has very recently started a delivery service using DoorDash. I used them twice and had some issues both times, but ultimately got my groceries. However, you have a larger variety of groceries, so I would prefer to order from you. I understand that it was Instacart that had this issue, not you, but the app is Publix branded and their actions reflect on you: if they can't properly handle communications in an issue (or if they refuse to deliver to my community, which is a large and long-standing Pasco community), that reflects badly on you. Hence this review. A followup is that I got email shortly after sending this review saying that they are suspending the account, but not saying why other than a generic statement that they "reserve the right to ... terminate accounts at its sole discretion". I don't believe that Publix should continue to use Instacart and believe you should switch your Android app to another service.

Publix will always be a favorite grocery store. I know the setup. I like the bogos. I like the ambiance. And both my middle son and I have done commercial ads for them as actors. So how can I not love them? Lol

I love Publix! Awesome service and food is always stocked and clean! You don't have to wait in a line too long, if someone sees you waiting for a while, they will open up another register! It actually happened to me! I also love when you are looking for something and you ask anyone that works there, they will stop what they are doing and walk you to where it is! Shopping is definently a pleasure. I love their deli (on Sundays though, you will be waiting for a bit). The chicken is always fresh and delicious! I love their wings, and sides, the Mac N' Cheese is amazing! I have been trying to get more "Organic" lately, and I love how they have the Greenwise in one area. Easier to get everything you need in one stop. Oh, another amazing customer service shout out, is, if it rains they will still help you out to your car with an umbrella, or even hand you an umbrella for you to get out to your car. On the downside, for where this location is at, it is a busy, busy, area, parking can be a hassle. You might go up and down a couple times to find a parking spot.

I love publix but the deli needs some work in managing staff. They are so slow! It took a hour to make 4 subs and a month ago I called ahead for two subs and it still took a hour. It's a shame because they are awesome subs. But I can go to subway and even at the busiest time and get it in 15 minutes. They need to put more staff in there or pull people from other areas in the deli during busy periods. They also need to have pans of ingredients ready to go in the line when they run out instead of running around slicing meat and filling pans right on the line. So much wasted time and bad management is going to kill this deli.

This is a big and beautiful store; stopped in early on a Sunday morning to get flowers for a friend who invited us for breakfast. So neat and clean and a really large floral department. I love Publix!

Every Friday I eat lunch with my kids at their elementary school. I love how I can go to MY Publix and pick up something different for everyone. A salad for me, mac & cheese for my middle child, a salad for my oldest, and a sub for my youngest and know that what I am getting them is made fresh. Can't go wrong with Publix!!

Everyone here is helpful and friendly enough. It's usually pretty busy because of its location and the deli is sometimes a nightmare because of this. I like that they have a mix your own beer six pack section and the rest of the beer selection is good too. I don't like that they are often out of certain things or just don't care them. Why would they think people only want 0% Fage Greek Yogurt when Fage offers 2% and 4% also. They're often out of herbs, like today when I went to get cilantro and sure enough "there was a run on cilantro this morning apparently" is what I was told. Really?! It's stuff like this that annoys me.

This publix as well as the one in Connerton are super nice. The staff is always courteous and willing to help. A little tip is they have great Christmas trees for great prices as well. LOVE their sweet tea.

Publix is the best grocery store, but this particular one isn't as good as the Wesley Chapel store six miles north of it. The deli is shoddy, too, like with the right supervision, I'm pretty sure an ape could make a better sub.

While not the first Publix in Land O Lakes, this one has become one of the best Publix's in Pasco county. A wide variety of products as well as an extremely friendly staff, big in both size and quality, this Publix has proved itself over and over again. While superb customer service is always expected at any Publix location, I have found that this particular Publix goes above and beyond to make sure they help every single customer who walks in. The quality of all their products is always "top-shelf" while still staying within reach. The consistency of service as well as the cleanliness of this Publix have always met my standards and I always enjoy shopping there. They offer a wider variety of meats and meals for a busy college student and at affordable prices.

Great produce, meat, and fresh fruits... However I sometimes worry if their baggers are test tube people they never allow out of the store. They are entirely tooooo eager in their attempt to help you with your bags. Give those poor people fresh air!

Absolute thieves prices are 20% higher than every other supermarket. Have a parking lot that could drive you insane, no thought or care in the design. Do not damage your car on the concrete post that is WAY to close to the car stop in front of Achieva because Publix tells you to Pound Salt. Need another alternative in this area.

Worst. Publix. Ever. Filled with arrogant and hateful employees who act as if it weren't their job to help you find what you need. Management is just as bad, unfortunately. I'm sure there's plenty of hardworking, nice people who need a job and yet this Publix is doing a stellar job of avoiding those types of workers. I've been here several times and I've encountered the same bad attitude more than once. Shopping isn't a pleasure at this Publix but a royal pain. FYI, there's a perfectly good Winn Dixie adjacent to Publix where I will now be shopping at. You're repleacable, Publix. Every retailer is. Don't forget that.

I really love my Land O Lakes Publix. I am a huge fan of employee-owned Publix as a company and how they treat their employees! Publix does a lot for our community too with charitable giving to charities like Metropolitan Ministries. The store brand items are just as good or even better than the name brand. I've really taken a liking to their store brand Greek yogurt that's half the price of major brands and come in wonderful flavors like key lime and pomegranate berry. Mm!! They put them on sale a lot too, I've got them as cheap as 50 cents a cup. The Publix bogos are always welcome and I've saved a good amount of money. I just got bogo Girardelli brownie mix today for easy holiday baking. The Publix subs are legendary in that fresh bread of theirs. I am in love with the holiday sub with turkey, cranberry relish and Gruyere cheese and bacon. Oh man, thank goodness they only come once a year because I'd be eating them quite often! I love the fresh bread at the bakery, like the multigrain bread. The meats and seafood are always fresh and quality, and they have regular sales. It's so bright, clean and cheery with the most pleasant employees. I'll always be a fan!

I wish the Publix stores in land o lakes/Wesley chapel were more like the stores in south Tampa. Those stores have an amazing selection of items in every department and their bakery and deli departments blow our local stores away! Please wake up publix and give the people in the suburbs the same options as the urban dwellers. Also, please bring back the pumpernickel raisin bread and challah! They're amazing!

Publix is my favorite grocery store to shop at since I was a young kid. Their product and fruit section is what I feel in love with. Publix has the best selection of fresh fruits and veggies. I also really enjoy their deli section. A friendly person behind the counter asks "how can I help you." My favorite thing is after you tell them what type of meat you would like they give you a sample.. I love Boars Head deli meat! After the person behind the counter hands you your meat, you turn around and there are rows of hummus, dips, salads like chicken, egg, tuna and pre-made items like buffalo chicken and subs. I recently just tried the potato wedges (where the chicken tenders are) and let me tell you those are delicious. The prices are great too. I try and always go when Publix has their buy one get one sales. You can save some serious money by doing that. The selection for grocery items is amazing but best of all are their employees. Every time I go there I always feel so welcomed and loved. Collier Publix you rock!! :)

Normally, Publix is a pleasant experience and everyone seems to know what they are doing for the most part. I'm actually writing this review in the parking lot right after we put our groceries in the car but I felt this needed to be done right away in order to save other shoppers from the same experience. My mom and I grabbed a few groceries for dinner tonight, maybe a total of 15 things, and proceeded to check out in a regular lane where another customer was already paying. We were not greeted when we walked up and actually blatantly ignored while we wondered why the cashier hadn't started to ring up our groceries since the other customer was now standing away from the counter. Due to another customer's mix up, Dana (the cashier) had started to talk with her while she sent another employee on the hunt to find whatever grocery she was missing. Finally, she decided to suspend the other customer's transaction and start to ring up our groceries. No one bagged our groceries so I did it myself and several employees walked by and saw me doing it but did nothing. I have no problem putting my stuff into bags but I do feel as though I was not made a priority customer. As Dana read us the total, my mom pulled out cash and tried to hand it to her but Dana had directed her attention back to the previous customer, making us wait even longer while we were trying to pay. By this time another woman had come to help me bag the last 2 groceries. Dana then had the audacity to say, "Looks like y'all got caught in the middle of this, huh?" Like yes? Obviously? But it wasn't our fault or choice that Dana could not get her priorities in order. The customer before us still hadn't paid for the overflowing cart of already bagged groceries sitting near the door at this point, but still was more important than us, the readily paying customers. Terrible customer service and we will be sure to skip Dana's aisle next time, no matter how available she appears to be.

I really enjoy shopping at this Publix. My husband and I just moved back to Florida two years ago from North Carolina where there are not any Publix's. So moving back here to where Publix's are everywhere makes me extremely happy. The store is always extremely clean and the employees are very friendly. This location is always fully stocked on their produce with great fruits and vegetables which are 90% of my diet. I have a food allergy to dairy which always makes it difficult when going grocery shopping. I have to have a specific type of milk, almond milk, and yogurt, soy yogurt, which they always have in stock which is extremely helpful. If they do not have a product that I am looking for, the managers are always willing to help me and order it to have in the store. I have never had a store help me as much as this one has. I highly recommend this Land O Lakes location and this will forever be my favorite store.
