Publix Super Market at Country Club Plaza

deli had absolutely horrible customer service. was ignored, not greeted, and just waited there like an idiot waiting for them to say even a single word to me. as soon as someone else walked up, they greeted and served them immediately. not sure why a company would ever treat their customers like this, but i definitely won’t be back at this location. felt racially charged

Just like every other Publix the service and ambiance and products are excellent. I went to this particular one, to get some of their World Famous hot wings. They are always fresh and crispy. I also picked up a made to order Italian Sub. Thank you Publix !

Last Monday I was in the area preparing one of my listings in Hialeah and I went to this Publix location to get couple of items to finish my tune up for the property I was getting ready for showings. I was so fortunate to be helped by Alejandro, the cashier who welcomed me with a smile and Betty the manager who greeted me at the main entrance; these two amazing people made me feel so happy for the great service I received despite that this store is out of my area where I usually do my grocery shopping. These two guys deserve a great recognition for the great hospitality they provide to the community

Publix where shopping was a pleasure 😪 now is like very poor customer service I apply like a year I go and and videos you have to watch is nothing whith te reality employees pass by ans they look mad they don't say goodmorning or ask if everything was OK they need to be trained again I'm a regular costumer for 15 years so sad 😭

This Publix is overall good, but if you’re stopping by to get some Sushi think twice. Ian the sushi chef is extremely rude. I said excuse me and he ignored me. The second time I called for his attention he looked at me with a rude face and kept doing what he was doing. His hygiene is 0/10. I could smell his bad breathe from where I was standing. I’m sure he doesn’t look at all the plaque build up when he looks into the mirror. Not the type of chef you want making your sushi. Might as well eat sushi marinated in plaque build up. Publix has to do something about this hygiene issue as it’s not suitable with the servsafe guidelines.
