Can someone tell me why a 12 pack of vital farms eggs are three dollars more at Publix than they are at Walmart same product same packaging same eggs the only difference is the store why is it such a high mark up?? Is it because Publix is supposed to be where shopping is a pleasure doubtful it used to be not so much anymore. You get the same quality of service at Publix that you get at Walmart. The stores are directly across the street from each other, but over here at the Publix I feel a price gouge. but I guess it’s our own fault because we are the idiots who continue to keep them in business why we complain when our electric bill is too high. We complain when our water bill is too high or when our car insurance rates go up, but yet we’re still welding to spend an extra $50-$60 on a grocery trip to shop at a place that is supposed to be pleasurable when most of the lanes that should have cashiers ,don’t. you’ve got more people standing around with little tablets doing nothing, if you guys wanna save some money get rid of those people instead of having them stand there looking around waiting for something to do. Give them something to do. Multiple registers are open with their lights off and nobody’s there. The lines go from the cash register all the way into the aisles, which makes it very inconvenient for families to shop so again a place that used to be pleasurable to shop at has fallen very very far but again here we are still keeping them in Business
