The individuals that work the service desk are awesome except for one person, she just doesn't come across as friendly and professional as all the others. She's slightly rude and bossy. Maybe a simple talk from management asking her to be like the others would definitely make this a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PUBLIX.

This store has always been amazing! Today was extra awesome we messed up the date on food for a kids party accidentally ordered for next weekend instead of today. William at the deli was amazing he said if we have an hour I can still get it today a popcorn chicken platter and sub platter. It was ready just in time I'm so thankful they were able to help us they didn't have to it was our mistake.

2023 Bakery🏆 the cake was breath taking🥳🤩 great surprise for the birthday girl & guests 🎂🎯 & the birthday candles 😳 are edible dark chocolate 🍫🤤 (not the wick of course) 2024 We returned this year 🎂& Publix didn’t disappoint🥳 It wouldn’t let me add another review so I updated this one 🥳 the M&M cake & the hamburger 🍔 cakes are amazing too 🎈

It's small and has an odd layout. I rarely find a good selection of products. By the way, I never found the bread isle. I only go to that one because it's directly across the street from my job and I can do Amazon returns at the UPS.

Very friendly service and employees, especially in the hectic Deli/Hot food area. Most of these employees, in the Deli specifically, should get gold stars for dealing with all the rude impatient customers that roll through this place. I guess that’s what you get living on the outskirts of Orange Park/Jacksonville. A fully dedicated cold wine fridge is the only thing this place is missing. (Hint, Hint!)

Id give it a 00 if I could. I just had a terrible experience here. I own a dog grooming business in Jacksonville and I bring my mini Aussie-Doodle to my store 4 times a week he’s very friendly and quiet. I came in tonight to buy a birthday cake and a few other things and ended up spending 70 bucks but at the end after I paid for my stuff (probably because if he would’ve said this prior, I would’ve put everything back) the manager comes up to me and very rudely says to me “That dog isn’t allowed in this cart or in this store so keep that in mind for next time” and without saying another word turns and walks away like I’m a child and his staff and the costumers in the surrounding lines turned and looked at me like he just accused me of stealing or something and i was extremely embarrassed. I will never be coming back here or to another Publix and honestly the quality that Publix used to uphold is gone and if anyone from Publix is reading this, the minute a Wegmans gets close enough to the south, I guarantee you go out of business.

great! the deli staff are friendly and professional. as you know, the pub sub is S tier. this publix hasn't been as busy as others during lunch hours

the pharmacy told me my prescription would be ready by 12:30. I arrived 4 min early at 12:26 to be told to wait another 30min. Come on people it is not fair to treat people this way.
