Publix Super Market at Patchwork Farms Shopping Center

Stopped during a road trip so we are not from the area. The salad bar was immaculate and we'll stocked. In general staff looked happy to be there despite being a Saturday. Special shout out to Jay, our cashier who kindly and patiently showed her colleague how to bag the soup we bought so it wouldn't spill. Thank you for looking out for us!

Wonderful bakery who fixed another locations mess up. Great selection. First class market. Great meat selection. They were open early and close to my work. Polite staff who handled everything. Even allowed me to check out at the customer service desk when he saw that I only had a couple of items and was in a hurry having to get back to work and they're being a very long line of people with full baskets. First class market!

The Deli prepared Fried Chicken and Madi Gra wings; for my Daughter's Law-School Graduation Party. The food was phenomenal. They did an awesome job. I am so happy that I chose to do business with this Publix location.

Rob in produce is the absolute best! He saw me looking through the fruit selection and recommended me some of the best starfruit I’ve ever had. I didn’t even know pine berries were a thing and he let me try some and I’m now a fan! The fact that he took his time to get to know me and help me out really meant a lot! See ya again Rob for next week’s produce pickup!

After visiting the deli to get a pub sub, I unfortunately had to come across the employee Robin from the deli section. After requesting to have my chicken tossed she completely ignored me and started to squirt buffalo sauce everywhere but the chicken. Once I asked her if they toss it at this publix, she proceeded to rudely reply with “I don’t understand why they do that”. I was left with a soggy pitiful sandwich. Her attitude was seen by everyone in line patiently waiting that she didn’t care to be there or their sandwich. I don’t plan on ever going back to see Robin again.

Well, I had to change my review from five stars to one star on this publix. Thanks to Jesse the store manager. They were out of diet Mountain dew bottles so I asked for a rain check. He checked his app and told me that they had 41 bottles in stock. He then made me wait for 10 minutes and finally I had to leave the store and get back to work. The bottles never showed up and I knew there were none in the store to begin with. I am sorry to leave this review. It would have been different if Jesse was a little bit more considerate of my time.

Nice clean store. The BEST sandwiches around!! Piled high goodness, big ol sammich sure to fill you up! Great price, ta boot!!

I am there a couple of times a week. Everyone is welcoming, cheerful and helpful. Almost always find what I need.
