So I was in town for a few days and made a stop at this Publix. During my stay, I in fact went two times at different times of the day; once before closing, the other at mid day and I must say, the employees were great and the supermarket was very clean. I asked for help finding something and one of the workers was kind enough to not just tell me where to go, but in fact went with me. I found everything I was looking for. From child care products to food to medication, it was great. Pretty much a one stop shop. 👌🏼👌🏼

I went grocery shopping late in the evening and when I got home I couldn't find one of my items. I called the store and they said I can replace it if I came back with the receipt. I told them it was getting late and if possible to return the next morning instead and they said yes. The next morning I returned and had no problem getting my replacement without any problems. Now that's good customer service.

Very kind and helpful staff. The fruit and vegetables are very fresh and lots of variety. The Ukrainian lady who works at the seafood counter is extremely knowledgeable helpful and kind. At the deli usually get a roasted lemon pepper chicken and it is delicious and juicy. We usually get their pita chips and Publix dip that is spinach with the asiago cheese it is so good. If you've never tried Publix green tea with ginseng and honey it is my children's favorite. Very light and refreshing like Starbucks. Everything was so picture perfect❤️ definitely put in the effort to make it a physically and visually appealing place to go. From my experience the parking lot has been safe. I highly recommend them.

Timothy and Brad were absolutely incredible today. I ordered a salad. Their customer service was top notch. Brad was patient and so kind. Thank you to both of these employee for an amazing experience.

On my recent visit, not only were there no chicken tenders available, but I also felt ignored and disregarded as a customer—something I’ve never experienced at Publix before. The staff seemed dismissive, and the overall service lacked the courtesy and attentiveness I’ve come to associate with your brand. This was inconvenient and disappointing, especially since I’ve always appreciated the high standards and customer care Publix is known for. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the customer experience at this location. I’d appreciate a response or follow-up from store management.

Not exaggerating, one of the cleanest and most organized Publix stores I've ever visited. Top notch management at this location! Cashiers were super friendly as well.

I grew up in Lakeland, Florida, the home of this grocery store. I've lived all over the US and when I retired, I moved to Fort Mill, SC to find there are Publix locations there and all around the Charlotte area. Whenever, I'm traveling, i try to stop into a Publix because they always have what I want and need. This is a great store in a great location with a very nice and professional staff.

what I think about Publix I think Publix has the best fried chicken in town is crispy tender and juicy at the same time it got all different kinds of flavors to choose from so I choose to get the mix why I took that first bite it's like heaven on earth it's crispy tender I can't even imagine I had to get some because y'all have the best food in the market so for that I had to give y'all five stars

Seems like a decent supermarket. Lot of workers available to ask where to find anything. Decent selections of different foodstuffs. No long lines at checkout on a Sunday afternoon. Picked because of proximity to where we are staying.

Great selection with a nice layout and clean. But my gosh, I thought food was supposed to be cheaper in Florida! Everything cost most then in my town in California. I know they have different liquor laws in Florida but it would be nice to be able to get everything in one place. Not their fault, just an observation. Staff are always nice though.

We had the opportunity to try their sandwiches great and delicious, and the girl who make it very helpful. Clean and organized. We tried sushi ugh not good

Sunday 2 pm in the weeds aisle are backed up no management in sight deli moving in slow motion WHY do I come here when common cat is a Mike say and a well ran Publix

Quick run in and out, always pass the bakery Seen this mini lemon meringue pie and less then 24 hours and half gone. I'd say better then boxed Mrs Smiths. Which I hardly see in stores and it's taste has changed along with its price and large amounts of waste after 2 days. This pie I will admit the crust has a after taste I don't care for but I don't eat pie for its crust. It's a 80% meringue 16% filling 4% crust. Mm mm good. After 1 day only slight weeping, but it's maintained it's firmness and it taste "chefs kiss". The filling has a very nice yellow color, not too bright where you know they added too much food coloring. The lemon taste is not too strong and it all smells of how a lemon pie should. To my surprise a very sweet one. I passed by for that sliced lemon cake. Publix "this location" thank you for the quality.

Not the first time here but my first review of this spot. Here for a week's rest at a resort down the road. The is is one of the nicer stores I've visited in a good while. This is just off the tourist path so it isn't quite tourist prices here like the one a few miles down I-Drive. Store seems well stocked and quite clean too, as are most Publix stores. This one seems to shine a little more tho and had a nicer more sleek and modern look to it. Fortunately there were a few good BOGO's that helped us shop for our stay without breaking the bank. Would we visit here again? Certainly so, as we have done many times previously during past mini vacays not too far from here. Wee!

Awesome Publix. They have no self checkout but they hire enough cashiers. And then stockers go out of their way to help you find an item. Easy to park too.

We're visiting from New Jersey and we have a large group (13 people). We wanted to order Publix sandwiches online as their reputation is very strong and unfortunately we were unable to do so in a timely manner through the app so we visited this location nearest to our hotel where both our deli associate "Arc-Hendy" and the deli manager "Brad" were very accommodating and extremely patient, polite and professional as we ordered 13 different customized sandwiches. We truly appreciate the service we experienced at this location and our deli associate "Arc-Hendy" for being so patient with us. We would recommend this location for anyone looking for quality food, service and hospitality. Thank you so much for making our vacation that much more pleasant Publix!!!

Normally i wouldn't write a review on a supermarket but this store was great. Shopped there 3 times across 5 days and always encountered new and phenomenal employees...it was like a step back in time...Prices, Stock..putting all that aside. The people that work here were all fabulous

Terrible deli service, due to one person who called herself "Sunshine" aka Stupida. Some coworkers laughed with her, while one lady assisted me with professionalism. It's too bad such a reputable company has someone like that representing a Publix. Otherwise, a well organized and clean location.

Anyone who knows Publix automatically thinks of the Pub Sub. Well, I go mainly for their 20 piece Hot & Spicy headed chicken wings. I always call ahead on the way home and without fail, my order is always ready. The deli associates are very personable and remember me each time now. It's a great feeling to know that they actually take pride in not only greeting their customers, but remembering us as well.

This location is nice, not too busy for a Friday but it's in a plaza so parking sucks. They seem to have a good amount in stock, I only came here for instacart shopping though. The sub station is a bit of a wait so I'd recommended you order ahead online. The lines don't seem long so the cashiers are fast :)

Easy in and out. Their cherry tomatoes all looked old and wrinkly, not for me. Gabrien waited on me at register 10. Easy to navigate and find everything we were looking for, except no Stash Chai Green tea, that's our favorite.

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.

The best bakery of any Supermarket. The fried chicken is better than KFC. Always courteous and friendly. Best produce in town.

Well organized Publix location with friendly staff! All the items are very well organized. The fruits, sushi, meats, look very well organized and fresh cut to date. Great job to management to this location. ^.^

Just a small uodate, for a store who's motto for baggers is "two hands on the cart and which way to your car", this store falls sadly behind again. There is only one bagger at this store who will ever ask if you'd like help to your car. I even mentioned it to a manager a couple months ago and nothing changed. I don't care if I don't have a lot of groceries, but if my cart is full, it's nice to have the help. Instead, I get the bagger pushing the cart towards me and walking away. Usually we'll stocked, produce is good quality as are the meats. I love the app, if I can't find something, I can go to the app to find out what aisle it's in.

We needed to stock up our refrigerator at the timeshare nearby so we stopped in after our supper at the store we passed by earlier in the day. It has a much bigger selection of ethnic foods - more so than the local Publix I have in my home town. The store is clean and bright, wide aisles and a pharmacy located at one side of the store. I did notice however some major differences - not a lot of merchandise stockers to ask where products are located and a much smaller selection in the bakery and deli departments. There were almost no specialty breads on display at 7:15 pm - the clerk said they didn't have any. No grab n go sandwiches that I could find anywhere. Definitely set up differently than what I ever encountered before. Prices are on the high side, so I tend not to buy anything unless it's on sale. Cashier definitely was not friendly, and I noticed I was overcharged on four items that should have been on sale. Since I have a neck brace on, the bagger never asked if I needed help with the groceries to my car, and I had three extremely heavy bags. Customer service is lacking in this store. Maybe corporate should send in a mystery shopper to try to correct this.

I live in CA, but when we come to FL, I live for the Publix markets. I feel like in the week we are there we visit it daily. Clean, bright and really a great store all around. The selection is off the chain and they have so much to offer. Prices are pretty great, and you don't need a phone number to get the savings which is something I love. Went in for Valentine's day and they had an awesome spread of flowers, treats and great eats. Great deli departments, fresh juice selection and beer selection. My favorite market that I wish we had near by me in CA!

This is a great location for Publix. Remember, facemasks are required and each aisle has a single direction. The store is very well-stocked, very clean, and nice associates.

I had such a great experience today! I was craving kiwi and wanted to eat some on the go! I asked a fruit department worker if he would cut me up some kiwi and he did! I was so happy and enjoyed my kiwi on my way to my next destination!

Great Florida supermarket chain. It's been 20 years since I was in Florida last and I remember the Publix supermarkets back then and liked them than some of my chains in NY. Fast forward 20 years and back here again still liking this chain. This location is no exception. I hear that this was renovated more recently, but still a nice looking, neat, well stocked supermarket along with some friendly employees. Some of my NY chains need to take note here. I was staying at a local hotel and just came here for a few essentials and not a full shopping trip. I found everything that I was looking for, but would've loved to grab a cart here and fill my pantry/fridge. Everything was organized well and clean. It looked like a supermarket you'd see in a movie - all clean and shelves fully stocked. Still jealous that we don't get Publix in NY - but then again, it wouldn't look like this one before long. Large enough store with plenty of options that I saw, though I wasn't in every aisle at the same time. Parking lot is sizable. This location shares the land with several other businesses as well. A great Florida supermarket chain and this location is no exception. If I lived in the area, this would be my supermarket. But since I don't live in the area, whenever I stay in the area I'd stop by if I need something.

I came here at about 8:30 PM with my kids, an Uber dropped us off, Was safe, they had good food and said there was plenty of people shopping here. Overall definitely a place I would go to again. I'm not from here and I've only been to a couple Publix but it seemed good.

Yes I love this newly remodeled store (April 2018) and the expanded deli. This location has more deli items like salmon, vegetables and salads. I would not say it as big as some of the flagship stores like Dr Phillips and Winter Park but it offers more choices than older locations. The times I have been in the store they had adequate staff in the deli area and I was assisted promptly. I am a Publix fan and I think everything is comparable to other locations except the pharmacy closes earlier on Sunday than other Publix stores. I found this out on the way home from a Centra Care so plan accordingly. This store is clean, well priced and as another review mentioned you will find a lot of tourists in this store as it is close to the attractions and hotels. I frequently stop here on the way home.

Visiting Orlando, and this is my first visit to Publix Super Market...To start off, We arrived late at night, so went to a big name store near our hotel for water, etc. for the hotel...it was a terrible experience... not like the back in Texas.... So this morning, I found Publix on Yelp...it was AMAZING! I walked in, and it had the feel of a grocery store that had never been open before that moment: incredibly and sparkly clean, shelves stocked perfectly, nice friendly faces working. It was like I was there first customer, EVER! When I checked out, the cashier noticed a drink bottle was leaking and got me a new one. The bagger asked if I needed help to my car ( felt like Texas hospitality!), I said no, as I had only a couple bags. After I put the bags in my car, and started to take the buggy back inside the store, the same bagger came out to meet me in the parking area to retrieve the buggy from me! An incredibly satisfying experience that started off my first day on vacation great! Highly recommend!

Well, well, well .... the makeover is complete! The sad old Publix is now new and modern ... and yes, its now OPEN!! (It opened 4/14/18). Its nice! The bakery, deli and produce area are now on the right side of the store (modeled after many other Publix stores in the area.) These areas are nice and open too. The aisles feel a little narrow but its not a big store so they made great use of the space they have. It also looks like they have a lot more offerings (ready-to-go meals, more deli meats ... more products in general) than the older version. So yay!!! Way to go, Publix!!!

Today is the Grand Opening (April 14th) of this newly renovated Publix in The Williamsburg Downs Mall. This establishment has the newest supermarket technology, amazing staff and BOGO specials! After months of waiting for them to complete the new store construction, it was well worth the waiting to have the newest premiere grocery store in the the area. Keeping true to Publix's slogan ~ "Where Shopping is a Pleasure!" Cheers

Just discovered this chain after traveling in Florida for many years and let me tell you Walmart never again Great staff and quick service for your groceries

I was shocked at how expensive groceries are in the USA. We are from Toronto and our bill was double what I would pay in Toronto with the exchange and we really didn't buy that much. Produce: The produce section is really nice with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. The aisles were like what you would see in most grocery stores. Gluten and Dairy Free Items? - They did not have any vegan protein powder that was stevia free. I was pretty disappointed by this as I needed it for my morning smoothies. - Out of all the drinks in the store, I found one brand that had no dairy, gluten or artificial sweeteners. It was called Koia and they have many flavours. It's quite delicious and it's loaded with 18 g of protein and lots of fiber. Employees: The employees were fantastic and go above and beyond to help guests. On our first visit I asked where I could find protein powder and the employee walked me to the aisle. On our second visit, l asked an employee to grab a bottle of Koia from the top shelf and he said there was only one flavour left. He volunteered to check their inventory and went and grabbed me tons of flavours from the stock room. The customer service is outstanding! All of the employees go above and beyond to help their customers.

Typical publix products . Clean and organized. Just an all over BAD vibe with staff. I have been 2 times in the past couple of times and its consistent in all departments except bakery ( didnt visit deli or seafood). It was so bad the other day that I made a comment to cashier. Shouldve told manager. One lady in bakery spoke as she left the area and asked if we needed help but this was after being ignored by others . No music playing . Add some nice music and put everyone in customer service classes! 1 for customer service. 4 for cleanliness . 1.25 for prices ( go to aldis)

I like the new store a lot but I will miss the old store. The old store to me screamed classic Florida. Hard to really explain but it had something special about it. The new store is beautiful however and they have absolutely everything. I will be going to this one instead of the one on universal Blvd

This Publix location has been around forever, and I can still count on amazing, genuine and cheerful service. Trying to find helium balloons 2 days after Valentine's Day is 99% impossible to do. Lucky for me, I went to this Publix location and thankfully, the store had the perfect helium balloons I had hoped to find! Not only was I thrilled to find the balloons, I was treated with that famous customer service only Publix provides. It's true! 'Publix, where shopping is a pleasure.' ThanksPublix for making what seemed impossible, actually turn out possible and PERFECT!

Heres a tip: your cashiers and baggers are there to work. Not to flirt with the customers. On 10/26/20 around 5:00pm i was there with my fiancé and his little brother. And your bagger who is a Petite, 5'1" or 5'2", brown hair, blueish greenish eye slut tried to get my fiancé number while she was on the clock. This is for specifically that bagger: If youre at work youre there to work. Youre not there to be a little slut cause you think my fiancé is hot. I know hes hot bitch why do you think hes with me and not you? Oh thats right its cause youre a little fucking whore who tries and fails to flirt with men while youre working. Do your fucking job nasty ass slut.

4 stars for another nice, new Publix! This store just had its re-grand opening the other day and I've been excited to visit because of how close it is to my house. The interior looks clean and fresh with new equipment, paint, etc. It must be really exciting for a new employee to work there right now. I went to the deli there and the food was excellent, as always. Publix generally has great guest service and I just didn't come in contact really with anyone for that "icing on the cake" Publix interaction. But that's okay! 4 stars- but quite moldable as I will surly be back here!

I ordered 4 pounds of Corn Nuggets and no one judged me. They are delicious. If you have not tried them please do, not only are they tasty but a great bargain for a hot snack. Much better than French fries. All the items from the fresh food and deli look amazing and can't wait to try it all. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Clean and organized store. Staff always asks if we need help with anything. We have been shopping here for years and never disappointed. Fresh meat, fresh produce and almost everything you could need for food & house. I would rather pay a little more to have a better staff & cleaner store like Publix BUT if you wait for BOGO deals you even end up paying less than the competitors.

Publix is a necessary evil, don't you think? Their prices are too high. Their inventory is often old (I got a year old Lean Cuisine once!), and you don't always get smiles or more cashiers, even though they raised the prices and advertised exactly that. When I lived in the area, I barely went to Publix and with the Target grocery in Oviedo, as the supply increased there, I shopped less at Publix. Last night, I was feeling sick, and I went to their pharmacy area for an over the counter drug. This store is worse than practically every other Publix store I've ever visited, so much that even Walmart Neighborhood Markets is better. I found a group of 2 or 3 products in the related category--actually 2 or 3 items. If anyone had taken anything, the product would have been empty, and several others were. In any case, I ended up driving to Walmart at John Young and Sand Lake, though there might be a closer store. Glad I don't have to shop at Publix any more.

I am extremely unhappy lately with this store. Yesterday at 11:00 I waited over 10 minutes to be waited on in the deli. Only one person out front and she was making subs. The workers in the back did not acknowledge me and did not seem to care I was waiting. I had to go to the desk to have them call the deli manager who was too busy doing inventory in the premade sandwich/salad area. I believe his name was Justin or Jason. I finally had to get the store manager for assistance. The cashiers are always nice and friendly but I will go to the Lake Cay store from now on. It is about a mile further but has far superior service than the Williamsburg store. I hope corporate takes a closer look at the management of this store they need some retraining.

I went into your market for the first time I'm amazed how clean, organization and friendly cashiers. I live in Northern California-San Francisco. I would shop at your stores if they're on the west coast. Thanks for a great first visit. Keep up the good work.

I come here probably 2-3 times a week and lately, I've been noticing more problems. A few weeks ago I had a really bad experience with a lady named Suzanne. She wasn't pleasant to talk to at all and I didn't really like how it seemed like she had an attitude. I ended up consuming expired cheese from this Publix about 2 weeks ago. Today I was just about to get fish from the fish department and noticed Steven (who was getting the fish) lick his finger to grab a plastic then take off his glove, lick his other finger and grab a glove. I complained to customer service and the guy who I complained to was initially on his cell phone. At least he apologized and said he'd notify management, but I don't feel like he did. Hence my review. My biggest issue is most definitely the fact that someone messing with fresh foods doesn't understand the concept of transferring bacteria. The number one form of cross contamination is our hands. If he did that to mine, he's been doing it all day and the germs from the plastic are now on the seafood. I'm just not pleased with this Publix at all.

Despite what my Sister-In-Law says every time I see her stupid, dumb face, I'm not usually one to say rude things. But, holy hell this location should just shut its' doors. My main squeeze and I decided to stop by today to grab sixteen things and of those sweet sixteen, this store was out of stock of NINE of them. The woman behind the Customer Service counter who was in charge of Rain Checks was like a Dialect class led by Marlee Matlin: Less than helpful. One upbeat stockboy however was like a golden strand of hay in the inverted-needle stack of bumbling, clueless employees, happily helping check back-stock (to no avail) on all the products I wasn't able to find myself. While he wasn't able to help me in terms of getting me the sh*t I actually came there for, he at least upheld the expectation of quality customer service I've come to have over the years for Publix and its' employees. Long story short, avoid this store if you can help it and go to the one near Rosen College on Universal Blvd. instead!

If you would like to go to work without the lunch you ordered online look no further, Publix has fallen short yet again from my expectations. The past week I have ordered a simple sub from the deli twice online well over an hour in advance so there is time to complete the order, I have even gone in half an hour after the completion time online to come and see the ready to pick up rack empty. I grew up shopping in Publix my whole life, definitely will be a while before I return

Okay, so I know it's Publix, which has its reputation of having great service. But two days in a row I have a bag boy and cashier put my things in my cart and offer to take me to my car?! I actually thought the cashier might be a manager because she was so professional and nice, but she wasn't! Just another day at good ol' Publix. Bonus points for the salad and cheese sections near the deli.
