Puerta Catedral Holiday Suites

Our stay in Sevilla was truly unforgettable! The view from our room was amazing — spending time on the terrace facing the cathedral was one of the highlights of our trip. The room was clean, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Even though the apartment is located on a lively and touristic street, the soundproof windows made it very comfortable; I don’t think noise would be an issue even during the high season.||There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom, but it didn’t affect our overall comfort. Our host, Pedro, was very kind and helpful, always quick to respond and assist with anything we needed. The JustIN Mobile app made the check-in and check-out process incredibly easy.||With its cathedral view, perfect location, and warm atmosphere, this place is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Sevilla. Highly recommended!

Our group of 19 stayed across Suites 2, 3, and 4, including 9 kids ranging from 1 to 13 years old. The cathedral views were absolutely breathtaking—visible right outside every window. Sleeping arrangements were fantastic, communication was excellent, and the rooftop terrace made the perfect spot for drinks and gatherings. We were able to walk to all the local sites with ease. This place is truly magical, and the location simply can’t be beat.

Lovely comfortable suite with good facilities for a comfortable stay. Great location in the heart of the old city. Well maintained and clean. Can accommodate upto 6 people comfortably. We enjoyed our stay.

One of the dreamiest views we’ve ever had in any accommodation. It’s everything you hope it will be after seeing photos online and reading reviews. In addition, the apartment is beautiful, spacious, very clean, and has all the amenities needed. The location, although right in the center of town (which we loved, as we walked everywhere!), is remarkably quiet from inside the apartment. We never heard noise from the outside or from other apartments. The rooftop patio is an amazing perk. We would take a glass of wine up there and relax in the late evening. We are so grateful we were able to snag a room at this incredible place. If we return to Sevilla (we’d love to!), we will be back.

Perfect location. The spacious apartment is beautifully furnished with everything you need. Keyless entry works well, plus you have a back up key in the apartment. Communication with the team is excellent, very responsive and helpful. They seem to have thought about everything to make your stay perfect. Lovely welcome box, lockers in the lobby to leave luggage if necessary, you can walk 5 minutes to one of the other buildings in the group to use a lovely rooftop seating area with a perfect view of the cathedral. So many good food options on your doorstep or you can order room service! Recommended 😃

The Holiday Suites were very nice and spacious. Having two baths in the suite was a great feature so we could get ready quickly for our tours. The only thing we missed, and not an issue with the property as it was in the description, is that we did not realize there was no elevator in the property. We had to lug two large suitcases in 4 flights of stairs. We would definitely stay at one of their other properties that has an elevator when we visit Seville next time.

Stayed in a Superior Suite for a two night stay with our two daughters aged 8 and 12.||Arrived by train earlier than check in time and were afraid of not being able to store our luggage while we waited to check in. Reached out by email to the team at Puerta Catedral upon arriving and they were very accommodating and understanding. They were able to have the room ready by the time we arrived at the building, which was very convenient given we were travelling with heavy luggage.||The location is simply amazing, within walking distance to all major attractions and literally next to the Catedral. The size of the apartment was perfect, with a second room for the kids containing two single beds and a master bedroom with a king size bed and master bathroom. ||We got to enjoy the rooftop on our last day, which is quite nice and relaxing. While the other apartments seemed to be rented, no one else was using the rooftop so we had it to ourselves to lounge and have a drink.||Check out was as easy as checking in. Communication with the team is excellent, they are very responsive to emails and respond quickly.||The apartment being so close to the street will result in some street noise later at night with people leaving the bars but nothing that we noticed or bothered us.||Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

We stayed at Puerta Catedral Suites as a family of five with three young kids and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—right across from the cathedral, with amazing views. The apartment was modern, spotless, and well-equipped, including a full kitchen and even a bidet sprayer in one of the bathrooms, which was a big plus for us. Staff were responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for families visiting Seville!
