Puerto Las Palmas

Great value and location. The service was excellent and super friendly. My wife and I would definitely return!

We were happy with the quality of our room, price, and location. This isn't your average business hotel (but the owner did let us use the hotel phone for a quick call :) Breakfast was provided by a devoted cook who made sure we were satisfied. This is a family-run place, so there's no pretense. It's clean, safe, and a good place to stay if you're not (a) just looking for a cheap dump or (b) not expecting that it's a 5-star high rise on the beach, etc. If you want to feel like you're at home stay here. A good place and I would return again without question. This is a hotel and you have your privacy, but it's a hotel with a nice family touch.

Okay, I get it. You're in Punta del Este. Super trendy place. You're staying in one of the cheaper places there, so I'm not expecting a mansion. Looking at places that I've stayed before... I'm quite okay with basic amenities providing they're clean and quiet, in exchange for a little in terms of savings.||||Here, I feel that I could have paid half of what I did, and it would still have been overpriced. At the price I paid, I feel completely ripped off. Just because it's in Punta del Este does NOT make it worth this.||||At check-in, I was asked a pile of questions, including some that have no bearing on my rental of the room for a night. Why do you need to know my occupation? Or my marital status?||||In the room, it was small and old. That's fine, I've stayed in small old places before and they were completely satisfactory. However, they didn't have the dirty carpet that this one had. Or the toilet that didn't flush properly. Or the guy next door playing LOUD dance music just outside my window until sometime in the AM.||||Overall, and as you can tell from above, I'm very much less than impressed. I recommend that if you must stay in Punta del Este, that you spend a couple bucks more and find somewhere else. Better yet, find yourself a spot outside of Punta and spend half on the room for a much better one.||||On side notes:||Wifi: Did not work in the room. Had to go to common area.||Breakfast: I left before breakfast could start so I can't comment.

No recomiendo para nada. El lugar viejo, descuidado y sucio. Entramos a la habitación y encontramos, una toalla sucia, pelos en las sábanas, pelos en la rejilla, las sábanas rasgadas, un papel sucio al lado del water. La verdad un desastre, no recomiendo que vengan. No tiene ningún tipo de calefacción, las heladerítas necesitan mantenimiento. Entiendo que el lugar es viejo, pero está demasiado descuidado. Si pueden pagar algo mejor, no vengan.

Nos encantó el lugar, cerca de todo! La atención impecable, limpieza de 10. Volveremos sin dudas super recomiendo. Gracias Lilian

El hotel esta bien de acuerdo al precio, el desayuno es excelente, abundante con mucha variedad. Su dueña es muy amable, predispuesta y correcta. Si bien sus instalaciones no son de primera calidad, no de puede exigir demasiado ya que el precio es realmente accesible. Nos hospedamos en una habitación triple, si bien hubo un problema con el baño ya que el mismo se inundo, lo solucionaron rápido y al día siguiente ya no hubo problemas. El Internet funciona perfectamente en todo el hotel.||Lo recomiendo para aquellos que quieran tener una grata estadía a un precio accesible y con una excelente ubicación.
