The tour was great! We could have used a little bit of lighting inside the cave to better see the sights but I guess it was not allowed and maybe not to bother the bats living inside. It would be perfect to try the whole course of the river if u have time

A very unique wonder of nature that is well worth going if you are in Puerto Princesa. But I’d say it is a one time thing since I am not a big fan of these things. It’s about an hour and a half (each way) from Puerto Princesa by car which you will need to book. It’s a shared tour. There is then a 20 minute boat ride to the spot from which you walk to the start of the tour. Audio devices are provided with several languages. They tell you quite a bit about the cave while the guide steering the boat points some of these things out. The people who run the cave tour are very environmentally conscious of the area and do a very good job of keeping it in great condition and keeping the environment as undisturbed as possible.
