Not only is she incredibly organized and detail-oriented, but her calming presence truly helped me when I started to get nervous. We honestly don’t know how she did it all, but she worked tirelessly behind the scenes and made sure every detail was perfect. Pia’s kindness and dedication made her more than just a wedding planner—she became a true friend. Even though we’re oceans apart now, I know we’ll stay in touch for years to come. If you’re looking to get married in Italy, there’s no other option! Puglia is an absolutely stunning region—the landscapes, the charm, the food—it’s all magical, and Pia knows it like no one else. Working with Pia was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding weekend! Pia listened to all our ideas and made our vision a reality - helping us select great suppliers, negotiating pricing, and working tirelessly to ensure the aesthetics of the day were perfect. Pia's communication was consistent and was always there for any questions we had, especially closer to the date finalising last-minute details. She even managed to find a replacement hair and makeup artist for the bridal party when the UK stylist cancelled 48 hours before the wedding day. Replacement suppliers were sourced and confirmed within 4 hours of being flagged as an issue. Pia remains calm and professional at all times, which makes her the perfect project manager for a wedding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pia to any future bride!

And on top of that, she is the most amazing project manager, always making sure that everything stays on track. I truly don't know how she is able to juggle everything she does, but our destination wedding was such a success and we owe it all to Pia.

We felt defeated about planning a destination wedding until we met with Pia virtually over coffee. She was the only planner to suggest a meeting in this way, and when we met her, we already felt a part of Pia's team. Pia quickly became our eyes, ears, and feet on the ground. We never had a chance to visit our venue before the wedding, but Pia helped us plan a 3-day wedding event without visiting on-site and made sure to help us feel comfortable from afar. She went to all the venues and took pictures and videos for us. Pia managed all the events to ensure that our guests and we were cared for, and she helped us plan all of it in less than a year. From site seeing to virtual meetings with the venue and vendors, Pia made us feel as comfortable as we could meeting everyone from afar. I can't stress the importance of having a planner that understands you, your partner, and your vision. She does a great job of understanding who you and your partner are and your wedding vision. Pia also does a beautiful job of tying intentional moments together, and she always tries to make the vision come to life, which was very much apparent during all our wedding events! It was really important to us that we gave our guests a true "Apulian experience," and it was exactly that for each event we hosted for our guests. Working with Pia means that you have a big advocate on your side; she will always ensure you get what's best. She works with a talented group of vendors, which makes you feel like you have an extension of your family surrounding you on your special day! Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she will go above and beyond to ensure you have the best day ever. There were moments Pia would come to us with an idea or an inspiration, and it felt really good to say, "I trust you, Pia!" and have her work the magic that was created in her mind. To be able to have full trust in someone planning one of the most beautiful days in your life is something extremely special. We are so happy we chose Pia as our wedding planner. She truly went above and beyond to make our wedding the most perfect day. We are from the US, and she coordinated everything for us including the venue, flowers, photographer, transportation, and more which were all amazing. All the months of planning and careful preparations paid off. We didn’t always make your job easy, both of us having busy jobs and at least one of us being hugely indecisive (I’m sure you can guess who!).
