Google
Cashiers were extremely helpful with me obtaining my in store credit after half of my receipt was destroyed and no longer gave the pertinent information. They are friendly too. I Love this shopping experience!!

I went in to get a battery for my car, but none of the ones on the shelf were working for my vehicle. The manager went out of her way to help me and personally made sure I found one that would work. I ended up getting a brand new battery for a great deal. They didn’t turn me away or make it complicated. They showed up, took care of me, and made sure I left with the battery I needed. Really great service.

I'm kinda new to the pull a part scene and was lind of lost the first time I visited. But the employees were very helpful and today (11-4-25) was my 3rd visit and everyone is so friendly and helpful I feel welcomed and comfortable answering my questions. I will 100% be back. Im working on 3 vehicles and I end up finding something for one of my vehicles every time I go . I have so much fun treasure hunting here I can't wait to get a call when they get some more Chevys!!! Thanks for making this lil gal feel welcomed!!!

I am a frequent customer of the Louisville location and have a significant drive to get there! The yard is always clean and there are plenty of cars to choose from. Helpful, friendly staff.

I’m 61 years of age and this is the cleanest auto salvage yard I’ve ever visited! I enjoy exploring the yard searching for parts I need. Friendly service from the staff is always appreciated too. Their website is an added bonus that allows me to conveniently see the vehicles I am searching for before/during my visits.

If somehow you read Google reviews AND pick parts for your vehicles from scrapyards, you likely already know this, but if not... This is an incredible chain of salvage yards! They offer a huge selection of vehicles, from multiple makers, of various years; the yard is arranged by manufacturer, in single level(not stacked, ugh..), numbered rows; there are wheel barrows and carts to help you lug your haul; all the parts are clearly priced on their website; and your purchases get a receipt you can trade in if what you picked didn't work.

Went to get taillight covers and they wanted to charge us $66 for two of them. One of them had a broken piece on it. We told them we weren’t gonna purchase them anymore, then another lady told the cashier that she was charging us for the incorrect part once we were walking away, but none of them stepped forward to correct the “mistake.” They also made us put the parts in their go back cart. Nobody directly spoke to us besides the guy that helped us check in. I’m assuming it’s because we’re two woman who didn’t “look” the part, but that’s bad customer service, and I work in customer service so I know it’s bad.

Google
Price gouging this place is. Charging almost as much as new for parts that are 20-30 years old and might not even work. How absurd. At least the customer appreciation food day made my gas, entry fee, time and my suffering not quite as meaningless I guess.

Yelp
Car sales- The prices are more than reasonable. I did not feel pressured. The sales manager was most helpful to me. Favio gave me good advice. The assortment was pretty good but they could use a bigger lot.

Yelp
If you turn wrenches this place is heaven! You can spend hours there looking at cars and parts. They do charge a fee of $2 for the privilege however. The vehicles are neatly arranged by make, and you need to bring a toolbar. The have wheelbarrows for those who need alot, or heavy items. Also some whole vehicles for sell as well. The computer pretty much points you to where you need to go, and if they have it. The staff is very helpful and friendly, even to noobs who never even changed a tire. You will be back for the experience, and prices!

Yelp
Easy to find all the parts you need obviously. Workers there are very honest and very helpful Workers there give off amazing vibes, very kind and are never smart or rude (they hold there cool) People that go in and out all different races (doesn't matter) but the people who go in there are very respectful helpful so much and kind people Reason to 4 stars instead of 5 The place is amazing people and all. Just most cars inside have their engines pulled out. Now I don't know when they restock etc but only reason to 4 stars I would definitely recommend to friends and family

Yelp
I had a really good experience here. I'm not a routine vulture of salvage yards, so I don't have much to compare to Pull A Part, but this one seems to be very well-organized. It certainly was teeming with activity on my recent visit. The website will tell you what makes & models they have on hand and how long they have been on the lot. You can even sign up to be notified when a particular model has arrived. Two bucks gets you on the lot. Bring your own tools. There are a lot of big-time grease monkeys here pushing wheelbarrows (which you can rent) -- a good vote of confidence. I felt a little inadequate carrying nothing but my pair of screwdrivers. My 27 year-old Toyota is still running but some of its interior panels were done in by too many years of California sun. I found a car that already been picked apart for 7 weeks but still had the panel I needed. Twenty bucks and thirty minutes later I was driving home in my brand new Frankencar. Vultures are good for the ecosystem, no?

Yelp
I just went to check out the 2 mini coopers they have listed on their site. ( you can pull up your make year and model for all autos on the lot). It cost 2$ to get in the yard even if you don't purchase. Take hand tools with you to remove and parts or wheels etc. very organized by rows. Easy to find what you are looking for. There are golf cart type cars you can rent if you need heavy or many parts. Plus you can carry a tool box much easier. 5$ per hour. There are also wheelbarrows for free. Prices are reasonable and core charges also. I bought 4 rims with great tires on them 137$ took my old ones back and got 61$ core fee returned back to me. I only ended up paying 76$!!!

Yelp
After going to other salvage yards we ended up at Pull A Part. The place was neat, clean, very well organized. We were looking for parts for a 1999 Sonoma. We found what we were looking for plus more. Will definitely return. Had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Been there several times first few times OK went on a Monday people was super rude charge an out rages prices 10 or $15 more for most stuff there you can get it brand new on eBay I'd stay away from that place .
