Pullman Abidjan

Don't seem to have a reason to disagree with the top quality obtainable here. Food is great, Rooms are comfortable, clean and tech reliant. The USB ports makes phone charging easier especially if you forgot your conveetible extension. Sunday lunch buffet is super! I love the shower too.

I have been plenty of times in this hotel and it is always a pleasure to come back. The staff is super nice like everyone in the Ivory Coast, they offer delicious juices when you get to the reception. The room are nice, well decorated, big and not noisy. There are many spaces for conferences and for meetings. The menu for breakfast is very wide, they offer plenty of options, even gluten free or vegan. It is located in the plateau which is not the nicest neighborhood but it is very comfortable if you are there for work trip.

I recently visited Cote d'Ivoire for business purposes and had the opportunity to stay at the Pullman Abidjan hotel for a few nights. The hotel is conveniently located in the Plateau area, which is the city center of Abidjan. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the wonderful breakfast offered by the hotel. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different dietary preferences. The restaurant staff was particularly helpful in recommending Ivorian dishes for me to try, which allowed me to experience the local cuisine. I was impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the hotel staff throughout my stay. They were always willing to assist me with any requests or inquiries I had. The value for money was also excellent, making it a great choice for business travelers. I would like to express my special appreciation to Ebenezer, the reception desk officer who went above and beyond to assist me with organizational matters related to my extended stay due to delayed luggage from Turkish Airlines. The night shift desk personnel provided valuable support in helping me contact the Abidjan Airport to track my luggage and confirm its arrival in Cote d'Ivoire. Overall, my experience at the Pullman Abidjan hotel was highly satisfactory, and I would highly recommend it to business travelers visiting Abidjan.

I went to the for the spa service last year. I had a great time. The staff was very professional. The rooftop bar was amazing, although it took them quite a while to bring my order. It was worth the wait. The view was magnificent. I tried going back there another day but it was a bit late and the bar was already closed. Great spot for business meeting or just a small get-together. I would definitely recommend

The overall standards fell below my expectations having stayed in various Pullman Hotels this year and being Platinum Accor member. I was not shared the benefits as a member of Accor during check in. The chamber staff overlook for 2 days on topping up the body wash soap in the shower area until i highlighted the situation. The breakfast spread looks very different from the photos shared on their website. The saving grace and person who made the experience for me was Victoire from the restaurant. She was very hospitable with personal touches to ensure all her guest were well taken care. Well done Victoire. Hope to see improvements on my next trip back.
