Pullman Abidjan

From the moment I arrived, my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The room was beautifully appointed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, a true sanctuary. The staff were gracious and attentive, and the culinary experience was outstanding. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. A special thank you to the restaurant team and managers for curating such a warm and memorable dining experience. I look forward to returning.

The stay was characterised with the reception not picking up my calls from the room on the first day after several attempts. The following morning I had to go physically to the front desk to complain and be attended to.

Excellent service, friendly staff. I had a lovely room with a great view on the 7th floor. Great location if you’re in Abidjan for business with meetings/activities in the Plateau. I speak little to no French and the staff were generally very accommodating.

Amazing time at Pullman, very lovely and wonderful staff. Some work needs to be done on the musty carpet in the passages, however the rooms are nice and meals are good. Special thanks to Kassu and Abdul for helping to check-in and check-out process

Hotel has an odd entrance, car does not go to the door as there are steps down to the entrance. We got to the gate and of the 3 men working at the gate not a single one helped with the luggage, just stood around and watched not friendly either. We got to the check in desk and it took them about 30 minutes to check us in. Rooms are ok, nice clean bathroom but stains on the chair and sofa. The door frame was painted which had not dried yet and so every time I touched it by mistake I was getting paint on me. Breakfast is ok. Restaurant has a limited menu, we ate there once and my husband got food poisoning. Ordered a coke, took them 30 minutes to get some ice. Overall quiet a disorganised hotel. No pool as it is under maintenance, but didn't see any work being done on it, its just closed and they can continue to charge people for it. Hotel says spa but no steam or sauna so really its just a treatment room. Would not stay again.

My fiancée and I went to Pullman Restaurant for their Sunday Brunch and it was a smash. It was a bit on the pricier side but they made with for it with their excellent food choices( African and Continental Cuisines). Our Hostess Jessica was very proactive and we had a blast. Brunch at the Pullman is a must on your next trip to Abidjan.

It's an interesting place worth visiting over again and again.. I can't wait to visit the place in the near future. I come from Kenya but during my stay at Pullman,I felt that I was at home away from home . Excellent staff who are respectful and very welcoming.much regards to victoire Frederick bibata

It was an excellent experience. The staff were very pleasant. Abdul, Max and Everence are awesome staff. It was a very great experience and hospitality. I will surely revisit and lodge here. Thank you
