Pullmans hotel is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever been. The hotel staff was incredible and friendly. They bought our luggage up for us. While we went to explore the city. When we arrived at the rooms it was incredibly clean. The floor was made out of timber which was also real wood. The bathroom was very good. There pool was a bit small but was still pretty nice. While the sauna and steam room was pretty nice. They also had a gym which was ok. But it was a bit small for a 5 star hotel. While there spin bicycle was good and realistic. They also had E-bike renting with a reasonable price. Don’t get there coffee though.

Great staff (the concierge Christophe was the best), perfect location, extremely diasppointed about the room and the follow up. Be advised that when you book a room with a balcony, you are not allowed to sit on the balcony (no furniture). This, as I was told by staff and manager, because of security and well being of the guests, which I really do appreciate. However, you are allowed to stand on the balcony. We booked a stay for 8 nights, and especially booked (a more expensive) room with balcony as we like to have our morning coffee or maybe a quiet evening drink on the balcony. However, this was not possible (and is not mentioned in the room description). If we had known beforehand, we would definitely not have booked this hotel. One of the staff mentioned that it might be an Adelaide law, that sitting on a hotel balcony is forbidden. However, that is absolutley not the case. So apart from the perfect location and staff, we were rather disappointed about our stay (and it would have been hard to find a last minute hotel during cricket and christmas period). Apart from an explanation via email by the manager, there was no follow up as in maybe a free drink or a discount. I know, it is not about compensation, but about fair advertising. If you offer a room with balcony make sure that guests are aware that it is not possible to sit and relax on the balcony!

Overall, a five-star experience that meets the expectations of a five-star hotel. Dining at Parc was very enjoyable, with well-prepared and flavoursome dishes. There were a couple of minor room-related issues — the lighting in Room 701 felt insufficient, and the sofa was not particularly comfortable. The location is a strong advantage, with shopping centres within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for both leisure and business stays.

Friendly reception team at check in and all encounters. Big shout out to concierge team for their friendliness & kindness. Rooms are super clean, spacious and great view for higher levels. All the expected facilities, brekkie buffet with great choices and location suited to walking everywhere.

Pretty standard hotel at this price point. Location was great for walking to the gallery, museum and Rundle Mall. So excellent for tourists. J1 bus stop (line from airport) stops right near the hotel which is convenient. We used the pool once, it was clean. The floor around the pool was very slippery when wet. Our room has an mini bar but not price list which wasnt great. Lighting in the rooms was very dim at night time with no added options to brighten. This may be something to consider when booking.

We stayed at the Pullman and loved it. The location is excellent, with views over Hindmarsh Park and the city. The rooms were large, comfortable and well appointed. PARC restaurant was beautiful and breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would happily return.

My review is for the Medi-Hotal portion which is the top floor that is converted into a hospital ward for maybe 20 patients all with there own room. I stayed there for 2 nights and it was awfull The staff didnt care, the food was awfull, the beds were hospital beds with only a basic chair to sit on otherwise and very uncumfortable The location is a nightmare for anyone that wants to visit, the street behind is 1 lane and barely wide enough for a small car to drive down and thats where the car park is The food for choice was either vegetarian or normal of the same 1 dish and they served drinks after the meal cause apparently that's an Australian tradition

I'm in the medical floor at Level 3, so my comments refer to the Transition Care Service only. The rooms are all for individual patients and have ensuites. It's a typical hotel room but has a single hospital bed and all vinyl flooring throughout. The nurses and other staff are fantastic. This floor can cater for 25 patients. It's all very clean and the nursing is no different from a hospital. The food choice is excellent and comes from the hotel kitchen. A lot of the meals are gourmet - like the Atlantic salmon fillets and barramundi. The security is really tight to the medical floors with a dedicated elevator and a security guard. I couldn't be happier. The doctor and physio come daily.
