I absolutely enjoyed my recent stay here. Everything from the location, customer service, room and amenities were fantastic. The breakfast buffet had a large variety and the coffee was great too. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.

Had a great stay in this hotel. Room size was good, clean and all facilities available. Reception and concierge were helpful and always available to give directions and advice. Breakfast was a good mix (something for everyone) and very well cooked. Coffe was slow at times when ordered. Lounge bar and reception good. Good central location, would stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. Christophe greeted us with genuine warmth and set the tone with instant rapport. At the end of our stay, David farewelled us just as thoughtfully, making the experience feel complete.||Special mention to Shaun, the restaurant manager, who was accommodating with every order and question, and generous with excellent local recommendations. Roscoe, on his very first day behind the bar, was gracious and kind despite first-day nerves — he made us feel well looked after.||The front desk team went above and beyond by helping me safely store vinyl records I’d purchased after checkout (before a late flight), even letting me personally place them in the storage room for peace of mind. That kind of thoughtfulness really stood out.||The upgrade to a balcony room and daily breakfasts was a highlight. The breakfast menu allowed plenty of customisation, so we enjoyed variety each day, always with a perfectly made flat white or piccolo from the barista.||The room itself was spotless, with the bed and bathroom kept immaculate and refreshed daily. Staff also gave clear and supportive guidance for navigating to nearby landmarks, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable.||Altogether, it was a seamless blend of comfort, service, and genuine hospitality. We would recommend this hotel to anyone — couples, business travellers, or anyone wanting a stay that feels both polished and personal.

The one big selling point of this hotel is the location. It’s right in the middle of Adelaide’s city centre, and convenient as a result. But the positives stop there. The service at the Pullman Adelaide was lacklustre at best. I got stuck in the lift during our stay, and so did at least another guest I met. I managed to get the lift up to another level, then went down to reception to tell them. ‘Oh, that’s no good’ the person said, with no follow up. I used the washing machine downstairs on a cold setting. When the cycle was finished, I opened the door to piping hot steam and ruined clothes. I told reception, but there was no follow up. Housekeeping, ditto. There was a piece of dental floss in the hall outside our room when we arrived. It was still there two days later when we checked out. Breakfast was extremely average. So, in short, I would not recommend you stay here. There must be similarly located hotels that are better.

The location is great. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The only thing I missed was a human touch. No one smiles at Parc the restaurant. Its looks like everything is a job and no emotions. It's all business. A smile would be nice. And the room shower gel was not a shower gel but a hand wash which we realised on the second last day of the trip. Hotel is good but need to learn how to be not robotic.

Another wonderful stay at Pullman Adelaide where the staff are fantastic, the rooms are modern, clean and well appointed, very central location, the bar is great, and the buffet breakfast is excellent. I am especially grateful for the gluten free station and toaster at breakfast and all the clearly labelled options. I am very impressed with this hotel and will return next time I'm in Adelaide.

Amazing experience with Pullman. Special shout-out to Christophe, Jenny, Iris and Kari I think her name was (Vietnamese training receptionist). Room was nice and clean, location and service from the team was superb

Location is great and hotel reception is professional and well presented. Breakfast buffet was accommodating and good, especially coffee and omelette staff. However, some aspects need improvement. Room service staff and resturant staff attendance and presentation. Missing or broken amenities, missing cutlery for room service. We dropped a fork whilst dining and even though the staff nearby saw this, we had to ask for a replacement.
