I found my twin room to be quite disappointing. If you're considering this hotel, I recommend avoiding even-numbered rooms, as they all face the parking lot. Additionally, the customer service was lacking; it was clear that the front desk staff were annoyed when they escorted me to view alternative room options. The upgrade to a room with one king bed for two adults and a child was not worth the extra $100. As a result, my check-in experience was poor.
Having completed my stay, I would not recommend this hotel. The service was slow; for instance, the room telephone was not functional or repaired during my time there.
On a positive note, my checkout experience was smooth.
Hi Emily Pfitzner,
Since you have responded, also, respond on staff's attitude could use improvement, and the upgrade charges felt excessive given the overall quality of service.
Thank you.
