Australia Reviewed 22 Feb 2025 Partner Premium Deluxe King Room 4 nights · Feb 2025 Negatives: First day, no flannels or bath mat, bit weird. Had to leave a note to get some the next day. Whole stay - Bed, mattress great but no fitted sheets? they just hung over the side of the bed and gathered up during the night, not what you would expect from a deluxe king suite. Cleaner left note under door one day at 1215 saying if we still wanted the room clean advise reception. We left the sign to clean on the door and advised reception but the room was still not cleaned? Poor communication. Parking the car at the front was confusing and always congested even with the valet parking. Also had someone doing works in the next room most of 1 and half days. Understand it has to be done sometimes but could have been forewarned. Got the feeling that nothing was important as we booked via Luxury Escapes. Positives: Restaurant staff were very friendly. polite and very helpful as were the concierge staff.

I stayed for a short week after a long weekend for business. The staff are very helpful and friendly; nothing is too much trouble. The room was great, and there was a desk to work at. The room service menu provided some tasty meals. My only small complaint was that the air conditioner was a little noisy. In saying that, I slept the best I had in a long time, sleeping the entire night uninterrupted on the comfortable bed with multiple pillow choices.

Quick overnight trip with a friendly for a concert. Stayed in a twin room, unfortunately I booked a room with a balcony and ended up without one. I believe this was an error on the booking website and not Pullmans. Beds were super comfortable as were the pillow. Staff were all more than accommodating. Experienced a minor issue with the shower, the water temperature fluctuated from boiling hot to freezing cold without turning the tap.

Rooms were very nice. Large shower and bed. Plenty of pillows. Clean and with a good view. Special shout out the the valet guys, so friendly and hard working

As a Accor Platinum Member, we had access to Adelaide Pullman Club Lounge which is very comfortable BUT the food was below standard for a Accor Property Club Lounge. Worst Accor Club Lounge I have visited. Food boring. Not many food options nor quality and quantities. Common Adelaide Pullman Management ‘lift your game’, you can do better and should improve food at Club Lounge. Very happy with Alcoholic drinks quantity and quality. Bottles of ginger beer no longer available in fridges for guests but if you ask you can get a glass of ginger beer. All else with Club Lounge quite acceptable. We felt what is the point of being an Accor Platinum Member, with the food options, quality and quantities on offer at the Adelaide Pullman Hotel Club Lounge. We do hope Management take notice and improve food on offer.

I found my twin room to be quite disappointing. If you're considering this hotel, I recommend avoiding even-numbered rooms, as they all face the parking lot. Additionally, the customer service was lacking; it was clear that the front desk staff were annoyed when they escorted me to view alternative room options. The upgrade to a room with one king bed for two adults and a child was not worth the extra $100. As a result, my check-in experience was poor. Having completed my stay, I would not recommend this hotel. The service was slow; for instance, the room telephone was not functional or repaired during my time there. On a positive note, my checkout experience was smooth. Hi Emily Pfitzner, Since you have responded, also, respond on staff's attitude could use improvement, and the upgrade charges felt excessive given the overall quality of service. Thank you. m

Had a quick staycation over the weekend & really enjoyed the stay. Very friendly service from Carina & Christoff from Front desk. Room was spotless and spacious. Breakfast was very nice and great customer service from Stella & Wang. Perfect location for Fringe too :)

I come here all the time to pick up my customers and the staff are so attentive and polite. The feedback I get from my customers is always positive, and they all talk about the delicious breakfast.
