"The Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park Sports fans, go west. The Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park allows guests to sleep at the site of the epic Summer Olympic Games that Sydney hosted in 2000. But Olympic Park is not just for Olympics buffs; it’s also home to ANZ Stadium, the home field for teams ranging from the National Rugby League (NRL) South Sydney Rabbitohs and Australian Football League (AFL) Wallabies to the national soccer and cricket teams. If that’s not enough, the park houses large entertainment venues such as Allphones Arena, where the likes of Madonna perform. In addition to sports and entertainment, guests of the Pullman come to Olympic Park to attend conferences and business meetings, and everything from the ergonomic work spaces in rooms to a speedy menu at the restaurant cater to the corporate set. Fantastic servicing of our room from the cleaning services fantastic and friendly front desk staff and valet staff and food service staff. Really happy we stayed here, better than the one in Melbourne. Melbourne Pullman could learn from the staff at the Sydney Pullman at Olympic park. A huge thankyou to all. Gave us a great experience we will not forget. We commend you all. Outstanding and we have been to many hotels.

Although parking is always tight here it wasn't that bad an experience as it was a little quieter so there were more available spaces. A really simple check in process, efficient and no fuss. Our corner room was also ready which overlooked the stadiums as well as toward the station. A very pleasant view from the 8th floor. The room was quiet and spacious and well maintained. Noises from outside or in the hallway were almost negligible which we were quite pleased with. The pillow menu allowed us options we don't normally have so made it like home in that respect and guest services were quick to respond to the request for water etc. Breakfast was to its usual standard, with good variety and options were almost as diverse as previously. The wait staff were generally quite attentive. Enjoyed the breakfast each day, excellent quality. Check out was quite smooth as we expected and our stay was pleasant and would be the Hotel of choice for us again when travelling to Homebush.

The hotel location is extremely convenient as it's located very close to the rail hub at Olympic Park. The breakfast while on the expensive side was extremely well stocked and beautifully presented, utensils were clean and tidy and we'll stocked and looked after. Rooms were spacious and had super large towels that were more than ample and oversized pillows which were great for sitting up in bed. The one thing I want aware of is that the room wouldn't be made up by housekeeping, I was there for two nights and didn't know that was the case and was a bit confused by that.

We absolutely love our room when we went to see Fridayz Live 2025 yesterday. We both has best sleep with giant pillow. I am really keen to get one or w giant pillow for my bedroom. Plus our bathroom was amazing and loving having a bath and it is first time I stayed a motel with a bath. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. Looking forward to come back and stay here again! (If you got any advice about finding that giant pillow please let me know!) and the team are lovely!

The bed was comfortable, the entertainment provided me with something enjoyable to watch after work. I had room service the first night, which was delicious and I had breakfast both days. The breakfast service was a little spread out and I did find it hard to find some things. Loved the views and the bathroom is excellent; love a big bath!

Amazing hotel with the most amazing people. Have to do a special shout out to the boss behind the bar Tim - biggest thank you (Vinaka Vaka Levu) for making my husbands 50th bday even more special! Lolomas and see you next time!!! Also Ben the GM thank you for looking after us! The cocktails are the best and you would expect nothing less from a 5 star hotel! Love Accor - thanks for the amazing experiences!

Absolutely fantastic. We were upgraded which was greatly appreciated. Fast check in, clean. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff - especially at the bar, the staff remember your drinks order. Just a little thing that makes you feel valued. ||||Breakfast was a bit of a muddle, if you want al a carte you have to specify otherwise they automatically just bill you for the buffet. Not a big deal, but just felt it was a bit disorganised. That’s me probably being critical after a fantastic stay otherwise. Also cashless, and card is the only option (with surcharges…) find that frustrating. ||||Fresh bottled water supplied in room daily, no charge. ||||100% would stay again, very highly rated for me. This is 5 star and what it should be like! ||||Thanks team

One of the many outstanding things about Pullman Sydney Olympic Park is the staff who work there. From the friendly front desk who went above and beyond, to the helpful and attentive bar and restaurant staff (the food is amazing!), the excellent housekeeping and prompt room service staff, we thank you all. Every single encounter was met with exceptional and friendly service and made for a very comfortable, memorable stay.

I have always found the service at Pharmacy @ Sydney Olympic Park to be excellent, with the pharmacist himself always ready to assist with information about new and alternative products. The staff generally provide 'service with a smile' which is not always common place these days.
