"The Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park Sports fans, go west. The Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park allows guests to sleep at the site of the epic Summer Olympic Games that Sydney hosted in 2000. But Olympic Park is not just for Olympics buffs; it’s also home to ANZ Stadium, the home field for teams ranging from the National Rugby League (NRL) South Sydney Rabbitohs and Australian Football League (AFL) Wallabies to the national soccer and cricket teams. If that’s not enough, the park houses large entertainment venues such as Allphones Arena, where the likes of Madonna perform. In addition to sports and entertainment, guests of the Pullman come to Olympic Park to attend conferences and business meetings, and everything from the ergonomic work spaces in rooms to a speedy menu at the restaurant cater to the corporate set. That doesn’t mean the place is stuffy, however. The interiors are modern and inviting; the restaurant has hip red accents and a wall-size wine rack; and the property is based at the heart of Australia’s sporting and entertainment culture, which can mean only one thing: fun."

Myself and my husband stayed at the Pullman Sydney Olympic Park at the start of January to attend the United Cup Tennis.
Check-in was very smooth and we took advantage of the onsite parking.
As Accor Diamond Members our room was upgraded and we were provided access to the lounge.
We were upgraded to the Executive Room that was very spacious, lovely view and my most favourite…a large bath. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night sleep.
We used the lounge for the evening canapés along with the beverages. There were three hot items and then a selection of cold items. It was a nice way to start the evening.
We did have the buffet breakfast at the Bacar Restaurant. I could tell it must have been a busy morning as there was a few things that were empty and a little more untidy than I would have expected.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we will be back when we next attend an event at Sydney Olympic Park.

We booked New Year’s Eve to escape noise and it delivered a great night’s sleep.||Check in was so so with no great welcome, hotel information or acknowledgement of status but it all went uphill from there.||No upgrade but nice high floor room with views out to Parramatta fireworks. Clean, modern and spacious room with a real door on the bathroom! Air con and wifi worked well.||The staff in the lounge and restaurant really made our stay enjoyable. Simon in the executive lounge was great. In fact the lounge experience was excellent. A small food offering but very high quality. Good wine selection.||Tim and Joseph (and others) in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Great service. The meals were good and breakfast also good.||Parking is more expensive than I would like but in general this was an excellent stay. Thanks.

A lovely hotel that we got to experience after having our flight delayed. Definitely worthy of the five star rating it has, with fantastic service and impeccably clean and spacious rooms! The only thing would be that the hotel is located rather far away from most attractions, and because of the nearby DFO, the traffic leading to the hotel can be rather bad on big sale periods.

Fantastic servicing of our room from the cleaning services fantastic and friendly front desk staff and valet staff and food service staff. Really happy we stayed here, better than the one in Melbourne. Melbourne Pullman could learn from the staff at the Sydney Pullman at Olympic park. A huge thankyou to all. Gave us a great experience we will not forget. We commend you all. Outstanding and we have been to many hotels.

For the amount paid, a disappointing experience. Check in was fine but from there unfortunately downhill. The room was old and outdated, the provided towels were filthy (not sure what the stains were??) and waited for 30 minutes at breakfast before being told our order had been forgotten (it was not overly busy). The staff seemed inexperienced and poorly trained, and lacked basic customer skills. Wouldn’t recommend for the price

The hotel location is extremely convenient as it's located very close to the rail hub at Olympic Park. The breakfast while on the expensive side was extremely well stocked and beautifully presented, utensils were clean and tidy and we'll stocked and looked after. Rooms were spacious and had super large towels that were more than ample and oversized pillows which were great for sitting up in bed. The one thing I want aware of is that the room wouldn't be made up by housekeeping, I was there for two nights and didn't know that was the case and was a bit confused by that.

Very unaccommodating. Made to stand in the foyer for a drink. We asked for a table, were told they were all booked for dinner seating at 6pm....which would have been fair enough but we were there at 4:45pm. Another family asked for a table and were taken through.
If only they knew we had $$$ to spend and the bar and restaurant down the road got a huge tip for being lovely.

The bed was comfortable, the entertainment provided me with something enjoyable to watch after work. I had room service the first night, which was delicious and I had breakfast both days. The breakfast service was a little spread out and I did find it hard to find some things. Loved the views and the bathroom is excellent; love a big bath!

I have always found the service at Pharmacy @ Sydney Olympic Park to be excellent, with the pharmacist himself always ready to assist with information about new and alternative products. The staff generally provide 'service with a smile' which is not always common place these days.
