I had a wonderful experience at G Spa today! I tried the package that included a body scrub, hot herbal signature massage, and hot oil massage — it was absolutely amazing. My therapist, Muay, was incredibly skilled and attentive, and Yok at the reception was so friendly and welcoming. The environment was calm and relaxing, making the whole experience perfect. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend G Spa to anyone looking for a truly rejuvenating experience! 💆‍♀️✨

I had such a happy experience at G Spa. From the moment I arrived, Muay at the counter greeted me with a big smile and made everything so easy and welcoming. She set a really positive mood right away. My massage was with Pim, and I couldn’t be happier. She was so kind, attentive, and her technique was amazing. Pim really listened, adjusted the pressure perfectly, and created such a relaxing atmosphere. By the end, I felt lighter, refreshed, and honestly just really happy. The whole visit left me smiling, excellent service, warm staff, and a truly relaxing session. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend asking for Pim if you want a massage that makes you feel both relaxed and happy.

I was in this hotel for approximately 3 weeks on a business trip.||The hotel staff in the 27th Floor Executive lounge, was incredibly hospitable & helpful, the whole staff always assisted in every requirement for the meeting room, greeting our associates, assisted liaison between various hotel departments etc. I can simply say that it is due to the leadership of their manager Ms. Rainy.||Ms Rainy runs well well-organised team & they all put 101% effort in their performance. Ms Rainy has very good exceptional customer service skills, she has very good work etiquette, she notices all customers' concerns beforehand, she is always smiling with all customers throughout the day & never lets a long day show her tiredness and always smiles or shows kindness towards all clients.

Had the best experience at g spa. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Yok, Fern and Pat were so sweet and Fern (my massage therapist) had the best technician and made me so relaxed. The tea was so delicious and it was such a fun experience. 5 stars would do it again.

Great location and excellent service. The room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us with all our luggage. Breakfast was superb — lots of variety — and both restaurants are really good. The gym has everything you need and the pool, although small, is nice for a quick swim. The hotel feels a bit old, with dark wood furniture and some areas (like the hallway carpet) looking a bit worn. There was also a strong disinfectant smell in the corridor. The laundry service was very pricey (around 50 USD), so I went to a nearby place and paid 13 USD instead. There’s a 24-hour restaurant with good food, but it’s quite expensive compared to others in the area. Overall, a comfortable stay with great staff and location, just could use some refreshing.

We stayed at the Pullman G Bangkok in April this year, and what a delightful welcome back it was. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the check-in staff, who had noted our 10-year anniversary, such a thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel special. A huge thank you to Rainy, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. She generously upgraded us to the highest-tier room available, which made our celebration even more memorable. Rainy’s dedication truly stood out, her warm smile, kind words, and attentive care, both morning and night, made a lasting impression. She is a true asset to the team, and we want her to know that her hard work does not go unnoticed. To all the staff at Pullman G Bangkok - Thank you! You are doing a stellar job. We truly appreciate the exceptional service and hospitality. We can’t wait to return and hope to see you all again soon.

It was a really good value for money and location that this property offer. Thank you to Benz the one that checked me in for the warm welcome and easy check-in. Although the room is old, everything seems to be well maintained. I got corner room with a great city view on 32nd floor. Will definitely stay here again on my next BKK visit.

Arrived the hotel and met Khun Chompoo & Khun May at the reception. They kindly escorted me to executive lounge for checking in as a Platinum membership. Until had me at hello with Khun Fhon. What a warm welcome by her with very informative and efficiently check in. She was kind enough to put me in G Suite, despite booked for G Deluxe. Didn't expected the upgrade, but thankful and delightful.||Room was MASSIVE, and we talked about spacious, tide and insanely comfortable. Couldn't thank her enough for room assignment. ||Met Khun Fhon again during the evening cocktail. Yet again, another pleasant experience with non-stop service not just only me, but hey entire area. Great ownership from her. She kept asking for anything she could do for me, despite already booked an amazing seat at Scarlett. She always keep me stoked with her service level. ||With multiple paragraphs I've put on this should justified how impressive she is, and will indeed come back to see her again!||In addition, special shout out to Khun Buay at Scarlett for top notch service, with astonishing experience!
