Pullman Bangkok Hotel G

My stay at the Pullman Hotel G in Bangkok was absolutely exceptional. It's a modern 5-star hotel that gets everything right. The location on Silom Road is perfect as it's just a short walk to the Chong Nonsi BTS station, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. We were right in the heart of the action, with markets and restaurants all around. Our room was fantastic. The best part was the floor-to-ceiling window that offered a stunning, panoramic view of the Bangkok skyline. The room itself was very comfortable, especially the bed which gave us a great night's sleep. The service from the staff was top-notch professional, warm, and very welcoming from check-in to check-out with the distinguished experience on floor 27. We were out exploring most of the time, so we only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was absolutely exceptional. The buffet was extensive, offering a huge, high-quality selection of both Western and delicious Thai dishes. It was the perfect way to start each day. Based on our experience with the room, location, service, and breakfast, the Pullman G is a flawless 5-star choice. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Such great promises with a deal on exec lounge access, massage and happy hour drinks. The rooms are OK but ageing. Very good bed though. The Michelin referred bar and restaurant on the roof top is exceptional with a cheese bar, huge wine list, great cocktails and really good service. Another bonus is a 24 hour burger restaurant operated by the hotel. The whole experience is let down by pretty damn ordinary breakfast offerings both in the main breakfast area on level 2 and in the exec lounge on level 27. I’m quite bemused as to how this can be the case? Especially when every other hotel we’ve stayed in Bangkok (which is many) can get this right?? On our last day, we did not even receive our ordered breakfast. We waited 40 minutes, and asked the waiters multiple times, and nothing. This is an Accor Hotel, and it should be managed way better. On the upside, the half hour included massage was exceptional, and the wines in the exec lounge at happy hour were quite good. A French second tier sparkling and a red and white from Chile.

I generally enjoyed my stay here. Staff are friendly, pool and gym are decent. The place was clean but definitely showing its age. Having a 24-hour burger bar on the first floor is definitely a plus. Little details need some work, though. For instance, only one night stand for the bed and outlets are one the other side of the room. In this day and age, having outlets for devices near the bed should be standard in a place like this.

Sadly, this hotel does not meet the standards expected of Pullman Hotels. While the staff were pleasant and efficient, the property itself—and the way it is managed—leave much to be desired. We stayed on the 28th floor. The room was spacious but noticeably run down. The hardwood floors were deeply scratched, and the furniture showed heavy wear, with chipped edges and stains. Amenities were also disappointing. The room’s iron didn’t work, and the coffee station came with exactly one regular and one decaf pod—an odd choice that feels more like a cost-cutting measure than a guest convenience. In the bathroom, two of the three pump bottles for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were broken and secured so tightly in their rack that they couldn’t be removed for use. On the positive side, the room was clean and housekeeping did their best. These issues reflect management decisions, not staff performance. The coffee allocation, broken iron, and damaged fittings suggest that either housekeeping isn’t given the time or direction to address maintenance properly—or that management is simply trying to squeeze every last baht out of an aging property. As an Accor member with status, I found the experience disappointing and not representative of the Pullman brand. I won’t be staying again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Pullman G hotel. Good position, comfy beds (once mattress topper was added) and fantastic view. Our house keeping room attendant was Nok. Nok was so kind and efficient. Always wanting to assist and any request was promptly provided and with a beautiful smile. Pool was sparkling clean, however,very small. All reception staff were friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Gap who gave very professional, personalized service. Thankyou.

Great location and excellent service. The room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us with all our luggage. Breakfast was superb — lots of variety — and both restaurants are really good. The gym has everything you need and the pool, although small, is nice for a quick swim. The hotel feels a bit old, with dark wood furniture and some areas (like the hallway carpet) looking a bit worn. There was also a strong disinfectant smell in the corridor. The laundry service was very pricey (around 50 USD), so I went to a nearby place and paid 13 USD instead. There’s a 24-hour restaurant with good food, but it’s quite expensive compared to others in the area. Overall, a comfortable stay with great staff and location, just could use some refreshing.

After a long journey, I treated myself to a foot massage, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions! From the moment I stepped into the spa, I was welcomed by Ms. Pim with her beautiful smile and warm, graceful Thai hospitality — it immediately made me feel relaxed. The massage by Ms. M was absolutely superb — soothing, professional, and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Every minute was pure bliss, and I could truly feel the care and skill in every touch. A truly authentic Thai experience filled with kindness, warmth, and excellence. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Thailand — I’ll definitely be back! 🙏💛

I had a wonderful experience at G Spa today! I tried the package that included a body scrub, hot herbal signature massage, and hot oil massage — it was absolutely amazing. My therapist, Muay, was incredibly skilled and attentive, and Yok at the reception was so friendly and welcoming. The environment was calm and relaxing, making the whole experience perfect. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend G Spa to anyone looking for a truly rejuvenating experience! 💆‍♀️✨
