Pullman Bangkok Hotel G (Bangkok, Central Thailand) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"With a DJ spinning tunes in the lobby and guests lounging on a swing seat, it’s clear from the start this business hotel is more than all work and no play. Bedrooms come in two contrasting designs: stark white minimalistic or, for the more traditionally-minded, a more intimate, classic style; but all rooms have impressive city views. The stylish Scarlett restaurant and bar on the 37th floor adds to the trendy vibe." - Tablet Hotels

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, the therapist’s technique was incredibly precise and effective — firm where needed, yet relaxing throughout. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and soothing, which made the whole experience even better. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and tension-free. Highly recommended!

The View! 10/10 Take a city view side of the hotel. Night view is amazing. As always, customer service at the desk is always on top. Booked a tour from the concierge on the lobby, It was great. Tor the front desk gentleman was very helpful and full of information. Will stay here again.

Had a short stay at Pullman Hotel G and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and lovely view. The 24-hour gym was a great perk—we actually went for a 2am workout to burn off some mookata! The pool was on the smaller side; with a few kids playing, it wasn’t ideal for a swim, but the overall vibe of the hotel was great. What truly stood out was the service. Even though I didn’t mention it was my birthday, the staff surprised me with a cake delivered to our room—such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. Within walking distance, there’s also a fantastic and affordable massage spot, a cooking school, a bar/pub where you can unwind, and a Michelin-awarded restaurant (2025). Unfortunately, we only stumbled upon these while exploring the area and didn’t get a chance to try them—but we’ll definitely be back!

Muay is absolutely amazing! One of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had – she has magic hands and really knows how to release tension. So kind, professional, and attentive to your needs. Highly recommend her if you're looking for a truly relaxing and healing massage in Bangkok!

Really nice rooms. There with our 2 teenagers. ||A little too busy as breakfast and queues to get in ||Great location for transport and walks. On the heart of it. An eye opener for teenagers walking around with all going on in the evening. ||Roof top restaurant was excellent. ||Decent gym.

Our first trip to the 'Land of Smiles' booked by our travel agent was truly elevated by our stay in the elite Executive Room at the Pullman G Bangkok hotel. Their friendly front desk staff provided a very welcoming happy beginning experience, even during our late midnight arrival. Our stomachs and dry mouths were very grateful that the attached 25 Degrees restaurant and bar were open 24/7. |Henry at the Executive Lounge's 27th Floor was incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond by sharing his "secret stash" of matcha tea and providing us with highly convenient breakfast take-away snacks and teas. Finally our concierge, |NJ was second to none as he effortlessly gave us the lay of the land and planned our two free days in Bangkok, including excellent recommendations for shopping, spa treatments, and a delightful hop-on-hop-off boating experience. We'll be back soonest for the warm staff and continued happy endings :D

Very good experience in this hotel, exceptional reception, very good quality room. Impeccable bedding, I highly recommend this hotel, I came for a few days with my two children and I had a wonderful stay. The restaurant is exceptional, the breakfast buffet is impeccable. At the reception as well as the valet porter. A very coordinated and very professional team.

I really expected more from a hotel branded as a 5-star. First of all, the lobby was so underwhelming. Nothing luxurious or welcoming about it, just plain and outdated. There are 6 lifts, but only 3 were working during my stay, and all of them looked extremely old and dodgy. Not something you’d expect from a hotel charging 140 AUD per night. I was told my room had been upgraded to a higher floor. Sure, I got the view, but once I stepped out of the lift and saw the hallway, I was already horrified. The entire floor looked so old-school and poorly maintained. Then I walked into the room and it didn’t get any better. The room looked nothing like the photos online. The wooden floors were scratched and worn, the walls were dirty, and the overall design just felt outdated and tired. Definitely not what you’d expect for the price. Even basic things were missing. There were no charging ports near the bedside tables, only one all the way at the desk. The bathroom looked just as tired. There was moisture buildup on the walls, the vents were dirty, and everything just felt run-down. What really shocked me was that they charge you if you want to use cutlery, unless you order food from them. For a supposedly premium hotel, that felt absurd. Overall, this place is not worth the price or the Pullman name. I would not stay here again.
