Pullman Bangkok Hotel G

We recently stayed at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G and had a mixed experience overall. The check-in process was smooth and comfortable, and we appreciated being offered early check-in after our travel. The room had a decent view and was comfortable enough, though it felt worn out and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom especially requires deep cleaning, as there were several corners where dirt appears to have accumulated over time. Breakfast was average, with only a couple of vegetarian options available, and the coffee was unfortunately the worst part — consistently poor on all days. Service in the club lounge was below average and quite slow. That said, the evening lounge access was a pleasant experience, with a good setting, complimentary drinks, and snacks that added value to the stay. We also visited the hotel’s French restaurant late at night for wine, and the view from there was truly amazing — definitely a highlight. The swimming pool was average and not an infinity pool, so it didn’t particularly stand out. One disappointing moment was on checkout day when, despite two reminders, no one came to assist us with our luggage. Lastly, the location feels more suited for business travelers; it’s not the most tourist-friendly area in terms of convenience and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some positives, but service consistency and maintenance clearly need improvement.

We had an amazing experience at Pullman Hotel G! The hotel staff were super friendly, helpful and overall above and beyond. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean and spacious. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was to die for. The hotel is also in an amazing location, with plenty of markets, malls and restaurants as close as 50m from the hotel. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Bangkok. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of coming to Bangkok!

I stayed here over the weekend and overall had a great experience. Although the room looked a bit old, which is understandable, I was given a spacious room. The food and drinks were delicious, and the service was excellent both at the club lounge and in other areas. The price was also very reasonable considering the location.

Had a Aromatherapy massage at the hotel’s G spa. Our masseurs, Muay and Som, were excellent and the massage was the best I have ever had in Bangkok. Would highly recommend everyone to try it out if you are staying in the hotel or in the vicinity (it’s better than the ones nearby that I have tried). I will definitely be coming back again for the massage

The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful except the one who called to my room at the day i checked out. She miscommunicated with her colleague so i had to explain to her the details of the check out arrangement. Instead of an apology about the bothering, she “taught” me about the need to follow the prearranged check out time. She definitely forgot i paid for services, not a lecture. The room (deluxe king room) was of good size and clean. The bed was huge. The view was not really satisfactory though, just some old buildings. The shower enclosure was of poor design that water leakage was serious. Gym is of reasonable scale but the machines are a bit rusty. Pool is quite small with lots of users waiting for the chairs and benches. Due to the direction of the building, in the afternoon, no sun can get to the pool.

Great location. Great customer service. Great rooms. Friendly staff always serving with a smile starting from concierge to security to housekeeping to any other staff. Make you feel at home. Special thanks to Pie and Tor (duty managers and front office) and Henry and Kiet (executive lounge and f&b). Will definitely again come back here to the same hotel and same room 3503 😀😀 Definitely will be back again and thank you for making our stay so pleasurable and memorable one 💖. Superb! My experience with the G Signature Massage and Thai Herb Steam was divine. Every detail was so well executed and the service from Pim was sublime. Fern is an incredible masseuse - so be sure to ask for her because she is so precise and caring! Loved my time here.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and I felt like coming home everytime I stayed there. Special thanks to Khun Rainy, Khun Chompoo and Khun George as well as other staff in the Executive Lounge for their excellent service. ||The suite was spacious and functional. The bed was very comfortable and the view was great! The hotel can make some minor improvements like changing the master bedroom toilet door to be able to lock without a gap in the middle. And one of the bedside socket is not working.||Breakfast at the executive lounge was delicious and the breakfast at the restaurant also have a decent spread. It would be good if we can redeem our welcome drinks at the Scarlett rooftop restaurant again instead of just at the swimming pool.||The parking card validation process can also be improved for hotel guests so that we dont have to revalidate the parking card everytime we leave the carpark. ||Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and we felt welcome during our stay.
