Pullman Bangkok King Power

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at Pullman Bangkok King Power was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect balance between modern comfort and refined hospitality, making it an ideal place to unwind in the heart of Bangkok. The staff were attentive and genuinely kind — always ready to help with a smile. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, which was spacious, well-designed, and offered a sense of calm despite being in a lively area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I especially loved the elegant bathroom design. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of international and Thai selections, all beautifully presented. The infinity pool and leafy garden area added a resort-like touch, which made my city stay feel like a short escape. For those who love a blend of urban energy and quiet sophistication, Pullman Bangkok King Power truly delivers. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel itself was okay, but the service was disappointing. We felt as though we were treated differently from other guests, possibly because of our age. When we asked for help finding the elevators, staff just pointed vaguely in a direction, which wasn’t very helpful (especially since this was the second time asking for help to locate them). Throughout our stay, no one really acknowledged us when we came and went, even a simple hello would have made a difference. The shower was also quite dirty, which took away from the overall experience. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price given the service, although the staff by the pool were genuinely lovely.

We arrived at the hotel before the official check-in time but were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in as a room was available. The staff welcomed us warmly, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. Our room was incredibly spacious, featuring both a separate bathtub and shower area—something we truly appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful daily room service. Returning from the heat outside, we were greeted with replenished ice and delightful little treats like sweets and chocolates, which made us feel genuinely cared for. Whenever we returned to the hotel via private hire, the staff were always on hand to assist with our belongings, often offering to bring them up to our room without us even having to ask. Our stay here felt exceptionally homely and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok!

Fantastic hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The breakfast selection was amazing—with a wide variety, including sushi! Don’t miss the happy hour—the finger food was delicious and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for both business and leisure stays. 🤩

5 star all the way! We had two suites that connected together. The first night we had room service and the meals were 10/10. The following few nights we attended the happy hour with buffet food, fruits, desserts and unlimited drinks (including cocktails). The breakfast buffet was insane!!! From fruits, pastries, Japanese, Thai, European food selections.. this was our morning highlight. We also had a full body massage which was incredible. Swimming was amazing (with outdoors bar). We all throughly enjoyed our stay here.

We've been here twice now. Food is excellent, service is outstanding. The only issue is the beds. They're old, springy and uncomfortable. Location is amazing, easy walk to the train and 5 minute walk to Victory monument with tones of food options. We booked the Luxury Escapes package both times with access to the business lounge and the cocktails and service in the business lounge are second to none. The spa leaves a bit to be desired but overall the staff make up for it.

I stayed at Pullman King Power Bangkok for three days and really enjoyed it. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. My room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed to relax after exploring the city. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the pool area was a nice, calm escape in the middle of Bangkok. Room facing the garden had a beautiful pond view worth cherishing… On of the best highlight was the hotel location itself which is close to everything important for a tourist. Overall, a very pleasant stay—I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting for work or leisure.

Pullman hotels are I thought, a reasonable standard of hotel but this one has proven me wrong. There is nothing to be very unhappy about but neither is there very much to praise. Accor seem to be doing just enough to keep the hotel going but not enough to make this a really good hotel. From the moment that you walk into the hotel, the impression is of a tired interior. Our 4th floor rooms were along a very long corridor that smelt variously of drains or just plain musty. The rooms are also rather tired and not particularly clean with cracks around the bath and dirt in wardrobe track rails with mould in evidence around the shower sealant. The bed was as lumpy and uncomfortable as any that I have slept in world wide. We certainly cannot recommend this hotel and will stay elsewhere in future. Accor / Pullman - pick up your game as this really isn’t good enough.
