We arrived at the hotel before the official check-in time but were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in as a room was available. The staff welcomed us warmly, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. Our room was incredibly spacious, featuring both a separate bathtub and shower area—something we truly appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful daily room service. Returning from the heat outside, we were greeted with replenished ice and delightful little treats like sweets and chocolates, which made us feel genuinely cared for. Whenever we returned to the hotel via private hire, the staff were always on hand to assist with our belongings, often offering to bring them up to our room without us even having to ask. Our stay here felt exceptionally homely and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok!

We've been here twice now. Food is excellent, service is outstanding. The only issue is the beds. They're old, springy and uncomfortable. Location is amazing, easy walk to the train and 5 minute walk to Victory monument with tones of food options. We booked the Luxury Escapes package both times with access to the business lounge and the cocktails and service in the business lounge are second to none. The spa leaves a bit to be desired but overall the staff make up for it.

Our wedding at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The staff were kind, professional, and very supportive, making everything smooth and stress-free. The sales team was easy to talk to, quick to respond, and helped us with every detail. The food, venue, and service were all excellent, and our guests were very happy. We are so grateful and would highly recommend this hotel for weddings!

My stay at Pullman Bangkok King Power was, overall, a very pleasant experience. The most impressive highlight was definitely the lounge service. Every staff member in the lounge was truly professional. Their service was seamless, attentive to every detail, and incredibly friendly. From the moment I stepped into the lounge, I felt a relaxing atmosphere and a warm welcome. The staff were ready to assist, answer questions, and facilitate everything quickly and efficiently, whether it was preparing drinks, snacks, or providing various information. I felt exceptionally well-cared for and enjoyed maximum comfort. This excellent service significantly enhanced my stay, making my time in the lounge a memorable highlight of the trip. Furthermore, other facilities within the hotel were also good. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities, perfectly suited for relaxation. The hotel's location was also convenient for travel and exploring the city. Staying here felt like the right decision. Although there's room for improvement regarding the speed of check-in, the quality of the staff, especially in the lounge, created a strong positive impression and made this stay very satisfying. In summary, Pullman Bangkok King Power is a hotel that offers an excellent experience, particularly in its lounge service, which truly made this stay complete and worth revisiting in the future.

Very disappointing experience for what is supposed to be a 5-star hotel We booked this hotel expecting a premium, 5-star experience, but unfortunately, we were left disappointed on many levels. •Our special occasion was completely ignored. We requested a special bedding setup in advance, but received only a small dessert. No extra effort, no greeting, and no apology from any manager. •The air conditioning in our room didn’t work properly. It could only be set to 25°C, making the room too warm to sleep comfortably. We called reception at 2:00 AM to request a fan—they said they didn’t have one and insisted on entering our room to check the AC. That was completely inappropriate at that hour. •The towels were old and worn out, not what you would expect from a so-called 5-star property. •The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. Several items advertised on their website were missing. The river prawns took too long, and staff barely paid attention to our table while other guests seemed to be better cared for. In the end, we only received a casual apology at the front desk. No follow-up, no contact from any manager. It felt like the hotel prioritizes only certain guests. If you’re expecting a true 5-star experience, think twice before booking here.

I stayed at Pullman King Power Bangkok for three days and really enjoyed it. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. My room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed to relax after exploring the city. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the pool area was a nice, calm escape in the middle of Bangkok. Room facing the garden had a beautiful pond view worth cherishing… On of the best highlight was the hotel location itself which is close to everything important for a tourist. Overall, a very pleasant stay—I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting for work or leisure.

The hotel had great service as the staff were all very courteous and friendly. The cleaning personnel of the room greeted the guest every morning and responded quickly if we need to have the room cleaned. The breakfast spread was good as there was quite a variety of food and the quality was great. Each bakery items will be warmed upon selecting. It even had ice cream in the morning. The downside would be the ongoing renovation as there was the glue smell at the lobby but should be completed by August I think. There is a mall next to the hotel and it has peace matcha house and Starbucks too.

From the moment I arrived my bags were taken care of well before I reached the check in desk. Kevin then greeted me at the desk and was so thoughtful and detailed throughout the check in. Kevin even walked me to my lift and explained the layout of the hotel for breakfast etc. From then the whole experience was wonderful. All of the staff, especially the pool area staff and executive lounge, were very attentive and polite. We also had a lovely massage at the Spa. The food and drinks were of a high standard and there were many options. Overall we had a wonderful stay.
