Pullman Bangkok King Power

Location does not have the convenience or nightlife of Sukumvit, but is a lovely spread out hotel, located 5-7 minutes walk from the BTS known as Victory Monument. BTS Siam, where some of the major malls are located, is under 10 minutes from Victory Monument. Room was comfortable, but pillows and quilt would have been better if fuller/more substantial. Head sinks completely on the pillows given, which can lead to neck ache. On few occasions, found the towels to be tired and damaged. Room was largely clean, but could be better. There were bath and hand towels, but no face towels. Buffet breakfast was very good. Food and drinks at lobby lounge were good, but should stay open till later, at least till 11.30pm, given limited upscale options nearby. Lobby was very spacious with plenty of seating options. There is a wonderful open air garden in the middle of the hotel. The people at the hotel were all very helpful.

The best 5 star Accor hotel we stayed in so far. Even if they were at capacity, the service level did not go down. Attention to the room and guests were on point and the housekeeping is so fast to respond specially when using the online portal. The hotel design is spacious, magnificent and has that resort feel even if it was in the middle of the city. Location is perfect very near to BTS. Its within King Power Duty Free Complex, if youre into shopping its a huge plus and they have complimentary daily shuttle to the airport which we used. They also had a special setup for us as it was our honeymoon. Thank you Pullman King Power Team! We will be back :)

Stayed here on our recent trip to Thailand. We were travelling with another couple, both with 1 kid each. We got the interconnecting rooms, both the rooms were equally spacious and were a replica of each other. Mattress was very comfortable, we all had a good night sleep. There was a nice comfy arm chair with foot stool in the room, other than the bed. There was a bath tub other than the Shower area, which was a plus. We didn’t get time to use it though. The Room service in the hotel is lightning fast, we were very impressed. Food is good too.The breakfast buffet speaks for itself, we all really enjoyed, offered a lot of variety. We also enjoyed the cocktails at their bar. The Bar had nice long walls, we wanted to sit inside but there was an event going on there, so we sat outside, next to the water body, which was great too. Some of us used the pool and had fun, the pool bar also serves great cocktails. The use of steam in’t complimentary, didn’t like that part. The Hotel is connected with Kingpower Duty Free Mall, we visited once, but didn’t find that great deals there. The neighbourhood is good otherwise, there are few Seven Eleven’s, Massage shops and local eateries at walking distance.

Great stay overall! Location: FANTASTIC -Firstly, it is beside two BTS stations: Victory Monument (this has easier access and is sheltered) and Phaya Thai -One can also access the Airport Rail at Phaya Thai -Nearby 7-11 convenience stores Rooms: COMFORTABLE -Lovely and spacious rooms -Bed and pillows are comfortable -Nice touches that I appreciated: the room temperature/ airconditioning can be fully adjusted! The wardrobe opens both outwards into the room as well as inwards into the bathroom for easy access -One minus point: there were no power points or phone charging points beside the bed (wasn’t an issue for me - it promotes good sleep hygiene anyway) Service: -Friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out were prompt and hassle-free Amenities; -Great buffet breakfast with a wide spread of local as well as international dishes; one would be spoilt for choice! -Gym is well equipped and the pool/ sun deck was big and spacious I think the location and comfort were big plus points here

I stayed 2 weeks at the pullman Kong Power. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was good. The cleaning team was also friendly. However the overall hospitality of the hotel is below average for a five star. I missed my initial check in date and arrrived the next day. I asked to move that first night to be an additional night at the end of my stay and they declined, I asked for a discount to book another night in replacement and they said no show is fully charged. At checkout they ask me to pay for a glass of water broken in my room and some random snacks that I did not have. I stayed in similar hotels all over the world and no one has ever charge me for a single broken water glass. The check-in team was professional but not friendly.

Service, cleanliness, attentiveness of staff, etc. was all incredible. I got a free upgrade to the 20th floor, excluding lounge usage, and the view was absolutely gorgeous! The staff were all incredibly helpful with the checkin/checkout process, and the pool was absolutely beautiful as well. I dropped my glasses in the pool and lost them for 15 mins and the poolboy helped me find them so I was incredibly grateful. The only maybe downside is the location- it's quite a walk (a little under 10 mins) to the closest BTS station, and the hotel is connected to a huge duty free store so it feels like you have to walk quite a bit. However, the service, cleanliness, and view made up for all of this. Would stay here again! :)

The staff were attentive and genuinely kind — always ready to help with a smile. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, which was spacious, well-designed, and offered a sense of calm despite being in a lively area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I especially loved the elegant bathroom design. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of international and Thai selections, all beautifully presented. The infinity pool and leafy garden area added a resort-like touch, which made my city stay feel like a short escape. For those who love a blend of urban energy and quiet sophistication, Pullman Bangkok King Power truly delivers. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Our stay was part of the luxury escape package. Overall, it is a very clean and organized and pleasant hotel. The staffs are very nice and friendly. We were there for 13 days, we have met many other guests from other countries at the hotel who wishes the pools are heated like we have. We would have a greater relaxing and enjoyable experience if the pools were warm and inviting to go and swim in and what's the point for a spa if it is cold? We think this was the only areas we find unpleasant about Pullman King Power Hotel.
