Pullman Brisbane Airport

I love the Pullman at the airport. It has friendly staff, is quiet, and is comfortable. The only issue is arriving late in the evening from Melbourne; the walk at night is not so good. It would be great to have a shuttle bus service from the domestic arrivals.

Excellent facilities and friendly staff. We arrived just after midnight, severely jet-lagged after 17 hours of flying (2 adult and 2 children) and one of us with food poisoning. We were greeted by onsite staff who assisted us to get to our room quickly in our bleary eyes state. The rooms were perfect at Pullmans.. Super comfortable beds and all the essentials we needed were provided. A fantastic selection of teas and coffee, 24 hour room service (which was put to good use) and late checkout if desired. Beautiful comfortable linens and pillows gave us the sleep we'd been dreaming of. The location is walkabout from Brisbane Domestic Airport and there is a free shuttle from the International Airport to the domestic you can use. The rooms are soundproofed so we slept 13 hours without a single plane noise waking us. 24 hour Room service and great food. There's a cool bar downstairs (we were too buggered to use) but we did have plenty of room service brought up. Late checkout was a must and they happily accommodated us. Highly recommend, one of the best Airport stays in Brisbane if you must do a stopover or need someone to base yourself close to airport. 👌

I rarely write reviews until after the whole experience however since my arrival I have complete confidence in recommending this hotel. The service is outstanding & I was so grateful after a long overnight flight to obtain a slightly earlier check-in. The staff at reception were amazing & so very helpful. I really appreciated that. The breakfast is fabulous & all the staff are excellent. The rooms are so lovely & very spacious. The bed is so comfortable & I particularly appreciate the beautiful linen & fabulous pillows! It is so close to the airports & walkable from domestic being so close. The free bus service to domestic from international was so convenient & a very easy walk then to the hotel. Perfectly fine transit hotel located at the domestic airport. There is a transfer bus available from the hotel but you have to book and pay and it only goes at set times. Better, I think to walk the ten minutes to the free transfer bus which goes every ten minutes. Breakfast is good and quick.

Hands down the best airport hotel in Australia. Pullman Brisbane Airport sets a new standard — it’s quiet, luxurious, and incredibly well-run. From the moment you walk in, everything feels five-star: the welcoming staff, the calm, beautifully designed lobby, and the genuinely comfortable rooms. Despite being right near the terminal, it’s remarkably peaceful. The soundproofing is top-notch, and the beds are so comfortable it hardly feels like an airport stopover. Rooms are immaculate, well-equipped, and designed with travellers in mind. The rooftop bar and pool area is a real standout — perfect for relaxing before or after a flight. Great food, excellent service, and just the right touch of indulgence. If you’re flying in or out of Brisbane and want comfort without compromise, this is the place. Easily one of the top airport hotels in the country.

This is now our go-to hotel in Brisbane, and the fact that you can walk to it from the domestic terminal is an added bonus. The rooms are excellent, the facilities are excellent, the Apron Restaurant is excellent for both dinner and breakfast, the bar is excellent, and all the staff from the front counter through to the bar and restaurant are all excellent. What more could you ask for - highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived, the reception was unwelcoming and rude. The hotel room was extremely average, dated decor, lacking any charm, and felt more like a plain white box than a comfortable space. The restaurant was below average in both quality and service. Overall, the experience did not match the price point. It felt expensive for what was delivered.

Checked in with Hazel at the. Front desk very helpful allocating our room after I’d accidentally booked a twin instead of a king. Hazel also booked us at Apron which is the in house restaurant. We visited the bar where we met Zach and Nick. Both hugely personable young guys. We dined at Apron and although we only had starter sized meals. Both the smoked hock and seafood were great. Th e garden salad and the wagyu fat potatoes were brilliant! Zach looked after us with a nice sticky desert wine. Our room was great. Robe too which are welcomed. The walk in shower is an absolute ripper. Very comfy king bed. Only a short walk to the domestic terminal makes this place must if your flights are early! Very glad we’d booked to stay here.

Wonderful time at the lounge. Spandid was an excellent bartender and host. If you are in need of food and drink while laying over in Brisbane, this is an excellent spot!
