Pullman Brisbane Airport

Wonderful experience with so many friendly staff. Check in was quick and friendly, concierge available on hand and offered the shuttle which was convenient and very easy. Rooms beautifully appointed and clean. Located close to the airport which was handy. Didn't hear any plains which sometimes have experience at other hotels. Checking out with an express box was great as went from room to shuttle. It was a great stay. Whatever soap they use smelt so good!

Just completed a birthday stay at Pullman Brisbane Airport, using my stay plus night. The Executive room is perfectly fine, spacious, comfortable. I requested an airport room some weeks prior, this was granted, although facing the new runway, not the legacy runway view I was hoping for, however I was fine with this. Undercover parking is a breeze, and all staff we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. Welcome drinks in the app and beverage list extensive, basically the executive lounge list. As a Gold member, I Paid $90 for Executive Lounge Access and $40 overnight parking. We certainly drank in excess of $130 worth of beverages, and with full buffet breakfast included in lounge access, satisfied with what I paid. Canapés and drinks for lounge guests are served at Apron’s bar, between 5 &7pm. An executive lounge is located on level 10, with 24 hours access to non alcoholic beverages, tea, coffee and light snacks. Full Buffet breakfast is included in Apron for executive lounge patrons. I’m excluding dinner from the price value equation, as we would have dined somewhere anyway. Food at Apron was exceptional, with 30% Accor Explorer + discount honoured. Based on our experience, I’d highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay. Hazel in particular was outstanding — so efficient, friendly, and professional, making everything effortless. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and the beds huge and super comfortable. The Executive Lounge was a little underwhelming with only a small cheese plate for canapés, but the takeaway breakfast boxes for our early flight were excellent and ready when we checked out. All staff were warm and welcoming — overall a great experience and we’d happily stay again.

Excellent service. We stayed one night so we could catch an early flight the next day.|It was our wedding anniversary, I mentioned this. The service I received was excellent so many if the staff who had access to the computer systems wished us a happy anniversary. |The rooms are lovely and clean. The restaurant, although a little expensive, is fabulous. Great service and a tasty meal.|I would highly recommend a stay here.

I dropped a star for our room because the glass window seal is faulty and we had a breeze blowing through it, enough of a breeze to cause the curtains to move. Also because of the pay to view on the television. Really when stopping in 5 star you expect better channel choice. But the room was excellent and the service was outstanding. Massive beds. Exceptionally clean. Room service excellent. Would definitely stop here again.

I have stayed overnight at the Pullman Brisbane Airport on many occasions and am always impressed by the consistently high standards maintained. It’s no surprise it wins Australias best airport hotel award every year. Its location within easy walking distance to and from the domestic terminal and with regular free shuttles from there to the international terminal and DFO makes it perfect for catching an early morning flight. But I always make sure to leave time for breakfast, which I rate as one of the best. Beautiful spacious ambience and a mouthwatering array of creative five-star food options and excellent cooked-to-order eggs. Special thanks to the attentive friendly wait staff Lina and Mina and to chef Kiran.

Slightly more expensive than the other, co-located airport hotels, but you get what you pay for. A warm welcome, efficient check-in, high quality furnishings in the room allowing for an excellent sleep quality either before or after a flight. Accor Platinum privileges allow me to use the Executive Lounge, which is small but adequate. Breakfast in the morning was as expected for a 4 or 5 star hotel, without being anything to rave about. A nice touch might be to offer a choice of runway view or not upon arrival, availability allowing. This was the first time in about 5 stays that I've had a runway view, and it was a nice way to pass the time.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last couple of years. It’s positioned well for anyone travelling in & out of Brisbane. The hotel is quiet and has great amenities.|The staff are exceptional and that’s why I continue to choose this hotel each time I stay in Brisbane. There have been a lot of staff changes particularly in the executive lounge/bar area, but I still see familiar faces at Reception & the Apron Restaurant. It’s the staff that make the Pullman Brisbane Airport a wonderful felt experience!

Wonderful time at the lounge. Spandid was an excellent bartender and host. If you are in need of food and drink while laying over in Brisbane, this is an excellent spot!
