Pullman Brisbane Airport

A quick stop before flying out on an early international flight. Was greeted by concierge when we arrived and assisted with our luggage, the lady at the desk was friendly and offered us a check in at 12pm which we thought we would have had to wait. Room was spacious, clean and bright. Dinner was lovely and beds were comfy. We had breakfast before we left and caught the shuttle arranged by the hotel which was convenient. Would stay again.

After staying at numerous airport hotels across Australia, the Pullman Brisbane Airport has earned the top spot as our absolute favourite. This hotel consistently delivers an exceptional experience that makes those inevitable airport stopovers something to actually look forward to.||The accommodation itself is outstanding, with incredibly comfortable beds that ensure a restful night's sleep - no small feat when you're dealing with travel fatigue and early morning flights. The quality of sleep we get here is genuinely impressive and sets the tone for the entire stay.||The staff throughout the hotel are consistently friendly and professional, but the bar staff deserve special recognition. They are absolutely outstanding - genuinely happy, welcoming, and friendly in a way that feels authentic rather than scripted. Their positive energy really enhances the entire experience and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere.||The restaurant is excellent and offers high-quality dining that rivals many standalone restaurants. The breakfast is also excellent and delicious, providing a perfect start to travel days with quality ingredients and plenty of variety. For Accor+ members, it's also a fantastic place to make the most of the dining discount, adding even more value to an already great experience.||If I had one piece of constructive feedback, it would be regarding the bathroom amenities. I really wish the Pullman would catch up to other progressive hotels by switching to pump-pack dispensers for soap, shampoo, and other toiletries. Those tiny individual bottles are terrible for the environment, and making this simple change would align the hotel with more sustainable practices that many guests now expect and appreciate.||Despite this minor environmental concern, the Pullman Brisbane Airport remains our go-to choice for airport accommodation. The combination of comfort, service, and dining excellence makes it stand out in what can often be a disappointing category of hotels.

Nice and spacious rooms for an airport hotel. Close to the domestic terminal and a quick trip to the international. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The shower was amazing and the eggs at breakfast were delicious! Would stay again if had the opportunity.

We rated this property far more genuine across all aspects of staff in comparison to the Sofitel Brisbane, which we also visit. And this trip was to revisit this great property. We arrived and check-in process was all right, but we were not told that there would be a further credit card charge over and above the room rate being charged. I asked if the room rate could be charged at checkout. By the time we arrived in our room I had 2 notifications from AMX for 2 separate charges which I could not understand why and had to waste time in trying to find out why. I found out why this was the case at check out, the lady mentioned that the other charge was an incidental charge that I was not advised about. Why such a charge????????? For a platinum member. We went down stairs for evening drinks and from all of our previous stays the staff at the bar and restaurant and the standard of the food for dinner were exceptional. Clearly there has been staff changes in the bar and the restaurant. The bar staff were very nonfriendly and abrupt by comparison to previous staff and the same with the restaurant staff at our dinner appointment. The reason for our trips to this property were driven by the standard and friendliness of the staff, and this is not there anymore.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We loved the our dinner in the ground floor restaurant and the location was easy to get to for an early morning flight. Staff were amazing too. Highly recommended.

Excellent facilities and friendly staff. We arrived just after midnight, severely jet-lagged after 17 hours of flying (2 adult and 2 children) and one of us with food poisoning. We were greeted by onsite staff who assisted us to get to our room quickly in our bleary eyes state. The rooms were perfect at Pullmans.. Super comfortable beds and all the essentials we needed were provided. A fantastic selection of teas and coffee, 24 hour room service (which was put to good use) and late checkout if desired. Beautiful comfortable linens and pillows gave us the sleep we'd been dreaming of. The location is walkabout from Brisbane Domestic Airport and there is a free shuttle from the International Airport to the domestic you can use. The rooms are soundproofed so we slept 13 hours without a single plane noise waking us. 24 hour Room service and great food. There's a cool bar downstairs (we were too buggered to use) but we did have plenty of room service brought up. Late checkout was a must and they happily accommodated us. Highly recommend, one of the best Airport stays in Brisbane if you must do a stopover or need someone to base yourself close to airport. 👌

Our recent stay was just for the night but wasn’t great. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was ok but for $400/night not what I expected. Long black hairs in our bathroom and room service was v ordinary for the $$$ $32 toasted cheese that was burnt and quite inedible. Would stay at The Ibis next door if staying at the airport in the future.

I rarely write reviews until after the whole experience however since my arrival I have complete confidence in recommending this hotel. The service is outstanding & I was so grateful after a long overnight flight to obtain a slightly earlier check-in. The staff at reception were amazing & so very helpful. I really appreciated that. The breakfast is fabulous & all the staff are excellent. The rooms are so lovely & very spacious. The bed is so comfortable & I particularly appreciate the beautiful linen & fabulous pillows! It is so close to the airports & walkable from domestic being so close. The free bus service to domestic from international was so convenient & a very easy walk then to the hotel. I am loving my stay here. Thank you. Catherine.

Wonderful time at the lounge. Spandid was an excellent bartender and host. If you are in need of food and drink while laying over in Brisbane, this is an excellent spot!
