Superior Room - City View Pros: • Beyond friendly front desk staff! She was very helpful and explained all the benefits of staying at the hotel; also informing us of their restaurant, bar section, and allowing us to choose our room. Giving us the choice between a room on the top floor or lower floors along with the choice of with a tub or shower only. • Allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel after our stay for the entire day. Super quick and friendly. • Beautiful view from the top floor if you get the city view! Unfortunately for us it was a bit foggy so we couldn't see as far, but we could see the palace and a few distinct buildings which was beautiful to see in the morning. • Right next to the train station! Connected directly to it which is great if you're arriving later in the evening to check in like we did. Cons: • Location isn't the best. It isn't exactly run down; but the types of people soliciting outside the hotel wasn't a pleasant experience for us. Instead of dining at one of the few restaurants just outside the hotel, we ate in instead due to this to feel safer. • A/C isn't truly AC. It is a head-system controlled system I assume meaning all the hotel rooms are the same temperature and you can't fully change it. This is disappointing as it is advertised as being A/C room controlled. It was unfortunately too hot in the rooms for us and we sweated the entire night. • Couldn't get the TV Chromecast to work :( • Only 2 lifts work, I've read from other reviews that this has been an ongoing issue for a while. Takes a few minutes for the lift to arrive in the mornings when others are also checking out. Overall: 3/5 stars. It isn't a bad hotel! Its decent and gets the job done for a nice, cheap quick trip. We'd stay here again if we come to brussels and the prices are just as good. Staff as beyond helpful and super friendly, able to accommodate us to the best of their abilities. Big stars for them. Would recommend for a short quick stay for a day trip in Brussels!

Beautiful plase to stay! They gift you pantoufle and other amenities. The pillows has it own style 😎. Beds are over the top. The convenience of the location are amazing. You can access from the terminal or outside it. The staff talks English, French, Spanish languages. Don't hesitate to visit it!.

I was coming with cautious given different reviews of hotel servicce and location, however it turns out it was a nice 5 nights stay for me. Check in just before 3pm, they were unable to secure early check in due to full occupancy on the day before, totally understandable. Everything in the room allocated for us, 726 was working properly. Fitted with a bath tub, for a nice bath after long day enjoying different part of Belgium. No problem in room cleaning and make up, everything is always replenished. Location for us is really strategic, accessible direct from train station making it very easy for us who travelled to different cities every day. Lots of food outlet if you do not want to go out from the station. Metro and tram station is very easy to access from the hotel. Breakfast for me is acceptable with decemt hot and cold selections. Can be crowded at certain timea around 8am, but still manageable. I would recommend this hotel if you go to Brussels and rely with public transport for going around.

This was my first time in a Pullman hotel, I spent 3 nights there.|I expected a higher service level compared to Mercure or Novotel, but I'd say it is better, but not much different. ||The room was really nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. |The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. |Staff was nice, friendly and helpful.|The location of the hotel is good especially if you want to use public transport, trains, trams and busses are very close. ||I booked the hotel on the same price as it was offered by the Mercure on the other side of the street. On this price it was a good offer, but if I had to pay more, I would have booked a room at the Mercure.

Staying here for 5 nights. 2 things good about this hotel - the breakfast and the location. Other than these, I had a poor experience. From the basic things like amenities — there are no sandals, no toothbrush whatsoever. Housekeeping — 1 star, I leave on 10 am and even ask the housekeeping directly to clean my room, she said okay, but when I back on 3pm, room has not been cleaned. Then I asked for towels, water, and body soap + hand soap because all running out, they didn’t give me until 6pm, where I already call the resepsionist for more than 3x already, it is frustating. And when they give body soap, hand soap still not yet given. I think, okay will just wait for the next day when housekeeping clean my room. The next day — after room was cleaned, hand soap still empty.. lol 😭 Wifi also very sucks, slow, even speed test can’t work anymore. Last thing, I need to borrow their freezer for my breastmilks, here reception didn’t give me any ticket, on last day I asked for my belongings. They look for it for almost 20 minutes! I asked for their permission to help to search for it because I’m in a hurry to catch my train, they didnt let me until 5 minutes of my time left. Once I enter to look for the milk, I found it directly. BUT I MISS MY TRAIN because you didnt let me enter earlier, and I had to pay 100 euros more for missing the train. REALLY, what kind of hotel standard you follow, Pullman Brussels???

We stayed for two nights, and our experience was let down by slow customer service and poor housekeeping. The hotel is very convenient, right next to Gare du Midi (Brussels Midi Train Station). The hotel has a door directly into the station, making trains and the metro extremely easy to reach. Gare du Midi has a variety of shops and food options, which is convenient for snacks and essentials. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and our room was spacious. The room had a safe, which was convenient for keeping electronics and valuables secure. The biggest issue was the bedding. The bed skirt at the bottom of the bed was visibly stained on arrival, and the hotel did not resolve it until the next day, when the manager resumed work. We were upgraded to a different room, which was appreciated, but the delay and poor first impression affected our experience of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, including storing our luggage before check-in and allowing us to check in early. The surrounding area is busy and not very pleasant after dark. Gare du Midi, especially around the underpass, can smell strongly of urine, and the area can feel unsafe. Hotel staff advised returning by 10 pm, which is worth noting for travellers. The hotel is convenient for exploring Brussels and taking day trips to places like Antwerp, Turnhout, and Baarle. Despite our experience, the location and direct station access make it a place we might consider staying at again.

If you have an early/late train, the location is simply unbeatable - you are within the actual train station, very close to the Eurostar terminal. I think under a minute walk, literally! The train station area didn't seem a great place to go wandering so I was grateful that the entrance was within the station itself - I was by myself and it was dark. Staff was super kind and friendly when checking me in. The hotel itself is a bit dark and I think the carpets could do with a steam clean (especially inside the bedrooms), and there's a bit of smokey/mariujuana-esque smell in the hallway, but the beds were really comfy and I had everything I needed. I used the sauna as well which was a very nice touch and went down well after a long day of traveling. Overall it's not the nicest hotel I've stayed in, but it was clean (except the carpets which seem to have seen better days), the soundproofing was great (I didn't hear anything), staff was super friendly and helpful, plus it had an incredible location for an early train. I'll definitely stay again. The breakfast seemed expensive (26 euros) and there were plenty of places nearby, so I didn't try it.

Poor customer service and horrible experience: The staff were not helpful, not friendly and not welcoming. The receptionist asked me if we had booked only 1 room for 4 people twice in a second when we just started checking in (we were in a group of 4 people and have booked 2 rooms). I felt uncomfortable and being racially discriminated. Afterwards, I called the front desk staff to raise my concerns over the booking of the breakfast, the staff were not listening and blamed me not understanding. No managers were on duty on that weekend and my concerns can’t be escalated. I never heard any greetings nor welcoming words from the staff. The room is dirty, stains were found in the sink and the edge of the bedsheet. Toilet had a bit bad smell. Last, the location of the hotel is excellent and you can go to the hotel inside the train station. However, no clear instructions were found. I felt not very safe when you go into hotel through the train station at nights as some people wandering around asking for money or sleeping on the floor close to the entrance of the hotel.

The room assigned to us has a faulty air conditioner. It is stuck blowing out at over 26-27c on the coolest setting and does not blow cold at all. It is a furnace in the room. The windows do not even vent or open in anyway. The staff merely said the hotel is full so we can not help you, but here a fan to circulate the 80 degree Fahrenheit air: 10/10 do not recommend this establishment. Steer clear at all cost unless you want to pass away from heat stroke.

Stayed at the Pullman last night, near the train station. It is a good location per se, especially if you are training around Europe. But, the rooms are very small and tight. The bed creeps out enough that it was hard to get luggage by when entering the room. The bed was lumpy and caved toward the center so little sleep last night for my wife and I. Then to top if off the room does not have a coffee maker...I love my morning coffee. I called room service for a pot of coffee, no such luck, they told me they can only bring a cup of coffee. And since I did not include the breakfast package they have to charge me the $22 for breakfast. LOL - sounds like Starbuck's pricing now. I went down to the restaurant and was able to convince someone to grant me a cup of coffee...believe it or not, it was half full. I then went to the front desk, assuming I was mistaken and there should be a coffee maker in my room, perhaps just an oversight on their part. Nope, no coffee maker, just instant Nescafé and a very cheap and scary looking water heating device. There are better hotels in Brussels so please consider my missive and look for ones with better service and customer care. I am an Accor member so this is really disappointing. I am also a Marriott member (Bonvoy) and never seem to have issues.

This is a very convenient hotel. It is located in the train station and well situated if you want direct and easy access to the airport (three stops on the train) or take various day trips from the city center in Brussels. Check in was quick and easy. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Nice bath products were also provided. The breakfast was OK but no cappuccinos were available. There are multiple coffee shops immediately outside the hotel in the train station. I would stay here again.

Worst !hotel staff at bar is fantastic area is awful I got robbed right outside door rooms are tiny it's really dangerous pls stay any where but here

This is a very nice hotel conveniently attached to Brussels Midi station. It is easily accessible upon arrival and it is nice to be able to walk out of the hotel 15 minutes before departure and make a train without issue. I have generally liked Pullmans and this establishment did not change my opinion. The front desk staff were quite friendly and helpful on both check in and check out. The facility still had a new look and was well kept. The bar served food until relatively late and the breakfast buffet, while expensive at 25€, was good quality with reasonable variety. I was rather pleased with my room. It was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings were quiet allowing me to get good sleep. The bathroom was sufficiently roomy to allow maneuverability. The workspace was more than adequate and the Wi-Fi worked without issue. The only negative I can cite was that the view from the room was of the ensconced middle of the hotel and was less than special. The room rate was €199. While not cheap, all things considered, I was happy with the value. With a 7:50 AM train, the convenience counted for a lot. If I find myself in need of a hotel before taking a train from Midi again the future, I will definitely take a look at this hotel again.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect - right in the train station... once we found it. We had arrived from London and knew it was there, but was wondering how to get to the hotel. We ended up walking outside and around to see a Haagen-Dazs and then further down was the actual outside entrance to the hotel. When we entered, we realized there was another entrance from the station by the Haagen-Dazs. There weren't any signs directing you to the hotel that I could see, but as soon as we got off the escalators from the train station, we did see an advertisement for it so we knew it was there. There is a small little area where the receptionists stand and are ready to greet you - first in French, then (sometimes) in English. We got the normal room and when we got there at around 10:30 AM (or perhaps 11 AM), our room wasn't ready yet. We were offered an upgrade for an additional €30 because that room was ready but we declined, so they offered to keep our larger luggage pieces until we could return about 2 hours or so later. The staff was nice and helpful, despite my hesitation at using the little French I knew. Once we returned, we picked up our luggage and headed up. Our room was on the 8th floor; you need to scan your key card for the elevators to work for the floors containing guest rooms. The room was actually really nice and modern; I liked it a lot. They supply C.O. Bigelow toiletries which I loved. Their bathroom was great and I enjoyed using it every night when we returned - we were there 2 nights - and their shower was actually the length of a bathtub and could easily accommodate 2 (or 3 small) people at a time. There was a glass wall/door partitioning the shower from the rest of the bathroom. The reception staff that we encountered for the remainder of our stay was also nice, but not overly so. The cleaning people gave us 3 extra mini shampoo bottles (but no extra conditioner) for the second night, which I found a little amusing. Although you have an option of skipping changing the sheets, they still changed them for our last night. I do recommend this place as a whole. Location is great (transit-wise and it was only about a 20-minute walk from Grand Place), the Haagen-Dazs downstairs actually ended up being our go-to place for breakfast, and the room more than met our needs.

What a great hotel. Very modern room with good amenities. The staff was very easy to work with. My wife and I enjoyed our time there. Located next the South train station it is about a 20 minute walk to downtown Brussels. There was a carnival going on when we stayed there so there was plenty of activity nearby. We also opted for the breakfast buffet which was amazing. The breakfast selection was spot on and did not disappoint. The staff maintaining the breakfast buffet provided the best customer service. They always made you feel welcomed every day. We did not eat dinner there but we wished we had. The rooms were nice and modern. I like the fact the toilet was separate from the shower. I wish more hotels would do this. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is considering traveling to Brussels.

Unusual reception - just a standing area for the poor staff, which must leave them a bit footsore by the end of the day. Courteous receptionists who greeted me by name and even found a long forgotten loyalty card on their system, so I could earn some points. Was able to check-in quite early, have a nap and do some work, which is always a bonus. I believe this hotel only opened a couple of years ago, so all the decor is fresh and smart. The rooms are a little too 'modular'. Large bed crammed into a relatively small space and a long built-in bench/day bed reminiscent of a first class railway sleeper rather than a hotel room. But very quiet, comfortable and there are enough plugpoints to recharge everything. Generous breakfast. But the best part of this hotel is its location, loads of taxis outside and right next door to the main Brussels Midi station. It even has its own exit directly into the Eurostar end, which is just perfect for a swift getaway.

Great hotel located right next to the train station, the location is perfect if your traveling. The hotel is brand new so super clean. Rooms are modern, a bit on the small side, but for the IK they are perfect size. The staff was extremely helpful in pointing out where to go to enjoy the area. The fitness center was nice and continent, I would definitely stay here again.
