We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I chose the Pullman Brussels Centre Midi because it was close to the Brussels Midi / Brussels Sud train station. I was wrong—it wasn’t just close, it was literally at the train station. The hotel’s neighborhood is not the most appealing, but this doesn’t really matter since staying here means you have little to do with the surroundings. We visited Brussels city center, which is just 3 stops away by metro. We also took easy train trips to Brugge and Ghent, so the location is actually top-notch. We decided not to have breakfast at the hotel, as it seemed a bit expensive for what was offered. The rooms were kept clean—slightly aging, but still comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful. The train station itself is quite well organized, though it’s helpful to ask for guidance at first. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

The location is what drives the review here for me. Yes, convenient and centrally located. Super-fast connection to the airport. However, this is a major train station attached to it and with it comes the need to be aware of what goes on. I am sure that the good people milling about are all very nice, but there is a certain vibe in the air. The rooms are optional shower or tub. Had the tub, where sink etc is. Toilet in separate room. To wash your hands you need to cross the room and get into the other bathroom. Bit bizarre. Table / seat not suitable to work. Breakfast a bit uninspiring and a little too "functional" in the sense that the food is just basics with no variation day to day.

We chose this hotel based on its location for our scheduled train to Lyon, France. After three nights in Bruges, we arrived at the hotel way too early for check in, so we dropped off our luggage’s at the reception and explored Brussels center via the train (10 euros for 2 roundtrip tickets to Brussels central) we returned to the hotel at 4 pm and the check in was a breeze. In order to access the elevator, guests must utilize room card, which added a level of security. Our room located on the fourth floor is clean and shower water pressure is excellent. Sound proofing is up to par, which we had decent rest. We dined at a bar/restaurant across the street; it was okay with reasonably priced entrees. We had a simple breakfast at Cafe Bogard located by entrance of Midi station adjacent to the hotel entrance; reasonably priced with plenty of seating. Taxi stand located in the front entrance of the hotel; you could access midi through another entrance from the hotel vice versa. This particular hotel is great for business and train connecting, which is very convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our one night stay at this aging but well kept establishment.

Fantastic weekend stay! The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and our accessible double room was perfect. The hotel’s thoughtful design, like the disability button on the rotating entrance doors, made everything easy for my wife in her wheelchair. Great location next to the main station and local restaurants, the hotel was calm and quiet with a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service — thank you to everyone we’ll definitely be back!

Good located on midi station easy to get to airport or take metro. The area around is not the nicest but hotel is good. Spacy room with good shower and espresso. |Good breakfast with wide choice and good choice. Overall good stay

Genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to the friendly staff. Modern and sleek design of the rooms but yet very cosy. The small gym was open even at 1am, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. They had lots of granola, fresh fruits, and baked goods to choose from. As a vegan, it was easy to find breakfast options. Also, beautiful breakfast area. (See picture below) Loved that shower and toilet were separated, and the beds were super comfortable, too. It's definitely a hotel I'd recommend to friends.

This hotel is in a great location for Brussels midi station and Eurostar. The walk into town is not through a great area - lots of roadworks etc - so we took the metro which was v convenient. Room - good size and v clean etc. Air conditioning didn’t work and sure it made room hotter. Reported to reception who arranged for it to be fixed but was not better second night. Breakfast very good.

Our recent stay at this Pullman was unfortunately disappointing and did not live up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel, especially compared to other Pullman properties we have stayed in. Upon arrival, the lady at the reception initially asked us to pay an incorrect amount. Only after we pointed it out did she recheck and confirm that we were right. While this was corrected, it didn’t set the best first impression. On the positive side, the reception staff overall were welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is old and in need of renovation. Being inside the train station is convenient, but the area just outside is dirty and unpleasantly smelly. The room was dated, with visible stains and wear. It was also missing amenities that were promised. For example, coffee capsules were provided but there was no machine. Shower robes were missing. We were told the minibar was complimentary, yet all we found was one bottle of water. When we asked, we were told it’s only water, but even then another bottle was missing. Breakfast was the weakest part of the stay. The options were extremely limited and unappetizing. The cheeses looked dry and old, the fruits were saggy, and the tea selection was poor (a small box with a few generic tea bags). Coffee was inconsistent – while the Nespresso machine was fine, the other coffee machine tasted cheap and strange. We also asked about halal options; one staff member incorrectly told us there was halal meat, but thankfully another staff corrected him and clarified there wasn’t any. By the last day, I couldn’t bring myself to eat breakfast again. Overall, this Pullman fell far below expectations and it makes it difficult to consider this hotel a true 4-star experience.
