Staying here for 5 nights. 2 things good about this hotel - the breakfast and the location.
Other than these, I had a poor experience. From the basic things like amenities — there are no sandals, no toothbrush whatsoever. Housekeeping — 1 star, I leave on 10 am and even ask the housekeeping directly to clean my room, she said okay, but when I back on 3pm, room has not been cleaned. Then I asked for towels, water, and body soap + hand soap because all running out, they didn’t give me until 6pm, where I already call the resepsionist for more than 3x already, it is frustating. And when they give body soap, hand soap still not yet given. I think, okay will just wait for the next day when housekeeping clean my room.
The next day — after room was cleaned, hand soap still empty.. lol 😭
Wifi also very sucks, slow, even speed test can’t work anymore.
Last thing, I need to borrow their freezer for my breastmilks, here reception didn’t give me any ticket, on last day I asked for my belongings. They look for it for almost 20 minutes! I asked for their permission to help to search for it because I’m in a hurry to catch my train, they didnt let me until 5 minutes of my time left. Once I enter to look for the milk, I found it directly. BUT I MISS MY TRAIN because you didnt let me enter earlier, and I had to pay 100 euros more for missing the train.
REALLY, what kind of hotel standard you follow, Pullman Brussels???
