We travel a lot and have knowledge in the hotel field. Congratulations to the management, both the front desk and the casual cafe area and especially the breakfast. The quality of the products and the diversified palette make a product difficult to match in Bucharest. The hotel is really nice. Comfortable room. Bathroom sparkling shine. Well located close to transport, parks and business. Restaurants are fabulous, food is really good. Breakfast buffet includes several options including fresh omelette and really nice cheeses. Service is over expectations, all personnel offer a 5 star service all the time.

I always enjoy my stays at your hotel. The staff are professional, very friendly, and always willing to assist with any requests – I truly appreciate this excellent service and am very satisfied overall. I would, however, like to mention one small point for improvement: the air fresheners in the corridor spray quite a strong fragrance, which I personally find overwhelming and not very comfortable. Perhaps it would be possible to reduce the intensity or consider limiting the use of these fragrances. Thank you very much for your attention – I look forward to my next stay.

Everything was perfect: 1. From the warm welcome at the reception 2. To the accommodation conditions (a spacious room equipped with everything, great mattress) 3. ++ The breakfast. The breakfast was generous, varied, with quality products. Friendly and professional staff (thank you to Mrs. Roxana from breakfast and Mrs. Corina at reception), clean place and impeccable service. The heartbeat of this property is its staff members. Right from check-in, Vicky made us feel very welcome. She provided us with great information and support to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. All other staff we encountered were lovely, but we would also like to highlight our floor's cleaning lady Aura, who went above and beyond to attend to our needs. In terms of the hotel itself, overall, it is a little bit outdated with its decor and older carpets. You can tell that when it was first built, it would have been the best hotel in town, the owners should update it to make sure it maintains this status because aside from that, everything was flawless. Our room was a wonderful one with huge space and the location was excellent to access the large park and get an easy bus ride into town. Would stay again.

Resurant is top notch. SB is the best. Wonderful atmosphere. Food prepared exactly as requested. Professional and accommodating. Excellent service. Front Desk personnel very knowledgeable and genuinely care about their guests. Management very responsive. Highly recommend.

An absolutely superb hotel in very much an old style theme. The room was incredible and cleaned every day. Breakfast (with free fizz thrown in) was very tasty, all the breakfast staff were very attentive. The hotel bar was a comfortable place to go and relax. Felicia kelt everything in order and was quite funny as well. Bucharest overall was the nicest city I have ever been to, and The Pullman just topped everything off.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Meals and breakfast were great. A special mention of Ramona who every day at breakfast went out of her way to accommodate and help as many people as possible. Overall not a bad hotel. Lack of fresh air on the rooms is the only down side
