Great welcome by Mr Livio (voiturier) and Mr Christian at reception. Excellent breakfast for both quality and variety! Cozy and very comfortable hotel at a stones throw from Cannes with much more affordable rates! Keep up the good work guys, will definetely be back.

This is a family hotel located on the Mandalieu strip. Whilst is is not new, it has been refreshed a bit to the location and Pullman style, with interesting and kitschy artwork. It has valet parking, its own pool and a big breakfast for its guests.| |Rooms are neat and clean with comfortable beds, generous towels, and amenities (cotton buds, shower caps etc). They are not extraordinarily designed, but utilitarian and comfortable for a summer holiday. Rooms facing the water are lovely and sunny so you can enjoy the view for hours on your balcony. Housekeeping staff are efficient, and helpful too.| |Valet parking was easy and costs €22 per day – seldom had to wait more than a few minutes for the car which was nice. Restaurants open late (the outside Blue Lemon bar) which was nice for us to have a late dinner although service took a bit of time.| |Breakfast was nice, with a lot of options hot and cold, grilled pineapple and apples which was a treat for us, and nice jams and honey (vs the industrial stuff). Turnaround of tables was understandably slow during the crazy hours but the dining room was big enough to manage.| |Reception was helpful and accommodating, helping with any questions or details. It’s a shame the balcony next to the reception was not open as it would have been a nice place to sit. The only complaint about the hotel is that the lifts can be a bit slow so we walked a few times. Whilst the hotel is not new or luxurious, it is very comfortable for a summer holiday. Guests were of all types, families, couples, groups of friends. Did not notice any tour groups.||Summer prices can be steep but no worse than other places in the area. Having available parking and the amenities, access directly to the beach is unique and close walk to the restaurant makes it worth it. Gave it 5 stars as it is a solid offering in the area.

Very disappointed with this hotel . Lots of extras charged including sunbeds even those on the hotel premises . The sunbeds currently cost 40 euros per person per day. The beds are open for rental to the general public which means they are often taken as the area around the pool is not that large . The staff appear very miserable every where especially around pool and service is definitely not with a smile. I found it difficult to open the gate to the pool after my swim and asked the lifeguard who was lying on a sunbed near me for help and he was extremely rude and reluctant to help. But what totally ruined my experience was that a rat kept running up and down where the sunbeds were and when my husband got up to go for a swim it ran on to my sunbed and onto my arm an experience not easily forgotten. I reported it to the manager who said there was nothing they could do about it they lived in the rocks but this particular rat seemed to live in a bush next to a row of sunbeds on the hotel premises but he didn’t seem interested . The reception staff were an exception to my statement about the staff and were pleasant and helpful.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon. Aside from the fact that for such amount of money (and previously mentioning it), at least some romantic gesture waiting for us in the room would have been nice to have... The room itself was spacious and clean, the bathroom got clogged but it was fixed quickly. The lady at the reception desk who checked us in was very nice. However, the extra charge for sunbeds for members (after paying more than 350 EUR/night) just ruined the mood, since we picked the hotel assuming those facilities would be available for us without extra charge. The food was tasty at the pool caffe, however, the breakfast buffet was lacking fresh vegetables or salad. The beach is nice but gets overcrowded as it is for public use. We expected more from the Pullman-chain.

from the first to the last moment, we enjoyed our stay! Very friendly personal, goos food, great location. We will definitely book here again. No negative comment to be made. All and all a great place!

Unfortunately the hotel has a rat problem on its beachfront which they do not take very seriously. When alone on the sunbed a rat ran up my wife’s arm - a horrible experience. On reporting to reception we were told - “yes we know it’s a problem , we have the area treated monthly and there’s no more we can do . When there was obviously a rat nest under a bush a metre from the hotel’ very expensive sun beds, one expects more urgency. That aside the plus points of the hotel are large comfortable rooms and a nice small beach and proximity to golf. The shortcomings are no places to sit around pool unless you rent a sunbed at 40 euros pp, miserable pool staff including a lazy and rude lifeguard who can’t even be bothered to help open the security gate to the pool. Generally unless you are a golfer you are far better off staying in Cannes where the quality of beach and local restaurants is lights years better than around this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, the view was stunning, and the location was perfect. I really enjoyed swimming in the sea and having breakfast with a view — everything made my stay very memorable.

The reception area looked great and the staff were great. However, the rooms could do with some attention. The sunrise pierced through the holes in the curtains and although I was on a high floor, an invasion of ants was not welcome (especially in my bed). My stay was short, so it was good enough as a place to lay my head at night. I didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food or drinks.
