We stayed at Pullman West Bay Doha for three nights as a family and had a pleasant overall experience. The hotel is fairly new, modern, and conveniently located right next to the metro station, which makes getting around the city very easy. It has more of a business hotel vibe, with a sleek, professional atmosphere. We were upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise. It was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was always busy but offered flavorful and decent options to start the day. The highlight of our stay was definitely the Executive Lounge access, which added an extra touch of comfort and exclusivity. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the in-house restaurants served good food. Overall, while the experience was enjoyable, the property felt more like a high-end four-star business hotel rather than a true five-star luxury stay. Still, it’s a great choice for business travelers or short stays in West Bay.

We had a great stay at The Pullman in West Bay. The team did a lovely job of preparing our room, with a special mention for the team that went to the efforts they did to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We even had a complementary cake delivered to our room, my daughter (and I) were so grateful. The room was fantastic, with a mind blowing view. The city comes to live once the sun sets, and this made for a spectacular panoramic view. The room had everything we needed during our short two night stay. No noise or worries, and the cleanliness was excellent. We had a quick drink on our last night at the fun & lively Sports Bar, but did not eat in any of the restaurants. The location is excellent, and we had many options within a short walk. We would definitely return to this hotel, it ticked all out boxes and the price we paid was nothing short of remarkable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — A Fantastic Stay at Pullman Doha West Bay Our stay at Pullman Doha West Bay was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, I received excellent support from Ms. Driddi Sara, who assisted me throughout the entire booking process. She made all the arrangements smoothly and generously provided us with a complimentary Suite upgrade featuring an incredible view. We were also offered early check-in and late check-out, which made our travel experience so much more comfortable. A special thanks as well to Mr. Yaseen, who kindly ensured that our children were comfortable by providing two free extra beds. His attentiveness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. We also want to thank Bikram for his assistance with our luggage—he was very helpful and welcoming. Thank you, Pullman Doha West Bay, for making our stay so delightful and memorable. We are extremely happy with the experience, and we will definitely return to this wonderful hotel on our next visit to Doha!

My stay at Pullman Doha was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome , attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with an amazing view of the city skyline. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, so many fresh, high-quality options, both international and local. The coffee was great too, which is rare to find in hotel breakfasts! The facilities were top-notch: the pool area was relaxing, the gym was well-equipped and clean, and the spa experience was pure bliss. The location is perfect, right in West Bay, close to restaurants, malls, and the Corniche. Overall, a 5-star experience in every sense. I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Doha, whether for business or leisure.

I like this hotel. The staff at the reception and restaurant ware so helpful and professional. Room service was also excellant. I accidentally touch the emergency help cord in the washroom, immediately the alarm activated and within no time the staff came to my room and reset it. I really appreciate the staff and the way he handle an emergency situation. You can see 5-star experience in every sense. The complimentary breakfast buffet was exceptional which includes variety of local and international options. I want to visit this hotel again. Highly recommended..
