Pullman Doha West Bay

We were located in this hotel during an airspace lockdown in Doha, Qatar. Very nice rooms with great view, great stuff, especially a hotel concierge Soufiane. He was so nice and great help. Food is also quite decent and delicious. Appreciate the service they offered us while in this hard situation.

My one-month stay at Pullman Doha West Bay was great from day one. The room was always spotless! Kudos to Mr. Anas and Mr. Deshan for their hard work and attention to detail. The laundry service was also quick and reliable, which I really appreciated during a longer stay. Breakfasts were excellent, and the Chef and the staff were happy to tailor the meals to my needs. The heated pool was also a big plus. Overall, a very successful stay.

Currently staying here for past 4 days during airspace closure. Their staff always goes an extra mile to ensure comfort of guests even under such extraordinary circumstances. Everyday the buffet food has been amazing such that it caters well to people from cultures across the globe. They are still able to manage crazy high level of cleanliness even with the sudden surge of occupants. Kudos to the team for working round the clock to take such great care of stranded passengers!

The team made our family feel truly welcome — our children slept perfectly, enjoyed the food, and were happy throughout the stay. The buffet is refined, fresh, and of excellent quality. Spa, hammam, gym, and pool are all outstanding and impeccably maintained. The location is ideal, close to the metro, DECC, and major malls, making every movement effortless. Special thanks to Bikram for his professionalism and assistance with our luggage. A hotel that perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and human warmth. Highly recommended.

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. Everything—from the cleanliness to the comfort and the overall service—was top-notch. The hotel was good, had a great check - in after waiting for a while. The room was excellent. one issue noticed was there was only one international power point and wireless charging facilities for phone were available. Used the bar, it was pretty standard. The lounge was worst, my suggestion will be to close the lounge rather then operate it in such a bad service experience. First evening arrived at 7:30pm, the staff at the lounge desk had an expression was not welcoming at all, instead felt like the staff did not want us there. Food was all gone, understand as the lounge closes at 8pm, but the buffet area was so dirty and I was told Chef will be refilling the buffet by the staff at the lounge desk, I did not wait just left. Second day breakfast was alright considering its a lounge there was lot of options of the buffet, but it was the same breakfast menu for the duration of my 4 nights not a single item was changed. The dinner menu items seems like its kids buffet, chicken tenders, potato wedges. Even the buffet menu items were tagged wrong on some days, potatoes wedges were stir fired with some sauce and the label said it was cajun chicken stir fry. All the lounge staff make you feel the lounge is a burden for them. Check out was quick and good.

Dear Management, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the Executive Lounge during my recent stay. I paid additional fees for Lounge Access, yet the experience fell far below acceptable standards. At 18:30 (16Feb2026), there were no beverages available, unlike previous visits when drinks were prepared and displayed for self-service. An Arab male staff member was seated at the computer while guests were left waiting without any communication. At 18:33, I had to call reception myself to question the delay. Only then did the male staff member approach me and state that the policy had changed to drinks being served upon order. If this is indeed the new policy, the absence of a printed beverage menu is unacceptable. Verbally listing options in a premium executive lounge environment reflects poor organization and lack of service planning. When my drink was delivered, I said “thank you,” yet the staff member did not respond or acknowledge me. His demeanor was visibly displeased and unprofessional. This can be verified through your CCTV records. I must also address a highly inappropriate issue: the same staff member had a strong and noticeable body odor while serving guests in close proximity. In a five-star hospitality setting, this is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lapse in grooming standards. Furthermore, the service lacked even the most basic attentiveness. After I ordered rosé, the male staff repeatedly refilled the same drink without once asking whether I would prefer something different. This shows a complete absence of proactive guest engagement expected in a VIP lounge. Most concerning was the restroom situation. After having drinks, I urgently needed to use the restroom located inside the lounge. I approached the restroom three separate times, only to find the entrance door locked. I was forced to walk back and forth to my table while trying to manage the discomfort. Eventually, it became clear that the same staff member had occupied the restroom for an extended period. Only after he exited and saw me return to my table did he inform me that the restroom was available. This situation is entirely unacceptable in an Executive Lounge setting and reflects extremely poor operational awareness. Overall, this was not a minor inconvenience.. it was a complete breakdown of lounge service standards. The experience does not justify the additional lounge fee I paid. I expect this matter to be investigated thoroughly and appropriate corrective action to be taken.
