The only thing that let you down was the lounge. When the lady was working everything was fine. I visited the room on several different occasions when the men were working and there were. 1. No plates had to ask. 2. No knives or folks had to ask. 3. No milk had to ask 4. No orange juice had to ask 5. On the last day there were dirty dishes on a few tables while the employee sat on the computer and left them for my entire duration. Other than that the room and the rest of the staff were excellent. Also we had a baby. The front desk said we were not to use the lounge at any time with a baby so on the first morning we bought breakfast downstairs . I asked upstairs and they said we could use the floor but not after 5. After 5 should be allowed to have a baby.

I recently stayed at the Pullman Doha hotel, and it was a great experience! The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was well-organized. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I'd highly recommend Pullman Doha for its excellent amenities and service.

After spending a wonderful 2 weeks in your facility in west bay Doha, I wish to express utmost gratitude for the stuff of the hotel from the gate keeps to the cleaners to the welcoming team at the lounge to the stuff in the kitchen. They were kind and exemplary . My special thanks to Ajay House keeping room number 910 for keeping my room like it was never occupied since it's construction. I can't ask for any better service elsewhere and wish to return again and again. God bless

we had a great time at pullman hotel! We went for a pool day pass. It Was super calm and relaxing. had lunch at eco lounge, the staff were just amazing specially *Shiva*, he was super super friendly with the kids and managed helping us celebrating our son's birthday. This was our second time in this hotel, highly recommended for families.|Will be visiting it again shortly for sure :)

We stayed at the Pullman Doha West Bay for several days. Checking in was easy and service from the get go was great. We were provided a complimentary upgrade for one of our rooms as well which was really nice. Free valet parking is a nice perk and all of the staff we dealt with were helpful, polite friendly and always smiling. The rooms were clean, well appointed and spacious with modern luxuries. The amenities at the hotel were amazing the pool, gym and open air seating areas. We loved staying here and will definitely come back again. Centrally located the hotel was not far from any main attractions in the city. Across the street there is the Gate mall which was nice and several other service businesses were located nearby. I recommend staying here if you find yourself in Doha!

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The staff were all very accommodating, and special thanks to Ms. Phoo at the reception for her exceptional service. She went beyond by selecting a room with the best view for us and even provided a complimentary upgrade. Every request we made was promptly fulfilled. The food at the Executive Lounge was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a highly recommendable.

Stayed here for business and also to provide training using their facilities. Great hotel, lovely spacious rooms. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Buffet lunch was excellent everyday. Facilities were great although I didn't get chance to use the outdoor space or pool. Would visit again next time I'm in Doha.

Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Complimentary upgrade for one room with a nice sitting area. Thanks.|The hotel has a very nice bar which opens in the evenings. They do accept the Accor welcome drink vouchers. Nice selection of drinks.|The executive lounge is well equipped and a joy to visit. Serves breakfast and evening canopies.|Would definitely book again when I next visit
