Hotel seems high end, parking underground at a steep price, close to shopping area. We received an upgrade from superior to deluxe, but the room is not bigger, instead there is a small queen bed instead of twin beds. It was on the 8th floor overlooking the city center facing the street, so there was some noise. Room seemed clean, all amenities that we needed where available, like a fridge, safe and aircon, soft mattress, 2 types of pillows. The curtains are not completely blackout, because it was very bright in the morning. At night you'd see the TV light and a big knob for the headboard light which wasn't working well. We had to cover the knob as it was too bright, we like to sleep in darkness. You can skip housekeeping, but the bins are too small. Also they left an electricity card and forgot to refill the toilet paper. The bathroom's only separation from the bed is a glass wall, so you won't have privacy. Even though you're not shy, you'd wake up your partner if you want to go to the toilet in the night/early morning as the lights would be too bright through the glass. There is no shower door so you have to watch out for making the floor wet. We didn't use the breakfast.

I'm a regular guest at this hotel and keep coming back because of the excellent service and genuinely attentive staff. They are always welcoming and professional, which really helps make each stay comfortable and enjoyable. That said, a few of the amenities are starting to show their age. Things like the soap dispensers and the ironing board could do with a bit of attention. It is a small detail, but it does stand out given the hotel's otherwise high standards.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoy coming back, even stayed here once with my 4-year-old child. I really like the location, and the prices are often reasonable. Sometimes you even get a great deal including breakfast, which is a nice bonus. The rooms (I usually book a basic superior double room) are a bit dated, but overall clean and well-maintained. One thing I don’t like are the rooms where a shutter automatically comes down at 10:30 AM, blocking the view and sunlight regardless of the weather. That’s pretty annoying and not something I’d choose voluntarily; it really depends on luck. The sauna is surprisingly hot, which I liked, but there’s no real relaxation area. One thing I really want to highlight is the staff: even in stressful situations with other guests, I’ve always found them to be friendly, calm, and professional. That’s impressive, especially in such a large hotel with so many guests. Speaking of size, this hotel is huge! Of course, I’ve only ever seen a small part of it myself. There are also other rooms and suites in very different price ranges that I haven’t experienced. All in all, for my needs, it’s the best hotel in Eindhoven and I always look forward to coming back.

We stayed here as a family and really enjoyed the convenient location close to the city center. Having a car park on-site was a big advantage, making it easy for us to drive in and out without stress. The hotel is also surrounded by useful amenities — a restaurant and a supermarket are just a short walk away, which made meals and daily needs very convenient. Another plus is the availability of a lift, which made moving around with luggage and kids much easier. Overall, the hotel provided both comfort and practicality for our family trip

I was staying in this hotel for 2 nights for a business trip. It is a great hotel in great location, excellent quality to price rate. Rooms are very modern and spacious, very clean. I love that each room has a pod type of coffee with a choice of coffee pods, iron with ironing board and sleeping gowns with sleepers. 2 bottles of mineral water were included in the room at arrival - I wish those are being replaced every day by a working staff, exactly like coffee pods and tea, etc. Breakfast is of excellent quality and plenty of choices. All the staff working in the hotel very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back, thank you Pullman Hotel.

Over 3 weeks I stayed in 3 different rooms. All 3 were slightly different, but were good. Breakfast is amazing. Food choices and quality was really good. Hotel gas swimming pool, sauna and gym facilities. The gym was larger than in most other hotels. There were two (infrared and stones) saunas, both working well and a good size. Swimming was on the smaller side, but good enough. The only negative was that the showers in the changing room were cold and you could not adjust the temperature. The hotel staff were polite and friendly. The location is great as it's a few minutes walk to the city centre and the train station.

This hotel offers a perfect location, just a short walk from the city center and the train station. The friendly staff ensures a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds. If you want to explore further, they also have bikes available for rent by the day. The breakfast buffet is a great option, with an ample assortment of dishes to suit every taste. It’s our go-to hotel in Eindhoven!

Google
Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was superb. Spa seemed wonderful. The rooms were spacious but noisy. The window faced the parking lot and the walkway. When people returned from restaurants (3-5 am) even the usual laughter and conversation echoed and woke me up. Soundproofing between rooms could also be improved.

Yelp
Upscale full-service hotel that is located about a half mile from Centraal station along an easy road to walk. I was warmly greeted and the check-in clerk explained the hotel features before I headed upstairs for a well deserved nap. The room is clean, modern and comfortable. Very nice bed, good work desk with plenty of outlets, mini fridge, Nespresso coffee service and lots of space for putting things away. There's a large screen television that I never used. Wifi worked well. I don't quite understand the shower setup. Why is there glass between the shower and the sleeping area? And why do Europeans love leaving half of the glass off their showers? Very quiet room. I did not hear any slamming doors or noise from other guests. I would choose this hotel for my next stay in Eindhoven. [Review 21273 overall - 78 in Netherlands - 238 of 2024.]

Yelp
Wow. A real gem. Room is nice, modern and comfortable. But the real surprise was the great restaurant. Staff is friendly and the food was excellent. Two standouts; shrimp Caesar and the yoghurt dessert. Staff in the hotel is welcoming. Love this place! Has personality! I'll be back!

Yelp
What a great modern hotel! Super cool vibe, great view, comfortable bed, amazing shower, fast internet (for a fee), and best of all AIR CONDITIONING!!! I don't know if all the rooms are alike but if they are, I'd only recommend this hotel for individuals or couples, it would be a weird room for groups that aren't intimate because the wall between the bed and the shower is solid glass with no solid curtain to drop down for privacy. I love this feature about the hotel, just might be awkward if you and a couple of friends shack up to save some money.

Yelp
This a modern some what sprawling hotel nestled in the heart of Eindhoven. It is certainly on the spectrum of high-end with clean marble entrance, a large open plan bar and restaurant, nice touches such as a lounge like business center replete with small alcoves with plenty of sockets to plug into. Tucked in the back you can take a spiral staircase down to a fitness/spa center. There is a modest workout center, oddly a solarium (which is a room with a tanning bed), and the pool. The pool is amazing with an adjoining large and clean sauna. The rooms are also modern with clean lines, recessed lighting, a nice big desk, with plenty of sockets, small TV, huge closets, big bathroom. The downsides: Most rooms offered are with small twin beds and the bed itself wasn't the best. To get to a king there is a big price jump. For all the modern - feel of the building the furniture in the room itself was a little old and dated. On spending some time in the hotel, you could see that there was actually quite a bit of wear and tear (worn carpets, dinged walls...etc). All in all a very nice hotel. Certainly not 5 - star but very nice. Don't miss the pool!!!

Yelp
Unfortunately my first stay here was less than a positive impression. The good? WiFi Towels dropped at your door when you have the do not disturb sign in place, the bar & restaurant on site. The bad? Parking: you can only access the hotel through the front main lobby. This leaves you walking around the block. Noise: every night, there were people above us partying until 3-4am. There were also people hanging out in the parking lot, screaming, smashing things, etc. Hotel did nothing about this. Beds: in 10 years of weekly travel, by far the worst bed I've e we tried to sleep on. Hallway: walking through/pass the smoking lounge and having to deal with that stench. Water temp/shower: inconsistent. Set the temp, it's comfy and out of nowhere, scalding hot hits you then a surge of cold. Air conditioning didn't work. The bar: front desk checks me out and another guest applied a considerable bar tab to my room. Front desk argues with me and couldn't find the receipt where a signature was provided. After about 30 minutes, they find the recipes and it was signed by someone other than myself. Breakfast: didn't eat it once during my stay and there were 3 charges on my room for breakfast. I had nearly $250 wiry of additional charges that weren't mine. Check your room bill. As I was getting mine in line, another guest had the same challenge. My first impression here is definitely my last. Looking elsewhere for the next trip.

Yelp
What a find! Rooms were very comfortable and modern. Bed was very comfortable, and not the overly firm thin mattress often found in European-owned hotel chains. Nice restaurant with solid hot and cold breakfast. Location is very good, just a short walk to the main station in town. Cool perk: Nespresso coffee maker in the room!! Overall feel is like flying Virgin Airlines.... Everything is top notch, and fairly priced, bit it's a bit more hip than you're used to....

Yelp
Love this hotel, stayed here in March 2015 and March 2016. Staff are so friendly and very professional at the same time. The room are great, we got a double deluxe both times. The bed is one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in and I love playing with the lighting in the room. The see through walls of the bathroom take a little getting used (especially if you're a new couple) but the rainfall shower is sooo good! There's an indoor smoking room that is air conditioned and full of plants and has Tv to keep you entertained, no go out in the cold or rain for a cigarette. There's a small room beside that with chairs and computers for Internet access and free nesspresso (all of the flavours) all in all a great hotel a little pricey than others but worth it

Yelp
The Hotel Accommodation, Bar, Restaurant, look and everything is great and i would give it 5 stars if it were not for the unforgivably bad wifi, really very bad.
