This a modern some what sprawling hotel nestled in the heart of Eindhoven. It is certainly on the spectrum of high-end with clean marble entrance, a large open plan bar and restaurant, nice touches such as a lounge like business center replete with small alcoves with plenty of sockets to plug into. Tucked in the back you can take a spiral staircase down to a fitness/spa center. There is a modest workout center, oddly a solarium (which is a room with a tanning bed), and the pool. The pool is amazing with an adjoining large and clean sauna.
The rooms are also modern with clean lines, recessed lighting, a nice big desk, with plenty of sockets, small TV, huge closets, big bathroom.
The downsides: Most rooms offered are with small twin beds and the bed itself wasn't the best. To get to a king there is a big price jump. For all the modern - feel of the building the furniture in the room itself was a little old and dated. On spending some time in the hotel, you could see that there was actually quite a bit of wear and tear (worn carpets, dinged walls...etc).
All in all a very nice hotel. Certainly not 5 - star but very nice. Don't miss the pool!!!
