Pullman experience truly captured the Heart of Jakarta. As a 5-star hotel, its centrally located position can't be beat, putting you right in the middle of the action—literally surrounded by big shopping malls and with the MRT right at the doorsteps for effortless travel. Beyond location, the two in-house restaurants were stellar, delivering exceptional experiences in terms of food, setting, and service. For a perfect nightcap, The Back Door offered a refined atmosphere with a great variety of drinks and whisky. Capping off the great stay, the hotel receptionists were consistently polite and courteous, making check-in and check-out a pleasure.

Pullman Thamrin is a high-quality, well-rounded hotel that does many things right. Its central location is perhaps its greatest asset, making it ideal for guests who want to be in the middle of Jakarta’s action—shopping, business, sightseeing—with minimal travel times. Its wellness facilities (gym + sauna/steam + plunge/hot/cold pools) complement its strength as more than just a place to rest; this is a hotel where you can balance productivity, comfort, and relaxation. If there is room for improvement, it would be in upgrading certain older rooms / towers, improving insulation (especially for street noise), and ensuring that high expectations set by the food and wellness facilities are matched by consistency.

I was one of the organizers for the Forum on Promoting Business Engagement and Matching through the Joint Credit Mechanism (JCM) to Expand Indonesia’s Carbon Market, which was held at Hotel Pullman Jakarta on Thursday August 21st, 2025. The event ran smoothly, in large part thanks to the incredible support from the hotel staff.||The team was always attentive and ready to assist, whether it was helping us as organizers or providing assistance to the participants. Their professionalism ensured not only the success of the event but also created a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The staff were genuinely friendly and showed great care towards us.||The facilities of the hotel were excellent—well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped to meet our needs. From the lobby to the ballroom, the elegant interior design contributed to a comfortable and professional environment for the forum.||Special thanks go to Mr. Panji, Mr. Fauzi, Mr. Aris, Mr. Iqbal, Mr. Jaman, and all the other staff members who supported us during the event. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Chef Dika and the kitchen team, who provided us with delicious meals and were even ready to accommodate additional participants at the last minute.||Finally, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Alice, Sales In-Charge, for her continuous assistance from the planning stage until the event concluded. Our plans and the overall success of the forum were possible because of her support.||We truly hope to have the opportunity to host future events again at Hotel Pullman Jakarta.

Thank you guys :)||All family member also would like to thank all the kitchen staff, the chefs, and the sous chefs for their best effort making all the dishes taste so good yet so beautifully made even for us to remember. Absolutely loved my stay at Pullman Thamrin! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the CBD, with top shopping malls, restaurants, and transport just steps away. The service was impeccable from check-in to check-out; staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional.The hotel’s design is modern and stylish, and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had—plenty of variety and top-quality options. Facilities like the gym and executive lounge are also excellent.My only gripe? The room was surprisingly small for a hotel of this calibre. Everything else was five-star, but the compact space did feel a bit tight, especially if you’re staying longer or with large luggage.Still, for business or a short city stay, this hotel delivers in all the right ways. Highly recommended.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and I truly appreciate the hospitality and service provided by your team. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding my stay.The room felt rather small and did not provide the level of comfort I expected. On top of that, the pillows were too firm, which affected sleep quality, and the towels felt thin compared to the luxury standard usually associated with Pullman.I believe enhancing room spaciousness (or allocating more suitable rooms for families), offering pillow choices, and providing thicker towels would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Pullman Jakarta is undoubtedly one of the most strategically located hotels in the city. Both the meeting facilities and the restaurant are excellent, with a breakfast selection that is truly impressive — more than 20 Asian and Western options are available. In my opinion, the food is also among the tastiest I’ve ever had.||If you’re looking for a more affordable option for lunch or dinner, I highly recommend the small canteen behind Wisma Nusantara, although you can also dine inside Wisma Nusantara itself.||The rooms are quite nice, although they feel slightly narrow, and the bathtub is not as spacious as expected. The hot water also takes a while to run, especially if you shower at night. That said, the service is outstanding — front desk staff, housekeeping, and restaurant personnel are all very friendly and attentive.||Honestly, I wish I had stayed more than just two nights.

I stayed at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia for a business trip and had a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing space after a long day. Service was attentive and professional, though there was a slight delay during check-in, which is why I rated it 4 stars. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, making it convenient for both meetings and dining out.
