I was one of the organizers for the Forum on Promoting Business Engagement and Matching through the Joint Credit Mechanism (JCM) to Expand Indonesia’s Carbon Market, which was held at Hotel Pullman Jakarta on Thursday August 21st, 2025. The event ran smoothly, in large part thanks to the incredible support from the hotel staff.||The team was always attentive and ready to assist, whether it was helping us as organizers or providing assistance to the participants. Their professionalism ensured not only the success of the event but also created a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The staff were genuinely friendly and showed great care towards us.||The facilities of the hotel were excellent—well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped to meet our needs. From the lobby to the ballroom, the elegant interior design contributed to a comfortable and professional environment for the forum.||Special thanks go to Mr. Panji, Mr. Fauzi, Mr. Aris, Mr. Iqbal, Mr. Jaman, and all the other staff members who supported us during the event. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Chef Dika and the kitchen team, who provided us with delicious meals and were even ready to accommodate additional participants at the last minute.||Finally, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Alice, Sales In-Charge, for her continuous assistance from the planning stage until the event concluded. Our plans and the overall success of the forum were possible because of her support.||We truly hope to have the opportunity to host future events again at Hotel Pullman Jakarta.

Anyway, thanks Mas Ferdy :)||We also couldnt make it without the help from the Banquet Team, Mas Panji, Mas Gito, Mas Fauzi, Mas Joko, Mas Herla, Mas Fauzi, and Mas Bayu to take care every little detail during the wedding, from zero to hero, from am to pm, they make sure that we had a wonderfull time spent here. Thank you guys :)||All family member also would like to thank all the kitchen staff, the chefs, and the sous chefs for their best effort making all the dishes taste so good yet so beautifully made even for us to remember. We trully appreciate perbaikan rasa makanan as we discuss and request from test food, so pada hari H acara, kualitas makanan yang kami inginkan sudah sesuai. ||We also had a great staycation time here, especially for the kids who couldnt stop playing and enjoying the views and the swimming pool, and the breakfast buffet, and the spatious hotel area, all clean and comfortable. |Ps. for a little tip maybe you guys shouldve built some playroom for kids to enjoy even more staycation at this hotel :) ||Once again, thank you so much Pullman Hotel for providing whatever we ask and thank you for making this event even better than we expected. The hotel clerks were very welcoming. We had a surprised coming into our room, Rona (staff) took an extra effort to decorate our room with a towel swan and custom mural congratulating us on our wedding. We felt very appreciated and welcomed

Pullman Jakarta is undoubtedly one of the most strategically located hotels in the city. Both the meeting facilities and the restaurant are excellent, with a breakfast selection that is truly impressive — more than 20 Asian and Western options are available. In my opinion, the food is also among the tastiest I’ve ever had.||If you’re looking for a more affordable option for lunch or dinner, I highly recommend the small canteen behind Wisma Nusantara, although you can also dine inside Wisma Nusantara itself.||The rooms are quite nice, although they feel slightly narrow, and the bathtub is not as spacious as expected. The hot water also takes a while to run, especially if you shower at night. That said, the service is outstanding — front desk staff, housekeeping, and restaurant personnel are all very friendly and attentive.||Honestly, I wish I had stayed more than just two nights.

I stayed at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia for a business trip and had a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing space after a long day. Service was attentive and professional, though there was a slight delay during check-in, which is why I rated it 4 stars. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, making it convenient for both meetings and dining out.

Had another wonderful stay at Pullman Thamrin. The rooms have been newly renovated and the restaurant buffet is one of the best in Jakarta. Location is right at downtown Jakarta with a mall right across the hotel. Traffic can be a bit dense at times but that’s normal in Jakarta. Was attended to by Nicole at front desk and she was very friendly, engaging and super helpful. A great hotel to stay in Jakarta.
