Despite several changes of directors, management and other staff, the service always remains optimal. There is a huge choice of hotels, but once good and satisfied why would we change hotels. The location is ideal for various walks, including to Menteng, Merdeka Square, various malls, the metro, bus stops. The hotel feels familiar, it is safe and the homely atmosphere always completes our various trips to Indonesia. Everytime a warm welcome of Puh and always excellent care for our luggages. A lot of compliments adressed to Wasis for our clean room and his roomservice. But this year the highlight was New Year's Eve in the heart of Jakarta. What a great party in the hotel, what a crowd, so unforgettable and captivating. A special warm New Year's Eve both in the hotel and on Jalan Thamrin. Everything went orderly and quietly, we enjoyed everything very much. Of course we chose this hotel again for our return trip home. By the way, last year we were already able to experience the Chinese New Year here. And on the advice of a manager we chose to experience the Indonesian New Year's Eve 2024. We do not regret it. The year 2025 is just around the corner and hopefully we will enter a peaceful year.

This was truly one of the most outstanding and unforgettable hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in! I stayed for 2 night to celebrate my second anniversary with my girlfriend, i requested for a surprise for my anniversary, and i was absolutely delighted, and it exceeded way above my expectation. All thanks to Gina, Samuel, Giyat?, and Muhammad. They went extra steps with the decorations and amenities! and dont forget about the lovely swan made with lots of effort and towels!||||The room was sparkling clean and very spacious, they gave us an abundance fruits, drinks, and local snacks. variety of amenities, the King size bed was a great addition. The breakfast was excellent, with many choices to choose from, and since it was around Christmas time, they have beautiful Christmas Tree located in the Lobby. The location itself was excellent, just walking distance to GI and PI. They have beautiful card key as well, which they gave us for free after we checked out.||||Overall the Service was top notch, the gym and swimming pool was okay, breakfast was excellent, rooms was great! I definitely will come back!

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel as I'm on business trip. It was ok but i felt the carpet and some furniture is dated which requires revamp? or replacement. My room was decent, only issue i had is someone staying opposite me create some noise (or slam the door) over the corridor at night.||Hotel service is great as i had issue where the toilet flush button is stuck.||Hotel had decent gym which i utilize it every day. Breakfast is great, huge varieties from Japanese, Western, Indonesian dishes and others.||I find the room size is quite small but well I'm alone so i'm ok with it.||Location is decent as it's nearby my company's local branch office plus some luxury mall.||I don't mind coming back here again If on business trip to Jakarta again.

We had an amazing stay at Pullman Jakarta! The rooms were modern, spotless, and super comfy. upon arrived at lobby Angel's warm welcome and assisted us for check in process, she was very friendly, helpfull and make our short stay was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were super friendly. Perfect spot for shopping and exploring Jakarta! very reccomended!!

Pullman Jakarta Hotel made my stay in Indonesia a memorable and comfortable one. The size of the room is good for my preference. The bathroom is nice. The pillows are so comfy and make you sleep soundly at night. Ms. Jannah who keeps my room clean and orderly is a wonderful human being who keeps a sunny disposition every day at work. She ensures that I don’t run out of drinking water and supply me every day. Overall, the Pullman staff are very helpful and accommodating, ready to extend a hand in whatever you need with a smile. The location of the hotel is also a plus as it is near malls and other establishments.

Had a great stay at Pullman Jakarta! Everything was good overall, but I feel like some corners of the room and a few areas I visited could use a little refresh—they’re starting to look a bit worn out. That said, big shoutout to Dimas from the lounge staff—absolutely amazing service! Thank you so much for making the stay even better!

Great service, nice room, best view. The room is spacious, clean. All facilities are complete and function well. The staff are friendly, especially Angelitta. Perfect stay in Jakarta. I will definitely stay at the Pullman Thamrin Hotel again

Overall was satisfied, service was excellent.  The room is a bit small as compared to other 5 star hotel, on the other hand price also lower, so price/value quite good.  I was there only 2 nights and did not experience the restaurant  but had great snack in the bar!
