Pullman Kuching

Only stayed for a night, but everything was impressive! The room, utilities, and overall services were well managed. What stood out the most was the top-class hospitality from the staff — from the reception counter, room service, to the breakfast team. Despite ongoing renovations, the hotel still delivered an excellent experience. Truly appreciated the warm and professional service. 🩷

Beautiful, clean and brightly lit hotel room with an amazing view of the cityscape, mountains and river. Toilet was as huge as the bedroom itself and soaking in the bathtub while watching the sunset was a vibe. Staffs were definitely the standout of this hotel as they were so hospitable, friendly and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile and they would always keep a lookout for my grabcar or grab food 😂 no matter the time. Will definitely be staying here again when I'm back! Oh! They have elevators that goes straight to the hill mall where you can sing karaoke too!

Despite the hotel undergoing renovation, I had a good stay there. The renovation was done during the day time. So, it did not affect my sleep. The only minor inconvenience is that the lifts to the shopping mall are not aligned. Had to change lifts to get from the mall to the hotel room and vice versa. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Recommended. Cheers.

Overall, my 3-day, 2-night stays at Pullman is the best. The rooms were spacious and clean. Although the hotel is going through some major renovation, it doesn't bother me at all. The staff are super helpful and attentive during my stay. Love the breakfast menu. The only tiny hiccup is the restaurant and bar are not open. Kudos to your team. Will definitely come back again.

This was my first time staying at Pullman Kuching. Overall, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is currently undergoing major renovations, which is visible starting from the ground lobby area. Please note that both the gym and swimming pool are temporarily closed due to the renovation. During the daytime, you may hear some noise from the ongoing works. I was upgraded to a family room, which was quite spacious. The window view from my room was stunning. However, the TV screen in the room was rather small, and the showerhead was dirty with noticeable mold stains. Despite these minor issues, I was quite satisfied with the room condition and the excellent service provided by the staff. Breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good selection of standard international buffet items.

Breakfast is superb. Room is big and comfortable. Bathroom is huge. View is stunning. Staff are friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed staying in Pullman although some facilities are not available during our stay due to renovations.Easily accessible to many attraction area.

What a lovely stay in Rm 1711, despite the ongoing renovation. Husband and I absolutely enjoyed the comfort of our room and the view of Mount Serapi from our window - the sunset was magical! The hotel's service was also impeccable and the location was very convenient. We see ourselves returning and plan to splurge on a Club Room for our next stay.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the old city centre of Kuching and a short walk away from Carpenter Street. The room was large and comfortable. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and provided great service, especially Irene at the Executive Lounge who made sure we were well looked after. The food was also really good especially during the evening cocktail at the lounge. I would have given a higher rating if the hotel wasn't under heavy renovation work. Entering and leaving the hotel became less convenient, and I was really quite disappointed with not being able to use the pool! I'm looking forward to a better experience next time after the renovation is completed.
