Great value for money. The villa was huge for the price we paid, although some of the fittings were a little dated and probably due for an upgrade. Location is ok - not close to Lijiang old town but walking distance to Shuhe old town. Breakfast was excellent, as was dinner at the hotel restaurant. Service was also excellent throughout our stay.

It’s a beautiful and affordable resort. I stayed in a one-bedroom villa, which was truly lovely and peaceful. The view from the room was amazing, and the pleasant weather made the whole experience even better. Although the villa is a bit of a distance from the lobby, the buggy service is quick and efficient. The resort also provides bicycles to explore the surrounding areas. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Lijiang.

Thr view of the Snow Mountain greets you upon arrival at the hotel. Nice!The villa and hotel are well-appointed and the heated flooring is extremely welcome feature though I wonder why they didn't offer the heated toilet seat which is now a feature even in the family-run hotels in Shangri-la. We were given one of the furthest villas and had to rely on buggy service throughout the stay. So,I'd advise you check your villa location. The breakfast is sumptuous and food is overall respectable.What I find to be lacking is the absence of warmth from the service staff. They are not rude but it felt like they were just doing their job professionally. A few times I encountered issues and the first service staff assigned was unable to support. Compared to the rest of my last few hotels, they were rated the lowest in this area. So I'd recommend this hotel to those who just want to enjoy a great value stay and can be totally self-sufficient chilling in their rooms.

The hotel was great. Very beautiful grounds. Rooms were clean and nice. We booked the superior villa with the hot tub for 5 nights. Everyone there was great and helpful. The only downside to the hotel is the convenience factor. There aren’t any close stores for food. Closest place to get food outside of the hotel is Shuhe Old town which is a long walk from the hotel for a family with young kids. We ended up having to take DiDi to Shuhe old town for dinner. We had a driver and guide during the day so we only had to worry about dinner. Although we would have wished the hotel was located where it was closer to restaurants and stores, we like the fact that the hotel is in a quieter area and very peaceful. Would definitely reconsider this hotel if we ever go back to Lijiang.

Our room was very comfortable and it had a clear view of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the balcony. The hotel grounds was big, very well maintained and there was even a tranquil pond with some ducks. The breakfast selection was good, with a wide spread of Chinese and western fare. The front office staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially the Duty Manager Rita. She provided great help in getting tickets to the Romantic Lijiang Show and arranging transfer services for us.

Wonderful resort which would have gotten my 5 stars if not for the numerous creepy crawlies in my room every night. I encountered a problem of double booking when I checked in which your staff quickly assisted me to waive off one booking thankfully. The resort is quiet and not crowded; I enjoyed my stay here and the breakfast was really extensive and delicious.

Thank you so much for the surprise complimentary birthday cake . If I would to choose a place to stay again at Lijiang , I would prefer this location . Walking distance 10 minutes to shuhe ancient town which is way more relaxing than Lijiang ancient town from my opinion . This resort is ancient Chinese design and land is pretty big making our stay relaxing . Breakfast selection was plenty and good . Overall a lovely stay . We enjoyed

We bought a dinner coupon for 4. 2.The lady in the restaurant declined our extra order of food telling us the potion is large enough for 6 people.3.The breakfast and dinner were delicious. 4.The hotel is within walking distance to 束河古镇, about 12minutes.There is a beautiful lake that offers a good view of the snow cap. The villa is quiet and spacious.-ve: The room is extra stuffy yet the hotel offers only heating system. We were so hot that we couldn't sleep. The water is too slow. lt takes much longer to finish bathing.
