Pullman Lima Miraflores

Pullman came recommended online as one of the better hotels in Lima and didn't disappoint. Booking was a little more complicated on their website as I couldn't book two different types of rooms at the same time. I needed to call their hotel long distance and the concierge was able to tell me how to do that online. The concierge who checked us in was very pleasant and spoke English which is appreciated as our Spanish is non-existent. The junior suite was very spacious and well appointed. The regular suite with two double beds was average in size. Room service was very good, even when they had to come back to clean our rooms. The breakfast was great, very ripe fruits, lactose free milk substitutes, fresh pastries, good quality hot foods, overnight oats, and excellent ordered dishes. It's a large buffet. The only complaint I would have would be trying to flag down a waiter for coffee or to order, they never seemed to be looking up. A couple of times I had to keep asking for a dish that I'm pretty sure was missed in an order. But overall a very clean upscale hotel with good service and comfortable rooms in a good location close to all the action.

If you're looking for a stylish luxury hotel with one of the best breakfasts out there, please consider this Pullman hotel! The bathroom lay-out is maybe not for everyones liking, but if you have the room to yourself it's perfect. The Illy coffeemaker in your room is just one of the many things I like about this hotel. The breakfast buffet is allready filled with the best options out there, and in addition to that you can order whatever you like from a small à la carte menu. Can't recommend enough!

Wonderful hotel that definitely deserves the 5 stars. Everything was fantastic – very friendly and attentive staff, very clean and nice room, really delicious breakfast with lots of options. The rooftop bar is really amazing too.

I just wanted to to share my sincerest compliments to Michael who was working at the breakfast buffet! He was so wonderful and attentive! I was met with a smile each morning, my empty plates were cleared instantly and he even remembered my coffee order!! I hope to see you again soon, Michael! :)

This is very nice hotel in a perfect location. We stayed in sept/oct 2025. We upgraded to a junior suite and it was a lovely spacious room. My only negative is that the service at breakfast can be quite frustrating.Some mornings it was excellent but one morning when it was very quiet the services was both very poor and incredibly slow. Don’t let that put you off but the hotel should look into the service element. No one asked me at checkout how my stay was. More attention to breakfast service would make it perfect. Abdul the porter deserves a special mention. He is exceptional and very helpful.

We had a great 5 day stay here. The staff is super accommodating, the pool is excellent (there is some construction across the street that can get loud but after 5 is great!), breakfast is lovely and the waitstaff again, super nice and accommodating as well, especially Marifer and Jose Luis.

My wife and I stayed two nights in the Pullman Miraflores during our recent trip to Lima. It is conveniently located near the oceanfront and is within walking distance to many nice restaurants. The members of the staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the variety of the buffet breakfast. It was a wonderful stay.

We stayed a few days at this hotel, which is located in Miraflores. The hotel is quite nice and very well presented, room was good size and very clean. We upgraded to access the executive lounge, however after all the upgrade wasn’t worth due to the very limited provision of food and drinks available. Alcoholic drinks are only available 6-8pm, which kinda defeats the point of having access to the lounge. The rooftop pool and bar are a nice area, however during our stay quite unpleasant due to the construction works being carried out in the building facing the pool. Personnel was extremely polite and available and made sure we felt welcome and at home. Overall a good experience, maybe with a few points of improvement.
