Pullman came recommended online as one of the better hotels in Lima and didn't disappoint. Booking was a little more complicated on their website as I couldn't book two different types of rooms at the same time. I needed to call their hotel long distance and the concierge was able to tell me how to do that online. The concierge who checked us in was very pleasant and spoke English which is appreciated as our Spanish is non-existent. The junior suite was very spacious and well appointed. The regular suite with two double beds was average in size. Room service was very good, even when they had to come back to clean our rooms. The breakfast was great, very ripe fruits, lactose free milk substitutes, fresh pastries, good quality hot foods, overnight oats, and excellent ordered dishes. It's a large buffet. The only complaint I would have would be trying to flag down a waiter for coffee or to order, they never seemed to be looking up. A couple of times I had to keep asking for a dish that I'm pretty sure was missed in an order. But overall a very clean upscale hotel with good service and comfortable rooms in a good location close to all the action.
