Pullman Lima Miraflores

GREAT location!!! Staff very helpful!!! Beautiful lobby.. Rooms spacious, very clean, well thought out. Could have had all 4 of us one one room but had two rooms for 3 adults and one teenage child. Water pressure was excellent. Breakfast had lots of variety and you could order freshly cooked eggs, pancakes and waffles. Definitely a 5 star hotel for US travelers.

Good location. Modern feel throughout. Rooms have all the functionality that you expect. Breakfast has all types of options to cater for every taste. Poached eggs are nicely presented and are soft but brought to you hot not luke warm. Coffee is potentially the only negative. It is particularly bitter vs coffee served in other establishments. Hardly a biggie in the scheme of things.

Staying at the Pullman in Miraflores was the perfect beginning to our Peruvian adventure. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. The staff was absolutely lovely—kind, professional, and thoughtful at every turn.||The ambiance of the hotel was elegant and relaxing, with beautiful music, delicious cocktails, and inviting spaces that made every moment feel special. Our room was incredibly comfortable—the bed was cozy, the pillows were just right, and the towels were soft and fluffy. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a true home away from home.||Breakfast each morning was a delight, and we enjoyed every bite while planning our days. This hotel added so much to our first experience in Peru—it truly set the tone for what’s become a beautiful journey.||Thank you, Pullman Miraflores, for creating such a memorable stay. We’ve enjoyed our stay. The front desk is so helpful and opened until very late maybe even 24/7. The breakfast buffet was great. Angel was a fabulous server as were ALL of the other servers we had. Everyone is so attentive and helpful and the food is delicious.

Stayed a few nights here in Lima. Nice location. Very convenient. Great neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. The service was fantastic and a the housekeeping staff very attentive. In particular, Christian checked in frequently to make sure everything was up to par.

Wonderful luxury hotel in the heart of Miraflores. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, LarcoMar, etc. seamless check in experience. Spacious guest rooms and bathrooms. Fully equipped. They also have Avery nice rooftop terrace with a pool. Gym. And the best breakfast buffet we had in Lima. Definitely a great place to stay and hope to return. Special shout out to our waiter, Angel, for his excellent and friendly service at the restaurant!

This hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to grocery stores, a shopping mall, and several attractions. The hotel itself is solid, with quiet and comfortable rooms that make for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights is the rooftop bar, which offers an amazing view and a great atmosphere. I really enjoyed spending time there. The hotel staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, I believe the reception team could improve a bit in terms of friendliness and customer service. Overall, it’s a pleasant environment and a hotel I would happily return to.

We loved the hotel — it’s very modern, with clean and beautiful facilities, and excellent service from all the staff. The breakfast buffet was very good. The rooms have a beautiful design, and the kindness of the staff stood out, especially the waitress Maritza Palomino, who attended to us with great dedication and friendliness. The hotel is a 10 out of 10 and is very well located.
