This was our first time at the Pullman Maldives, and it was truly magical. The amazing beaches, the beautiful water, the fantastic service and friendly staff, everything was special. We truly enjoyed our stay. It's honestly perfect for couples. The resort clearly has a high occupancy rate, but you could feel like you're only ones in the world when you're there. And the food!!! The food was so good. The buffet and the restaurants were all so good.
A special mention to our concierge, Samin. He was the best. He was so attentive and was always available to respond to any request we had. We also experienced luggage damage by the airline, and Samin was on top of things, providing multiple updates daily until we received a replacement from the airline. And he did all this with a smile. Really great guy!
I also like to mention the desert chef at Milange restaurant. I don't know his name but he was so great in providing recommendations and just being engaging. The waiters at the restaurants were also really great. Especially the young lady at Milange. Also really great.
My only negative was that we felt the attention to detail by clean up team leaves something to be desired. The rooms need better cleaning between occupants. And even the daily room service cleaning wasn't great. For a 5 star resort, that was really disappointing. There was dust and sand in places that were supposed to be have been cleaned. That's why this is a 9/10 and not 10/10.
Another improvement I would like to suggest to Pullman, is to include room service as part of the all-inclusive package. One should be able to place a quick order for light food/refreshment at no extra charge.
Overall, we highly recommend the Pullman. If you're going to the Maldives, Pullman is a great choice. They made our holiday wonderful.
