When we alighted from our taxi we walked across a slabbed area to the hotel entrance.there were several slabs that were broken and should be replaced.||The hotel staff without exception are all helpful , doing an excellent job.||The room was acceptable with a comfortable bed and included an iron plus ironing board.|Daily two water bottles were provided.||We noted a drip from between the ceiling panels onto the carpet.| |This was reported to Reception. After over 20 hours , nothing had been done, so I personally went to reception , and reminded them . I returned to the room and within 10 minutes, two staff members arrived and sorted the problem.|The wet carpet was left soaked however.||The windows were double glazed but need updating.|Inside the room we could hear the road traffic and the sirens of emergency vehicles.||The breakfast was a disappointing, despite the fresh orange juice , there was limited choice .|Previously , we have stayed at the Pullman Berlin where the breakfast has a vast range of options.|I note that all plates were small, with no 12 inch “ Alan Partridge “ plates available.||The rooms were serviced by several lifts, but one was out of order during our entire stay.|Was this to save on maintenance?

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for our first trip to Paris! The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Marouan, who gave us such a warm welcome and kindly helped us with our heavy luggage — it really made a difference. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We had a 3 night stay here and it was wonderful. All of the staff were extremely helpful and nice. The rooms were large and very clean. It was a great place for our trip to Paris. I highly recommend this hotel. They even have a ping pong table and foosball in the common area.

I had a truly enjoyable experience at this hotel, ideally located just a short 2-minute walk from the metro station. Its proximity to public transportation made navigating Paris seamless—within 14 to 20 minutes, I was at the Champs-Élysées via metro. I highly recommend flying into Orly Airport if possible, as the metro connection from there to the hotel is direct and extremely convenient.||One of my favorite features was the nearby Bercy Village, which offers a vibrant atmosphere with a wide selection of restaurants and shops. It’s a charming, walkable area perfect for evening strolls or casual dining.||The hotel offers an on-site restaurant, though pricing is on the higher end with a somewhat limited menu. Breakfast was traditionally French—different from what many may be accustomed to, but a refreshing change and worth experiencing.||The location is prime, with the Seine River nearby for easy access to river tours. I highly recommend avoiding taxis when possible and taking advantage of the metro system—efficient, reliable, and cost-effective.||Service was top-notch across the board. The staff were courteous, professional, and attentive—always ready to assist. A simple “Bonjour” goes a long way in enhancing the experience.||Overall, this hotel felt like the perfect fit for me. It delivers on comfort, convenience, and quality. I would definitely return.||Rating: A+

Thank you, Jeanette, and the entire team for such exceptional service! I will definitely be coming back.

I spent two nights at this hotel with my 5-year-old son and was thoroughly pleased with the experience. The staff were exceptionally courteous, understanding (chnaged my reservation on the spot as the mother of my son was unexpectedly joining for the second night), and welcoming. The swimming pool is relatively spacious for a Parisian hotel, and the rooms are modern, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. Despite its proximity to a lively neighborhood, the hotel remains quiet and peaceful at night, which made for a very comfortable stay.||The location is also a strong advantage—just a two-minute walk from Metro Cour Saint-Emilion and Bercy Village, with its park, numerous restaurants, bars, and family-friendly spaces. The hotel is well-connected, with central Paris easily accessible in approximately 15 minutes via metro.

Yelp
Well this is a hard review to write .. I gave this hotel 4 stars because it was a nice hotel and the staff were wondeful. Unfortunately for us we were hugely disappointed with the location .. this is not the hotels fault ... actually if the location was ideal I'd have given them 5 stars. We were on a Europe tour from a company called Globus. I love the decor and art ..the staff were nice selection at breakfast and the food from room service was ok. Everything was modern and clean and looked new. But this was much farther from main part of Paris than was acceptable .. it was highly disappointing. This tour group stuck us out of town for all the major cities and we had to manage to get ourselves about .. which is the whole point of going on a tour. .. SO YOU DONT WASTE TIME LOST IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY. We has extended our stay here months ahead to have an extra day .. this was confirmed by the hotel, our travel agent and the Globus people .. but when we checked in .. they had no record of it. They did work it out but the main issue was the location was in walking distance of NOTHING WE WANTED TO SEE thus this would not be a location i would pick again. But the hotel itself was lovely ... as was the staff. it looks like there is a Pullman hotel with a gorgeous view of the Effel tower and I think one near the Arc of Triumph .. Boy either of those locations would have rocked!!!!!!!!!!!! but this location is far from the tourist area .. it's quiet and nice .. but we came to see Paris. So Globus tours is the one at fault ... but if you are likewise wanting to see Paris .. this isn't the hotel for you.

Yelp
Service is generally good here. I've been coming here since many years for my job. Although sometimes it can get hectic checking in. Particularly when it's busy. The rooms are decent but they're a bit tired, and could use a refreshing upgrade or updating. My bed in my room had a big bed crater. Holy cow! Other than that, it's fine. So, the lobby area restaurant and bar is good, but unfortunately it's still very limited these days (i.e. COVID-19) on food choices. Bercy Village is right across from the hotel. Many eating choices and a smaller Carrefour grocery store usually opened until about 22:00 local. You can get many things here. Small mini refrigerators are in your room. The convenient Metro 14 stop is close by for your Paris ventures. Across from it is a nice Starbucks. Recommend this hotel. It's a solid choice.

Yelp
We stayed at the Pullman Bercy for five nights, in one of their Duplex Suite with King Size Bed. It was a lovely, 2 floor suite with a loft featuring the king size bed. We had a pull-out sofa on the main floor and the hotel was kind enough to bring in a cot bed. The room included a half bath on the main floor and a full bath with shower on the loft floor. A mini-refrigerator was also in the room, although it didn't keep drinks very cold. The room was very warm -- probably because one whole wall of the room is a 2-story window. The views were beautiful, but to keep the room reasonably cool, we kept the curtains closed. Even still, we called for service to the room the first night as it wasn't cooling down. Reception sent someone up right away & he made some adjustments, which helped with the room temp. The following night, I requested a fan which was brought up to the room right away & helped keep things cool for the rest of the stay. Our son used room service a number of times as he wasn't feeling well enough to venture out with us. He was very pleased with the service & food. As mentioned in another recent review, the hotel is undergoing renovations but we had no problems with this during our stay. It's in a great location, with the Village of Bercy just outside the hotel's doors. Convenient Metro station, cute shops & lots of choices for meals. Breakfast was included in our stay but wasn't anything exciting. Our only complaint during our stay was the odor pumped into the elevator lobby; the smell was constant and strong of mens' cologne. We noticed it was coming from some sort of plugged in diffuser? Not sure the reasoning behind having it, but we weren't appreciative of it. In all, the Pullman Bercy was a wonderful place to stay.

Yelp
Thank you for a wonderful stay! Close to everything; Bercy Village which is local Yuppie hangout that closes at 2am. The Metro is very near so getting around Paris is easy. The restaurant in the hotel is good! Truffle & parmesan burger is superb! The rooms are nice and clean with a large LCD flatscreen TV with many channel to choose from. What does it for me for the 5 stars are the staff, the are awesomely. Especially, Julie, she is a front desk customer service extraordinaire! She remembered my name and greeted me from the day I checked in. I felt instantly like home. Julie was exceptional and took her time to help me Navigate through Paris and help me planned a wonderful day of touring around Paris. If you have the pleasure to stay here and luck to have met and served by Julie, I would you have hit the lottery as you will not get better service a warm smile everyday.

Yelp
I've been unsuccessul booking a hotel reservation at this hotel for the past 3 years, and finally I was able to have a room for me and my mom. It's my mom's first time in Paris, I really wanted this trip to be a special one. It's her post 78th Birthday and for my 40th Birthday as well. First issue I had is the hotel's failure to give me a hotel room with the Eiffel Tower's view. Their check in area is not organized. They better do something about it, it's a mess. Second, the fire alarm went on for at least an hour while we're sleeping in the morning. I stayed at 8th floor from Oct 14 to 17, so the hotel mgt knows this is a real thing happened in their hotel. Third, on the 16th my room power & electricity was down, not sure if its just our room or the entire floor. First time I finished taking shower in total darkness. Anyway, aside from those incidents.. I will still give this hotel 5-Star. I'm a patient, understanding & a fair customer. I will not bash an establishment because I am being a brat. I have to give good credits to their staff who are very professional & accommodating. The hotel restaurant FRAME is the best! I believe I ate almost 75% in their menu for that 3 day stay. The escargot, foie gras, Fench octopus are the best. Even the fish taco & avocado fries are the best! The room is very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The hotel is literally steps away from the Eiffel Tower. I will come back to this hotel, I hope they will give me a room with the view of the Eiffel Tower this time.

Yelp
I booked three nights at the Pullman under their Flexible Rate, which, according to the reservation confirmation, stated that I had until 18:00 local time on the day of check in to cancel to avoid being charged--otherwise I would be charged for one night. After I was forced to change my plans, I cancelled the reservation more than a week in advance. Despite the advertised policy that I could cancel without charge, the Pullman charged me the entire three night stay. When I opened up a charge back investigation with my credit card company, the Pullman falsely tried to argue that my reservation was actually a fully prepaid, non cancellable reservation. To support this claim, they included in their response to AMEX a reservation confirmation for some other guest--a reservation which was purchased under a non-cancelable rate. They submitted this other guest's reservation confirmation presumably under the guise that this was actually my reservation confirmation. The name of the guest and other information about him was still on the false reservation confirmation, including credit card information. I have reopened the investigation with my credit card company and this time I am providing the true reservation confirmation so that Amex won't have to rely on the false confirmation submitted by Pullman. I have travelled a great deal and stayed in many hotels and I have never witnessed such dishonesty. I would not touch this hotel with a ten foot pole.

Yelp
First time for me to stay here but I'm loving this place. It's great for business and very modern. Lots of restaurants within a short walk as well. The lobby is also fantastic for meetings.

Yelp
Nice and quiet. A block from a bunch of restaurants. The bar looks like it was decorated by Austin Powers! It's nice though. They have an evening security officer that acts to keep slobs from drifting in. Thomas the bartender was very kind. Staff all speak English. Try to get a room at least on the 5th floor. It seems like the lower floor rooms were noisier with kids. WiFi was great! Television system was horrible. Wouldn't power on. When you finally got it to turn on, you had to press more buttons than NASA. Near Metro, too!

Yelp
Very pleasant hotel. The staff were wonderfully courteous and very helpful in all manner of topics. Room was a decent size for Paris and clean. Pro: great hairdryer! Better than the silly/useless hotel ones Pro: close to great shops and restaurants in Cour De St Emillion Village Con: bit more than a hop skip and jump from the main happenings in Paris Con: only the no. 14 train line runs close by so you nearly always need to make a connection

Yelp
The hotel is further from the city and all the tourist locations but it's close proximity to metro makes up for it. After a long day, it was nice to have Bercy village (cute little area with lots of shops and restaurants) nearby to eat and relax. Check-in was fairly easy and rooms were spacious and clean for European hotel standards. I did not use or try any of the amenities or the restaurant, so can not comment on that.

Yelp
A nice hotel, that is close to restaurants and the office I work at, when I am in Paris. Somewhere between a Aloft and a Westin, but closer to the Aloft.

Yelp
This was our assigned hotel for two nights included in our Globus tour package. Very well appointed hotel with swanky lobby, bar and dining area. Room: great size with nice appointments, good bathroom amenities, comfortable bedding/mattresses. Service: friendly and prompt. Location: while somewhat a ways from city center, had a cute nearby restaurant stretch on cobblestones which was cute, very close to train to easily get into city center. Would highly recommend.

Yelp
It was my first time in Paris last week and after staying for 5 nights at this hotel, I am happy I chose to do so. The check in process was easy--I was upgraded to a better room and my bags were already in my room by the time I walked in. The room was a good size with one queen bed and a good view of the river. Bercy is a great part of Paris because it is much slower than the busy streets of Champs Elysees and Tour Eiffel, allowing you some peace and quiet after a busy day around the city. The nearby Cour St. Emilion metro station was easily accessed from all over paris within one to three metro line. Getting to know the Paris Metro system is fairly easy if you're from any major city with a functioning public transit system. The customer service at Pullman Centre Bercy was great and the employees were happy to answer any questions I had about the hotel and the city. Hailing a cab for my trip back to CDG was seamless.

Yelp
The hotel is euro-standard for the upscale with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. Fairly painless train ride to the heart of Paris. The fitness area is adequate but it feels like you're in a dungeon. I think I'd feel uncomfortable to be down there alone if I were a female.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy during our latest trip to Paris and highly enjoyed our stay. Initially we were a bit worried about the accommodations as we have never heard of the Pullman Hotels, but we now realize that it is essentially the Marriott of European Hotels. The Hotel is located away from major tourist attractions, however, it is a short walking distance to a Train Station which made commuting a breeze. The Location is also conveniently located within short walking distance of several dining options and shops which was convenient. Upon walking inside we were immediately impressed by the stylish decor of the hotel. An English-speaking Staff Member checked us in and was able to fulfill our request for a room on a higher floor. The room was comfortable and clean, although perhaps not as stylish as the rest of the hotel. As a light sleeper, I was pleased with how quiet the hallway and neighboring rooms were. During our stay we had the opportunity to spend time in the sauna near the pool which was a highlight of the trip as we love saunas and there was a bit of a spa vibe. We also enjoyed playing ping pong at the two ping pong tables located near the elevators. The Hotel seemed to accommodate a lot of business professionals and had minimal children during our stay which was a plus for us as at the time we lived by Walt Disney World and wanted a break from kids. Be prepared to pay the City Occupancy Tax upon checking out.
