Pullman Paris Montparnasse

It took me a few days to decide on which hotel to book, as Paris has so many to choose from. Price was a big factor and we wanted to stay medium range but also have value for money.|We looked at many others but they either offered a very small bedroom, no views and no breakfast. |I did have the Voco booked round the corner but on Bastille day I did another search as I thought availability may have changed after the BH. I was right, the Pullman came up at a good rate for a deluxe twin and breakfast. |SO we arrive and we’re blown away by this hotel. Lovely welcome and spacious lobby offering snacks, drinks, phone charging. Lovely space to chill after a full day sightseeing. All the front office team were lovely and welcoming too. We arrived early 0900 and could not check in until 3pm. We checked in our bags, freshened and off we went to explore.|We checked slightly earlier and everything we needed to know explained. |Our room was fantastic, lovely large bathroom with separate toilet, lots of wardrobe space, mini fridge (with water) coffee machine, kettle and fabulous city views. |Two lovely large twin beds and lots of space. |Breakfast was fantastic too, there was so much choice and it was good. |We stayed for three nights and would stay here again so I definitely recommend this hotel. |Location was brilliant too, it was right opposite the train station with easy access to the metro. |Thank you Pullman team.

Ate at hotel buffet breakfast. Seen negative reviews before going, but happy to report that I have only very positive comments on food and service. Besides typical variety of buffet food, enjoyed the fresh roasted carrots, zucchini and eggplant. Above and beyond regular fare. Also a good variety of nuts and extras for my yogurt muesli. 5 stars!

Hans was very welcoming at checkout he ensured our bags were kept away until we could go to the room and helped us find it with ease. All the staff were amazing and the roof bar made the trip - definitely worth doing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

So pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It was so elegant and inviting! Everyone was so friendly and happy to help us out. Juan at the concierge desk was AMAZING! He helped us to make a quick change of plans to accommodate my mother in law and celebrate their 56th anniversary! Did I mention I saw the Eiffel Tower from my room?!? Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful breakfast experience thanks to our attentive and professional waitress Ireka. She was always one step ahead of us, whether it was clearing plates, or anticipating what we might need next. Her warm and efficient service made the whole experience feel seamless and relaxed. It’s not often you come across someone who truly understands great hospitality, and she certainly does. A fantastic start to the day!

The staff has been very pleasant and accommodating. Saifon was a joy at breakfast. Getting to know her guests and service was awesome. We appreciate people who work with passion. The room assistant did a great job cleaning. We have enjoyed our stay in Paris!

This hotel is wonderful. The metro is easy to access and the location is very walkable. The service and employees are very helpful and friendly. A special shout out to the restaurant staff Barza and William. They were attentive and went out of the way to provide excellent service every day. The room and the hotel are spotless, modern and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.
