Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

"The best part about this hotel might be its proximity to the one of the world's most famous (and Instagrammable) landmarks: the Eiffel Tower. The structure is so close—a mere four minutes by foot—that you can easily sneak it into your selfies, especially since views of the tower and Trocadéro come standard with a stay in most of the modern, modular rooms. For a meal that'll appease both your palate and your too-tired traveler legs, grab a seat at the in-house FR/AME brasserie. The breezy open-kitchen concept and floor-to-ceiling windows evoke a certain West Coast airiness—think fish tacos and Gruyère burgers."

Although the rooms are outdated, it has been a wonderful experience here. There are so many people that made this dream birthday trip for our daughter come true! Most importantly the VIP front desk manager, Tea! She was very helpful and caring and it was obvious that she and her team loved their jobs. She made our experience the most comfortable it could ever be! We are loyal diamond members and we will definitely come back here largely because of her, but we will wait until the rooms are renovated. The roof bar was a very nice view of the Eiffel Tower and so was our room. We loved this place so much and will definitely come back!

We traveled with a large group of approximately 40 people, and the support from the hotel was outstanding. Despite the busy Bastille Day period, the staff assisted us promptly and without hesitation every time we needed help. Our entire group fell in love with the breathtaking view from the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our 6-night stay. We truly hope to return to this hotel again around the same time in the future. I would like to give special thanks to Catherine, Madelon, Claire, and all the staff members who contributed to making our stay exceptional, even if I cannot mention every name. Once again, thank you for the amazing hospitality you provided. We look forward to seeing you again.

🌟 5 stars I had a fantastic stay at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel! The location is unbeatable — just steps from the Eiffel Tower, with amazing views right from the room. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Rooms are spacious and well-designed, and if you can get one with a balcony view of the tower — it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Paris and want to stay somewhere stylish and close to the action. I’ll definitely come back!

We stayed for 3 nights with family and booked multiple rooms, from Eiffel tower balcony room, Junior suite and standard room. The hotel staff are happy to help and have all amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Its walking distance to Eiffel tower and metro connectivity to most places in Paris. Breakfast is elaborate with fresh eggs to order as well as large varieties of fruits, drinks breads etc. Good options for kids as well. The restaurant is great for meals. The rooftop bar is pricy but good for few drinks. Some things that could improve - Digital connectivity of ipad/device is not great. it didnt work in two rooms. The bathrooms need a bit of upgrade as the sink in our room was chipped. Basement was being renovated so the gym was not a great experience and could do with more higher floors with a view. The waiting staff in the restaurant took time for kids meals and were only attentive when called.

I would like to sincerely compliment Charlotte, a staff member at the Pullman Paris hotel. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. She listened carefully to our requests and responded with great professionalism and warmth. The hotel's location is perfect, and the view of the Eiffel Tower is absolutely stunning. It made our stay in Paris even more memorable.

My wife and I just returned from a wonderful vacation in Paris, and our stay at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel hotel made it even more special. We spent seven days in a balcony room that offered a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower. The spacious room was impeccably clean, and the first-class staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect for walking to various tourist attractions and restaurants, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the Parisian experience. From the breathtaking view to the excellent service, I highly recommend the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel for anyone visiting Paris. It's a memorable place that truly enhances your trip!

Google
The best hotel experience I have ever had and I travel a lot. Perfection from beginning to end. Welcoming, kind and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. Thankyou Pullman hotel for the best service. I highly recommend this hotel not just for the Eiffel Towers nearness but for the excellent services and kind staff.

Google
This hotel is amazing because of the friendly and helpful employees. Kouadio always has a smile at the front desk and makes me feel so welcomed! Esham and Celine are always ready to greet me in the morning with a smile to start the day right! The only reason I gave the rooms 4 stars, is because the pillows are not what they used to be. They are too big or thick for my neck, and I wish they had a softer, lighter pillow. Still, I love this hotel for everything else, especially the employees! And whoever is in charge of the decorations deserves to be included! The decorations change with the seasons and I can never wait to see what is next ! You can’t beat the location, either!

Yelp
We stayed here at the beginning and end of our Normandy river cruise. We came into Paris early to get acclimated, spending two nights here. It's a nice luxury hotel, and we got in prior to the posted check in time. Our room was really nice. The bathroom is small, but workable. Very comfortable accommodations. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. We returned here after our cruise to spend one night before taking the train to London, so we were really in and out at that point.

Yelp
Fantastic service. Beautiful location. This hotel far exceeded all expectations. They were family friendly as well as quiet and romantic for stolen moments away for my husband and I. The view is incredible. It goes without saying. But the fact that they got service, hospitality, and cleanliness under the belts, too, made it the absolute best.

Yelp
Great hotel. Excellent staff. We were able to go to our room earlier than the 4pm check-in time (they text us saying our room was ready at 1 or 2) which helped immensely. The only disappointment unfortunately was that that we where told the rooftop was closed to hotel guests due to private event throughout our stay. Otherwise highly recommend!

Yelp
We booked a triple suite through Costco travel. Once we arrived to our room there was ONE king bed in a tiny room. Before we were able to go downstairs and find a resolution to the original mistake A FAMILY WALKS INTO THE ROOM. So not only were we put in a unfit room for 3 adults, they assigned the room and gave the room key to other people. This was completely unacceptable and a complete invasion of privacy. The hotel did nothing to resolve this except adding a twin cot into the already tiny room which was definitely a fire hazard. Hotel breakfast was good that is the only nice thing I can say.

Yelp
This hotel has its pros and cons, netting out to a three star review for us. Overall not sure if I would stay there again. The good: Our room did have a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. This made it easy to see the sparkling at night from the comfort of our room. My daughter thought the sofa bed was very comfy - she usually complains so this is a huge compliment. Some of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The bad: our room wasn't ready on time which was very disappointing after a long travel day with minimal sleep. Once we did get in a room, our luggage was never delivered. I had to go down to the lobby to see where it was and the staff was rude. Our room was also very small and the sofa bed looked jammed in there, like it didn't belong. Had to be turned to the side to open. And most restaurants near here are not very good / tourist traps. Overall, just an okay experience. I did expect better for what we paid and would have been appreciative of some sort of complimentary drink or something to make up for our room not being ready on time.

Yelp
Chose The Pullman due to its proximity to the Eiffel Tower, which did not disappoint. Upgraded to the tower view room with a balcony to enhance the experience. Arrived later in the evening, which made check-in a breeze. Front desk staff was impeccable. My only reservation is the hospitality team. One two occasions I observed a team member come into the room without knocking. On one occasion, I observed what seemed to be the hospitality manager leaving the room without any acknowledgement of why she was in there. It was a very uncomfortable feeling, which I reported upon departure. Otherwise, the property is as marketed.

Yelp
Long and short: The view is great, and is close to the Eiffel Towers, but save your money and DON'T stay at the Pullman. Concierge, are rude, requests are not handled in a timely manner, and cleaning is not sufficient. Full review: The evening we checked in to the Pullman we came in on a high, having just spent an amazing week in London and now fulfilling a dream of coming to Paris. It was wildly busy but we were so happy to be there it wasn't a bother to wait. Upon stepping to the counter, we were assisted by Chloe. She was friendly and was quick to assist, she mentioned our room, (AND THIS IS IMPORTANT) and it having a King-Sized bed and a sofa bed as my family was checking in. She expressed the need for a credit card for the city fees and proceeded to hand me our keys. Simple, we were a bit bummed to be on the third floor (Room 337) but with a 4 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, shoot we didn't care. We walked into the room and it had TWO SINGLE BEDS, this was ABSOLUTLY not what I had paid for. I went back down stairs and Chloe was gone, and Jeff with a bothered attitude "assisted". He said that "you booked a room for only yourself and one other person". He said that the room would, "Just have to do." The SECOND I mentioned a refund, he got a manager, Faiza. She wasn't much nicer than Jeff, but I wasn't budging, she proceeded to say that the rooms I was talking about were not available but that the new room had a King-sized bed and they would provide, what we in the US call a roll away bed. It took them THREE HOURS to get that roll away bed to my room, and I had to ask twice. The second room was on the 11th floor with an amazing view, but here's the thing it STILL wasn't what I paid for. At that point, Chloe, Jeff and borderline Faiza had made me feel incredibly unwelcome in France. * With that being said, the ONLY reason this hotel is getting the rave reviews is the view's can be phenomenal, IF you have the right room. Other than that; * Checked in Sunday night, Thursday was the first day they gave us more than two towels without having to ask, every day we had to ask and it usually took a couple hours to get them. * The rooms were never cleaned properly, only the bed were made that's it. * Our shower was broken and the water pooled horribly on the ground. * Side note, it's not close to anything else you'd likely want to see in Paris. I see that the Pullman staff responds to such reviews, but it would only add further insult to injury if they did, since there is literally nothing, they could do to save face. Save your money, the Pullman isn't worth staying at.

Yelp
This place is kind of a tourist trap. It has its pros and cons, but ultimately if I came back to Paris I would stay somewhere else. Yes it's close to the Eiffel Tower, but that's about it. Everything else you will want to see is in a different part of the city. So I would recommend staying somewhere else. If you specifically want a view of the Eiffel Tower from your window, there are likely other places you can stay at that would be better. With the exception of one of the bartenders (who was half-American), the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The concierge was difficult often missing and once you finally did manage to catch them, you would be greeted with a flat, annoyed expression. We had asked them how long it would take to get to the train station on Bastille Day, and asked if traffic would be bad. They said that it wouldn't and severely underestimated the time it would take. Fortunately we left at a conservative time. May streets were closed due to the holiday. Any Parisian would know this. We had to wait a couple hours for our room as it wasn't ready (seems to be a trend from scrolling through these comments). The room was mostly clean, but we found clothing from a previous stay. We got an Eiffel Tower view w/ balcony. The views are pretty fantastic. You get a glorious sunset and stunning view of the tower. One word of warning, though: Watch out for drones. When we were there a few years ago, we caught a drone flying around and recording inside individual's room windows. The best part about this hotel was the half-American bartender. He was warm and friendly, which is uncommon in Paris, and very helpful. He gave us an excellent tip for how to avoid a crowded line to get into the Louvre.

Yelp
Don't waste your time or money!! This place is why Americans say what they say about France. This place is a tourist trap and I 100% regret my choices to book here from the minute we checked in. I booked this place in June 2022, for30Dec2022 - 03Jan2023. From the pictures it looked like a great view of the Eiffel Tower and nice rooms. We booked a "deluxe king with a view a balcony view of the Eiffel Tower and Trochadaro". What we got was a joke! By view of the Eiffel Tower they mean get out your selfie stick so you can see it. Our room was on the 3rd floor and had a view of a local track, and a parking lot with graffiti. We stayed in two other hotels during our stay in Paris (less expensive hotels) that were 100% better. Check in took forever. King size bed is not a king size bed. When you book there is no guarantee what floor you will be on - I can't imaging how awful the 1st or 2nd floors are. When we talked to the manager about being mislead by their marketing, his solution was - "we can give you a different room but it won't have a better view". Rooms also have a smoky smell and walls are thin. Most of the staff did speak English which was nice but that's about it.

Yelp
This hotel is ready for a refresh. The location is wonderful but the carpets are worn and dirty. The drapes in my room were ragged.
google avatar

Pat L.

Yelp
Lovely hotel with clean spacious rooms. Great restaurant. Please do not think view of the Eiffel Tower is part of your hotel experience. You have to pay separately to go to the roof to view the Eiffel Tower.

Yelp
While the hotel has absolutely a fabulous location and the rooms were nice, modern, & clean, the price was not worth it especially because of the lack of service. Here's my experience: every time I went to the lobby, there was a long line. When I checked in early they took my bags so I could sight see until my room would be ready. When I came back at 6pm that night I asked for a bellman to bring my luggage to my room. The front desk person said it would be up in a few minutes. After 45 minutes I tried calling the reception but no one answered. 1.5 hours later I went downstairs to check, waited in line for 16 minutes, and found out the reception desk never gave my bag tags to the bellman. I then carried my own 4 bags up to my room. The following morning I couldn't get my Nespresso maker to work so I called reception. They said they'd send someone. 45 minutes later I called again and they said they'd put in the request but that someone never came.2 hours later I left for the day. First day taking a shower there was no body wash in the dispenser. After my room was cleaned, the following day there still was no body wash in the dispenser. Little things like that should not be at a 'nice" hotel. I am giving 2 stars for the location and the balcony was great for viewing the Eiffel tower.

Yelp
Very nice hotel near the Eiffel Tower. Our room was on the eleventh floor. The one unfortunate thing about this hotel is that they didn't have enough elevators to accommodate the large amount of people during peak times. It often was a very long wait. We enjoyed their breakfast every morning. And even had lunch there one day. We also appreciated that they offered Covid testing in the mornings. I want to add that both my husband and I tested posted for Covid and could not leave to come home to the United States. This hotel treated us very kindly, extending our stay, offering to get us medical attention (we didn't need it), and making sure we had everything we needed. We quarantined for 5 days before testing negative. I must admit, the room service menu was a bit limited, but I was very happy with our stay.
google avatar

Dionne L.

Yelp
Stay at this hotel if you want to pay $$$ for a room worse than a motel 6. Dirty, furniture is ripped and smells like death. Clearly don't care about cleanliness as even the body wash was empty. If you want SPIDERS falling on you as you shower then sign up for this palace!

Shiyuan Sean Z.

Yelp
This place is a scam. I tried to get my reservation back because I accidentally hit expedia's cancellation button. Both Expedia and the hotel didn't get back to me in the emails. So I lost 1400 dollars to them for nothing. This hotel customer service lied that they couldn't do anything about third party reservations while Expedia said it was all dependent on the hotel to do anything about my reservation.

Joanne M.

Yelp
This place will continue to be sub-par until people realize it and stop falling for it,just like I did. The lobby seemed very nice. When checking in and paying, the lady told us it's best to choose our home currency instead of Euro for the credit card. That is not true. The charge in our home currency from the terminal if we chose USD would be $40 more and I knew this, so we chose Euro. Don't fall for that. Once you hit the hallway you feel it getting less nice. One thing is definitely not like the other. Then you get to your room and it smells badly. There's no shower door or curtain. It has cinderblock walls(or tile that looks like it). The smell started to get to me. We asked to move rooms and they let us,which I appreciated. The new room smelled less, but the bathroom smelled faintly of sewage. This time, there was half a shower door. The AC does not cool. The only thing going for them is the view, which you have to go out on the patio to get. They couldn't position the beds to face the tower? There's gotta be a better location than this that gives you your money's worth. You're paying for the view and a college quality dorm room. Complete with disgusting carpet. I wish I had take the other reviews more seriously. Major money lost. Major.

Yelp
Really good location in a very touristy area. Great view of the Effel Tower from the roof top bar. As far as the breakfast goes, it's better than most, but is still a hotel breakfast. They do cook eggs to order. The hotel was very clean. Elevators were a crap shoot on how they worked.

Yelp
Amazing stay at the Pullman. I had an Eiffel Tower view with balcony and it was absolutely perfect! The room was spacious and modern. The shower was amazing and had luxe beauty products. There is a bar and restaurant and they also have room service. Prices were very reasonable. It was in a perfect location and walking distance from everything, restaurants and shops. Everyone was super nice and helpful and check in and check out was a breeze!

Yelp
I expected this be a great place to create an experience for myself and those who follow me through my travels. I'm doing a solo trip to Paris therefore I'll only need a table for one (1). Upon my entry I had been in line for about 45 minutes around 7:30pm on a Saturday night. Just as I was about to be at the top of the line the homestead ask how many in my party and I said "1". She comes back and says they don't have a table for 1. She offered me to drink at the bar and leave saying it would take a while to be served and the food wasn't that great at the bar. I just looked at her then she said she needed to speak with her manager. After another 15 minute wait I ask for his answer and she said she had not had time to ask. So I said ok. Then I moved to the top of the line but she kept assisting every one except me. Finally the man who may have been the manager open the rope for me to come in. Once I sat at a high top table within about 5 minutes she comes and ask if I mind giving up the chair that my bag was sitting in. All of this was annoying which made the rest of the evening here "ok". The host decreased my thoughts on this place. Hopefully I can visit again with a different experience. The bottom line? The ambience is laid back. You can come in jeans or a suit/dress. Infants and children are welcome. The view is absolutely stunning. The live DJ, the decor and lighting really pull it together. FYI the seating is high table to with high bar stools or mini lounge chairs for one person or they have other mini sofas for two. The balcony is also available with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower. Last thing. The food is just tapas so eat before you come. And the brought the chair back as I was about to leave. I would come back again.

Yelp
This is a great hotel! Get a view of the Eiffel Tower! So beautiful and will complete your Paris vacation. Great service and very clean!

Yelp
One of the best views in Paris. We had a full view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony and we were steps from the Eiffel and several cute cafes. It was a very clean hotel with nice sized rooms. There's an on-site restaurant and there were also scooters available courtesy of the hotel. Overall it was an amazing experience to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. Would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
The location was good for restaurants, but not for metro, used Uber. The room had no drawers to put ur clothes in we used our suitcases as a drawer and a tiny closet which was weird cuz the room was large especially for Europe. Although the tub was beautiful, it was so tall it was scary to get in and out of especially if u r older. The key cards did not work well at all. Had to keep going to the desk for a new one. The rooms are spacious, the staff friendly, and had the best burger ever in the restaurant when we arrived. Will go somewhere else next trip mostly cuz of the tub problem.

Yelp
do NOT stay here AC not working in two rooms had to move from first. second room AC went out after 24 hrs after we were all unpacked for a 4 day PRE payed stay. NO help from front des. REPEAT DO NOT STAY here

Yelp
You can't get a hotel closer to the Eiffel Tower twith better views than the Pullman. Make sure that you request a room on a high floor for the best view. The room is clean, beds are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with a rain shower head and a regular shower head and the toilet paper isn't cheap tp! The staff are all very pleasant and help in any way they can. The breakfast is buffet style. They offer a wide variety of hot and cold foods, fruit, yogurt, breads, croissants, juices and coffee. They also offer on site COVID testing for those who need a test to travel. You can not go wrong with a stay at the Pullman.

Yelp
Awesome accommodation! Clean (spacious) rooms, great service, so close to the Eiffel Tower. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

Yelp
BLUF i just wasn't wowed or blown away, and do NOT recommend! The place is close to the eiffel tour and looks nice on the outside but it's out dated! Upon entry we were greeted promptly and had high hopes but once we got into the room it went downhill. The carpet was stained and there was a unique odor. Luckily we carried bath and body works room sprays to neutralize this. Additionally if you're short the bathroom is poorly designed. The shower tub combo is extremely high. I'm 6 feet tall and it was above my knee to enter the shower, this can be troublesome especially if you're shorter and very dangerous. Also our A/C/thermostat really wasn't putting out, it was on and running but it was extremely hot most nights. The bed is firm and the pillows suck. The staff overall was super friendly though and this brings the rating up slightly. The breakfast was better than expected and served as buffet style but most things weren't really hot and were room temperature or cold. The gym is very basic but has most things you need. I will say I chose the classic room garden view with balcony, and from seeing other rooms in passing they may be nicer. The concierge for me was very useful in booking tours and giving recommendations, but they did change daily. Overall, I would not recommend.
google avatar

James E.

Yelp
2700 USD for 1 week here. You pay for the location; the picture of you off the balcony with the Eiffel tower closeby. Thats about it. Service: friendly but very slow. Walls are thin here, so yes, you can hear people around you doing things. Unfortunately upstairs we had a kid who like to run around. Then some couple near by us liked to.... Loudly project their love for one another lol. The restaurant downstairs is overpriced and the service there was bad. I suggest, if you really wanna flex here, stay one night, then move somewhere else. Another nuisance was when we were trying to sleep and they had a performance going on outside until 2100; banging drums and music kept me up and frustrated.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel located just a couple of short blocks from the Eiffel Tower. My husband booked the room overlooking the Eiffel Tower and the breakfast buffet. The room was very large and clean. We had everything we could possibly need. There was a fully stocked mini-fridge (extra cost), free coffee, tea and cookies. The entire front of the room was glass so we had a beautiful view when we opened the curtains. The balcony was great to have but didn't have chairs which would have been nice. The breakfast buffet downstairs was great. They had freshly squeezed juices, an omelet station and all of the other basics. There was plenty of seating too. The concierge and staff here was great.

Yelp
I booked a stay before Covid in 2020, the hotel took my money , admits they owe me back the money but still has not sent me it. While in Paris 4 weeks ago, I stopped by and the manager supposedly refunded my credit card and apologized( she had me swipe it through the card terminal and i received a receipt for a refund) ..the money never was credited to my card , my bank said it never went through. They told me to fill out a form that I filled out 4 months ago, then again filled it out 2 months ago . Guest relations won't put me through to Accounting Dept, noone responds back by call or email. I am out $1723.00. Shame on them!!!!!

Yelp
Came here for trip and wanted to be close to the excel tower abs man the view did not disappoint. We literally were right there. It was nice to be close and walk around the tower. I felt location was in the middle of everything honestly. The tv selection was horrible only a few channels. I honestly enjoyed the food we ordered room service a few times and ate everything. We ate at the bar several times and like everything and the drinks. We made a friend with the bartender so he gave us tips on places to go around the city. I felt the room could have been a little nicer and more modern as far as the furniture and stuff but the bed was comfy and fluffy. The staff was nice and accommodating and English speaking. There were taxi lined up in front so never had to wait. We were worried about getting around with the strikes but we didn't have an issue

Yelp
The Pullman Hotel, in short, is very Americanized. Which is not necessarily bad or good. It just depends on what you're looking for. If your looking for location, it's so-so. But if you're looking for a location with a view, it's so perfect. (You would have to, though, explicitly book a room with an Eiffel Tower view, with a balcony is best.) Upon entry into the room, the smart decor was eye-catching but for a discerning eye more design than durability, more style than substance, as the room looked both new and worn. But the point was the balcony view, and at that point the value of the room became clear. The slanted angle from which the balcony view reveals the tower makes you feel like you're sneaking a glance of something you don't deserve to get a glimpse of full frontal. The semi-busy street below and busy soccer (or fútbol) field across the street offer a bustling background that doesn't detract from the view but puts it into context. As nearby restaurants tended to be more touristy than authentic (evidenced by a quick stroll as well as a scroll - Yelp and TripAdvisor searches), and since we had been through a long day with our airlines having lost our luggage, we had room service from their far-from-Parisian California Bistro downstairs. Thankfully service was prompt and affordable (based on American hotel standards). The meal and portions were also ultimately filling, even though the flavors could have been more fulfilling. Were there scuffs and damages to the decor that detracted from the style and sophistication of the room? Yes. Was there a Vegas-style mini bar, where a sensor is installed to shamelessly closely monitor the overcharging of a beverage? Yes. Was the elevator inconsistent and the stairs a consistent choice for those of our floor? Yes. But the occupants were largely American (largely), so we (Americans) could use the stairs. The elevator situation was visibly inconvenient, though, for some of the older guests and guests with restricted mobility, so despite my European conversion to pro-stairs, the elevators simply need to be fixed. Even still, the nighttime lights of the Eiffel Tower that drew us out to the balcony dimmed any deficiencies with the room and washed us in wonder, especially every hour on the hour, when the mesmerizing flashing lights would flicker faster and faster to mark the moment and our stay as both fairy-tale and fleeting.

Yelp
"Romantic" 5 year Anniversary getaway stay at Accors Pullman Paris hotel turns into Nightmare from HELL I am beyond disappointed at the level of service my husband and I received at Accors Pullman Eiffel Tower hotel. This was our second stop of our two week Anniversary trip after staying at the Ampersand Hotel in London (which was an absolute amazing stay and experience) and we were most excited about staying here because it was a recommendation from our family. We choose the superior room with the Eiffel Tower view. When it was time for bed we noticed an insect on the ceiling , then we noticed another one, then it flew on my husband , and I have a sensitivity to mosquitoes. As we began to try to kill them we saw another one. At that point we had enough and we went down to the service desk and explained the situation . The service desk was so insensitive to the fact that there were bugs. It felt like we were being blamed because the first thing we were asked was "did we keep the windows open". We just checked in a few hours ago and went to dinner and came back to bugs. They then said don't worry about it. I again explained how I did not feel comfortable sleeping with bugs that could fly down on me and bite me. They then said well it could have been housekeeping. They suggested to let our house keeper know to not open the window. We were so put off at that point that we asked to be switched to a different room. They said no, because it is fully booked and they cannot accommodate. They then said they will have someone come to kill the insects in the room. One of the representatives mentioned that the room can be sprayed and the windows can be open to let the air out for any scent that the insect killing spray would leave. My husband then questioned, if the windows are open then wouldn't there be more bugs coming in? The representative acknowledged that this could be a possibility and then agreed that it would not be a good idea to open the windows. We went back to the room and were astonished at what transpired next as this nightmare continued. A representative came to the room with insect spray and began spraying this poisonous insect spray all over the ceiling directly over our bed and pillows (as pictured below). My husband immediately questioned this given that this was sprayed right over where we would be laying our heads, and naturally anything sprayed up will typically come down. We were immediately told no it is fine, nothing was sprayed on the bed and it appears there are no more mosquitoes. The representative left as me and my husband were really trying to comprehend what really just transpired and shocked that this just really happened. We immediately knew there's no way we were going to lay our heads down where this poisonous spray appeared to land. So we called down to the service desk from our room multiple times with no answer. My husband was forced to go back to the lobby since we couldn't get a hold of service from our room. He requested new pillows and explained that we weren't comfortable using those pillows. The representative advised they would have someone bring new pillows to our room. About 15 minutes later we received a knock on our door with pillows that had no pillow cases and looked like old oversized throw pillows from a couch (as pictured below). At this point it was well past midnight; so me and my husband were left to sleep head first at the foot of the bed without pillows. We are absolutely appalled at the experience we've had. The lack of concern for our issues and the way this was handled was far less than appropriate. The continuous comments by the representatives stating "it's not a problem" and "don't worry about it", just poured fuel to this nightmare of an experience. We barely slept and were extremely uncomfortable for the first night. We wouldn't wish this experience on anyone and I hope AccorsHotels/Pullman Hotels could learn from our horrible experience to treat customers with the empathy and concern that is necessary when unfortunate circumstances like this occurs. We hope our last two nights are the dream of an experience we were expecting (will post an update at conclusion of our stay).

Yelp
Great hotel. We stayed here in 2018 when we went on our first overseas trip. It was a very clean and comfortable room. We had an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower. The restaurant is great too. Overall excellent experience, and if we are able to make the trip back to Paris, we will most likely stay here again.

Yelp
We're staying here while vacationing on our honeymoon. Upon arrival, hotel staff immediately took our bags into a side room off the lobby, (even though our room was ready). The following morning I found my luggage had been tampered and items missing. When I went downstairs to the lobby to speak with a manager, I was approached by a female staff member whom wasn't epathetic. At first she wouldn't tell me her title or if she was the manager. She was not a manager. She advised the manager was away and would contact me upon their return. We've made a second request but still haven't had contact with a manager on day 4 of our 5 day stay. We learned from staff that there are no cameras located in the room off the lobby that our luggage had been pulled into. The manager does not care about discussing our concerns. The room needs a deep cleaning. Paint is peeling from the ceiling. Water running down back wall of sink onto our clean towels. The ironing board is dirty. Dirt/dust build up and debris around ceiling and filtration vents, (gross). Paint touch ups needed. Bathroom not sanitized. Toilet feels loose and moves slightly when sitting down. Sink has draining issues. Establishment lacks adequate hospitality experience. Cannot see Seine River or Eiffel tower from inside the room. I will not stay again or recommend to others, simply because I do not feel safe and secure here.

Yelp
This hotel still has not refunded me for my deposit. I stayed here October 28,2022 for 4 days. As of today, they still haven't refunded me for my deposit after multiple emails and calls. The staff is rude and dismissive. I would not recommend anyone stay here. THE STAFF IS RUDE AND DISMISSIVE

Yelp
I would give no stars if possible. Although all gussied up from the outside and in spite of its 4 star rating, nothing about the Pullman shines. The rooms are mediocre with threadbare towels and gummy refillable soap dispensers containing watered down products. Beyond insulting is that they charge you for the cheap packets of instant coffee in the room! The closet had 4 hangers in it and there are no drawers, storage space or even shelves in either the bedroom or bathroom. It seems to exclusively serve tour groups and sports teams as the lobby is constantly packed with both. There is little seating in the lobby which is caverns and loud. The breakfast offerings are mediocre at best and the bar limited. Drinks were overpriced and poorly made. The entire hotel is a facade of modern class and luxury when it's little more than an average tourist destination. being within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower doesn't make up for its many shortcomings. I do not recommend this failure of a hotel.

Yelp
We were in Paris celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and we decided to book our accommodation at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel. To our pleasant surprise, everything about this hotel was just wonderful. It locates about half a block away from the Tour Eiffel so the view from our window was always spectacular. The hotel lobby was contemporary and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our flight arrived very early in the morning so by the time we got to the hotel, it was only about 9 am. The front desk attendant offered to keep our luggage so we could get started with our explorations. Our room was modern, comfortable and clean. We got 2 bottles of water everyday. The bathroom had a large glass shower stall with rain shower function was fantastic. This hotel helped make our times in Paris more memorable. À bientôt.

Yelp
Stayed in Room 837 which gave us a perfect view of the garden (not much to see) below and the Eiffel tower!!! The room was clean and smallish for the price (ya I know, paid for view). There's also short walkable train stations nearby (Tour Eiffel and Bir-Hakeim). Complaints? Yup, just a few. First, like some reviews have suggested, the room thermostat was not working. Turned it all the way down and still blowed warm air so had to just totally shut it down. Second, the breakfast was 29 euro per person but decided to try assuming it was worth it??? Wrong! Very limited selections. Scrambled eggs was watery and smoked salmon was always empty plated whenever I passed by. I've honestly ate better breakfast in Italy (NH Collection Roma Giustiniano) with twice as much varieties and at a more reasonable cost! Word of caution: DO NOT eat at the nearby LE BAILLI DE SUFFREN. They are overpriced, awful tasting dishes and no itemized bill (for english speaking tourists), just the total amount (shown on card reader), plus the waiter insists on giving himself a tip (found out service charge is already priced in along with taxes)!!!

Yelp
If there was a 3 1/2 I would have done that but it's not a full 4 stars. The location is fabulous...truly fantastic. You literally look out your room window and see the Eiffel Tower, what more can you ask for! Also there is a very convenient metro stop a few blocks away which comes in handy if you need to move around the city. Our room had a nice size balcony and you will want to have a cup of coffee out there. We rented a suite with a separate living room and two bathrooms. The bathrooms are well appointed, water pressure was nice and we always had clean towels. It's honestly a big room considering you will be out on the town all day and night. The reason I can't go 4 stars is the restaurant wasn't great. The food was actually probably the worst we had in Paris. Of course there are allot of great restaurants in Paris and we only had one big group meal at the restaurant but everyone was disappointed...the food wasn't great...the service was good just not the food. Other than that this is a nice spot in Paris. For our first time in Paris this was a great location and a nice hotel!

Yelp
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at the Hotel Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower. The hotel is literally steps away from the Eiffel Tower, the staff is very kind and accommodating, helpful and you get to know them which is great for hospitality when they recognize you and greet you by name. If I had any wishes, they are minimal - additional elevators as they can be busy at times, earlier start time for the concierge and the bathtubs are very Japanese which poses a small problem for mobility challenged guests. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will return soon.

Yelp
My husband booked this room for a surprise birthday trip for me. Our daughter and friend were about two hours ahead of us to surprise me. They booked a double single room and it was on the first floor with a quasi garden view. When they checked in she told the front that we would be checking in after them and she hoped it was a good room since it was my birthday. My husband had booked a deluxe room with a very early booking promotion...our room was on the 9th floor...room 915. We have a premier view of the Eiffel Tower. It truly is a jaw drop room especially when the lights are on and when it sparkles every hour!!!! This is an AMAZING view!!! Our room has been cleaned every day and they change our sheets often. The breakfast buffet has been delicious and the coffee and croissants have been delicious!!!

Yelp
I've stayed here several times and couldn't think of a better and more centralized location. I don't believe there is a hotel any closer to the Eiffel tower than this one. Because it's in the center of Paris I have to first recommend being very attentive to your personal belongings. It's not reflective of the hotel but simply a good idea due to the rather significant flow of people in this area. The staff are cordial, accommodating and more than happy to offer suggestions. Rooms to the backside of the hotel are nice and quiet. The hotel has been here for a while it and has undergone several renovations. As a seasoned traveler I do my best to sleep away a bit of jet lag before venturing out. Considering that this can be at any time of the day or night I like that the quiet I find here permits that. There's a Mono Prix close by if you simply want to grab a baguette and a bottle of wine and chill. It's Paris, so it goes without saying that there are countless amazing restaurants within walking distance, which I'll continue to review as my travels bring me here. My morning suggestion - turn left out of the hotel lobby and walk to the corner. Grab a cup of coffee and a crepe, then cross the street and walk down to the river. Sit on one of the concrete pillars and enjoy while watching the boats go by. Then take a stroll along the along the riverwalk and take in a small but intimate part of one of the coolest cities on earth. It's a small ceremony but I do it every time I'm here. Try it, you'll like it...

Yelp
Beautiful hotel in a nice area of Paris. You really can't beat the balcony views of the Eiffel Tower. Stunning! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
My wife arranged a view of the tower from the room months in advance. Got to the room and can only see the tower when hanging over the balcony. Management said there is a conference and they are booked so they cannot move me to another room. This was supposed to be all setup in advance as a 25th anniversary vacation. But instead of looking at the tower I am looking at kids playing on a soccer field. Not very romantic. I don't recommend this place. Update: I spoke with a manager the next morning and she was much more helpful. She stepped in and located a room (1135) with a great view of the Eiffel Tower that I could see from the bed while sitting. It was awesome and she was super kind and accommodating! Since it was a standard and not a deluxe room It didn't have a balcony but I came for the view plus the rate was lower. Double win!

Yelp
This hotel is a cAtfish. The pictures that the hotel post are not current to how the hotel actually looks. Stolen jewelry, lost laundry and staff that are not accountable. The supervisor laughed in my face when I brought things to his attentions. The maid replaced a broken iPad in my room tried to act like i was the wrongdoer. There was throw up on the floor for hours.

Yelp
Horrible hotel more like 2 stars. We checked in for two rooms. Long lines and lobby full of people. Felt like a low class hotel but I said to myself don't judge a book by it's cover. Checked into our rooms. Small rooms not cleaned well. Cheap modern look with smudges of dirt on walls door handles bathroom area. Made my Paris experience bad. I didn't feel safe in this hotel. I would leave for the day of site seeing and wonder if my belongings will still be there when I arrived to my room. Anytime I would call to ask for something nobody answers the phone at guest services. I wish I didn't stay here. This is for a young crowd that doesn't care if the rooms are dirty, small and non existing customer service. The only highlight is the balcony facing the Tour Eiffel.

Yelp
Very nice hotel, the view itself if worth it so that's why it gets 3 stars. The service however, is a bit lacking. Check-in took a long time. Many reservation issues with guests before us, so the staff was working to fix it. Eventually, after standing in the lobby for 20 minutes a manager walked to us to assist. He was able to get us checked in, with fantastic service. He even broke some of our larger Euros into smaller bills and coins so we could tip the staff. He was a very pleasant man, and I wish I could remember his name. It seems like 75% of the staff speaks English very fluently, a huge help to us. We were given a room on the 6th floor, and the view was absolutely amazing. I loved the balcony furniture so we could sit outside and enjoy the view with our espresso. The hotel generally smelled like sewage from time to time, and the warmth of the hotel did not help the smell. I've noticed this as a quirk of Paris, and it's not just this hotel. When we checked into our room, someone had drank contents of the mini fridge and left empties inside. I had to ask twice for the contents to be removed and ensure we were not charged for them. Our television also didn't work, and they were unable to fix it. We spent most of our time out, but it would have been nice to watch a little television at night. WiFi was free and great, no complaints there. Our breakfast was included in our reservation, and it was also great with a large variety of items. Security on site at all times, even armed guards outside from time to time. Very safe. There was a dispute with other guests 2 doors down from us, and someone was throwing clothing off of the balcony and yelling one evening lol. They didn't call police, but the staff was at their door addressing the situation. Overall, if I were in Paris again, I think I would return here.

Yelp
My husband and I are on our honeymoon and we have both worked for Accor properties in the past. We had just checked out of the Savoy in London and were very excited to be en route to yet another Accor property but in the lovely Paris. Upon checking in - no bell staff to assist with bags which was very odd to us considering the price per night. Lobby was very hectic and seemed extremely unorganized. We were eventually greeted by a nice blonde woman asking why we were visiting and where we were from. She showed great enthusiasm when she heard it was our honeymoon. She then instructed us that her colleague would check us in. It could have been his first day. This gentleman had no clue what he was doing. The entire process was cringe worthy. From our experience if you are new express that or else you will receive criticism and very confused guests. He did not confirm any details and brushed us off when we were trying to be friendly. Again from working with the brand this is a huge no no. We expressed it was our honeymoon a few times. My husband and I both work a lot and we were excited to relax and splurge as we don't do it often. No amenity in the room which again is major negative in our book as we know what the standard of care is when working with the brand. The only positive about this hotel is the Eiffel Tower next door. Disappointed in Accor.

Yelp
We booked the Pullman Eiffel Tower through Hotels.com and splurged on the Deluxe King Room with Balcony and Eiffel Tower View. We paid over $1600 for 5 nights, which is a bit pricey but it was our first time going to Paris, so we decided to go for it! PROS: -The bed was a USA size King bed - Super comfortable!! -Balcony was AMAZING! The views of the Eiffel Tower took our breathe away every time. We kept it open the whole time when we were in our room. The breeze was great and you get to hear the sounds of the city. -The room and bathroom were very modern! CO Bigelow toiletries in the bathroom (awesome!). -Great walking distance to all sites (2 blocks from the Eiffel Tower) -Taxis easily accessible right outside the hotel -FRAME restaurant inside hotel was GREAT! CONS: -There was a mini bar/fridge but no room to store anything else. -There wasn't a clock ANYWHERE in the room. (I know this might sound silly, but we found ourselves relying on our phones/watches in the middle of the night.) -The TV had a mind of its own at times. -Apparently this hotel ONLY believes in AC in the summer (THANK GOD WE GOT THE BALCONY ROOM!). Its a MUST if you are not visiting in the summer months. -There wasn't a designated concierge, which made the front desk line long (people checking in/ checking out/ and concierge questions all in one). -There were ice machines only on ODD number floors, but good luck trying to find a bucket and a working ice machine on the same floor! Even with all these cons - this hotel worth it!! The view, the room itself, and the staff make it worth it!! My main advice - splurge for the balcony room! You wont regret it.
