Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach

The Pullman Hotel in Thailand was amazing! The staff was wonderful, and we had a fantastic time with our two daughters, ages 10 and 12. They loved playing in both the pool and the ocean. The pool was beautiful and super kid-friendly for all ages, though some loose and sharp tiles could use a little repair. Our room was clean and beautiful, and the location was perfect—close to an incredible elephant care sanctuary, which was such a memorable experience! We also enjoyed walking along the beach to explore fun shops and great restaurants. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was our favorite. While this was a family trip, we were also there for a business retreat with over 50 other people. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group, making it an excellent destination for both relaxation and professional gatherings. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we’d love to come back!

Already missing the place after 2 days back in grey cold UK. The breakfast was the best most varied meal I've ever had anywhere and looked forward to it every day. The c bar we beautiful and the generous 2 hour happy hour was perfectly timed early evening from 4 until 6pm. Very high quality Italian restaurant which is excellent but obviously a lot more expensive than the local Thai offerings on the street restaurants. Room service brilliant with food great and items such as ice for drinks on the balcony very prompt. All service delivered by lovely people with a smile. Little extras like staff coming around the sunbeds to deliver or top up chilled lemon water was lovely. The pool was great although we used the steps down to the beach more to use the gorgeous sea but this is the only very minor negative that there are some tiles that have worked loose on the pool. It's not the end of the world as they are small mosaic style tiles but it needs addressing before it gets worse. A great start and we are already looking forward to going back.

From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel right at home. The surroundings were breathtaking, the food was exquisite, and the massages were heavenly. We stayed for six nights over New Year’s Eve and didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel except for serene walks on the beautiful beach. The restaurants were sensational, offering a culinary experience that was second to none. We will definitely be back! This place has truly become our little slice of paradise.

Beautiful hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. One of the managers, Albert, took really good care of us. The amenities were top notch. Great breakfasts, beautiful pools, well equipped gym and lots of activities. Overlooking an easily accessible beach - and one of the nicest and most well preserved on the island. We recently stayed (Xmas festive period) at this wonderful hotel with our family of four, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! The location is perfect – close to everything we wanted to see and do, making it super convenient for exploring the area.||||The service was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always available whenever we had a question or request. The personal touch and care they provided truly made our stay extra special.||||Our family had a relaxing and enjoyable time at the hotel. It offered a perfect balance of comfort and convenience, allowing us to unwind while also being in a great spot for sightseeing and activities. We were very happy with our choice and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect location with a great view of the ocean and direct access to the local beach, not to mention the sheer amount of lush greenery on the hotel grounds, inhabited by all sorts of harmless exotic fauna from butterflies and birds to foot long lizards. The staff is remarkably friendly and diligent, going out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and carefree. The food was excellent too, although the breakfast fruit selection could use a bit more variety.

This is a lovely a lovely resort and the entire staff bends over backwards to help. The buffet in the morning is OVER-THE-TOP! Anything you could ever desire is available. My only issue is that I reserved an Ocean Grand room with "views of the Andaman Sea" and there really is no view. The first room they assigned us looked at the rooftops of buildings with barely a view over the top of the Sea. They kindly moved us to another room but that room didn't have views of the Sea either. It was mainly trees and shrubs with a peek-a-boo view around some of them. My friend reserved the less expensive Ocean room and it had a 180 degree unobstructed view of the Sea. Had I known this in advance, that is what I would have booked. If I owned this hotel, I would definitely prune the landscaping to open up the views of the gorgeous Andaman Sea! Otherwise, this hotel is amazing and the staff is so accommodating. I would love to return.

We just returned from an amazing vacation at Pullman Phuket Arcadia, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel impressed me with breathtaking views. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and the hotel also provides free transportation to the beach. The airport is conveniently close to the property as well, just a 15-minute drive away. What truly made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. Every single person, from the drivers to the restaurant team and all other departments, was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. Their genuine warmth and dedication were key in making our experience truly remarkable. I would like to give special recognition to Pong, who stood out with his exceptional hospitality and kindness. He was cheerful, attentive, and constantly checking if we need anything. His farewell gesture was particularly heartwarming. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and serene vacation, far from the noise and hustle, but with all comfort and care you could ask for.
