Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach

The rooms are well decorated and maintained, the grounds are lovely and tropical, the beach the hotel overlooks is one of the best in Phuket and the staff are all gloriously proactive and helpful and smiley and kind. I had some issues with soundproofing of the room, and the whole team activated incredibly quickly to assist. The food at Echo is great, and the spa is really lovely. The manager is very knowledgeable, and the therapists are good - K. Kam gave me possibly one of the best massages I have ever had. The only thing it that the guest:pool ratio is pretty high and, whilst it's relatively achievable to find a sunlounger, it can feel pretty crowded and you can be a long way from the water. Vero (the Italian restaurant) is probably a reasonable option for families, but I wouldn't recommend it for the discerning diner.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was great, and the property itself is beautiful, with lush gardens, plenty of plants, and thoughtful details everywhere. Our kids absolutely loved the kids’ club and the pool, which made the stay even more enjoyable for us as parents. The direct access to Naithon Beach is very convenient, and the views from the hotel over the sea and beach are stunning — especially at sunset. The food was excellent, and breakfast was a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we will definitely come back.

One of my favourite hotels on earth. The hotel is beautiful, with pools, lounges, and a near by gorgeous quiet beach with an easy access from the hotel. There are activities every day and the staff is friendly and very helpful. They offer car rides around the hotel as some rooms are further away, but everything is well organised. The bedrooms are amazing with breathtaking views. But the main event is the spectacular breakfast ; there is so much variety and everything is just delicious. The hotel is close to the airport but without any disturbance. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

We arrived in Phuket late at night but the hotel organised transport for us (yes it was more expensive but it was very easy and really welcome after a long journey). As soon as we arrived we felt the magic of the resort. The staff were really caring and immediately made us feel valued. The room was lovely, and had sea views. The facilities are great. The pools are nice, the gym is well equipped and the children’s club was a fun little addition when it rained. The area is quiet but very close to the airport. Naithon Beach is actually quite nice and there are a few restaurants/bars close to the hotel. The stand out of the show is the breakfast. It was probably the best breakfast I have ever eaten. The variety was amazing and although a lot of it was a buffet, the staff keep everything really fresh. The themed Thai dinner night was ok, we did it because it was easy for that meal and meant our 15 month old could sleep in the pram. It was overpriced and you can find better within seconds of leaving the hotel but we loved the 2 nights we had there and wish we could have stayed for longer.

We stayed at the Pullman Alacata Resort for one night in October 13th and overall the property itself is stunning. It’s a big, beautifully new hotel with great service at the reception / concierge. You do need a golf cart to get around because it’s pretty large, but the carts run frequently every few minutes, so that’s not a big issue. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, although they did get a bit humid The highlight for us was definitely the infinity pool with its amazing beach views—that was the main reason we booked the hotel. The real downside for us was the service at the pool bar, especially dealing with the supervisor. We ordered piña coladas, and when they weren’t blended as we requested, we were basically told they couldn’t do it because it was happy hour and they didn’t have time. The supervisor was quite rude and basically refused to accommodate a simple request. In a hotel of this level, you’d expect a bit more flexibility and guest focus.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Pullman Hotel. The overall atmosphere of the property is calm, inviting, and beautifully designed. My room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The service from the staff was exceptional—everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcome. The hotel’s bar and swimming pool were among my favorite spots, offering stunning views of the sea that made relaxation even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the hotel’s newly opened restaurant, which I absolutely loved. It features warm, elegant design elements and clearly shows great attention to detail. Overall, the Pullman Hotel delivered an excellent experience, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

My husband and I stayed at Pullman Phuket Naithon Beach Resort for two nights a few days ago, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We were deeply touched by the surprise cocktail gift from the manager on our first day and the invitation to MBar waiting in our room. We went to the bar that evening and had such a fun time dancing and chatting with the staff and other guests — the team’s energy and enthusiasm were truly memorable! The breakfast staff were also incredibly kind and attentive, making our mornings so pleasant. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the team members — from the pool bar staff to housekeeping — for their wonderful service. Although the hotel is not brand new, it is very well maintained, and our room was spotless and comfortable. The location by the sea was absolutely beautiful, and the Vero restaurant was outstanding. Thank you again to everyone at Pullman Naithon for giving us such a lovely and unforgettable memory. It was our first time visiting Phuket, but certainly not the last — we already hope to return again for future holidays!

Stayed here as a couple for 14 nights. What a fabulous hotel! Had a grand deluxe room, which was beautiful. Had the biggest bed I've ever experienced in it! Very generous proportions, lovely bathroom and great view from the balcony. Breakfast was superb, the pastries look like they are in a French Patisserie, they are that good! Lots of choice of food, and they have a juice bar, where you can choose the fruit vegetables you want to be in your juice. Staff p9lite, helpful and very attentive. Spent most days by the infinity pool, where the beds were plentiful, staff attentive and the views were amazing. The hotel is on a steep hill, but you dont need to walk anywhere as their are buggies you can order from your room, or pick up from the lobby or main reception, they are plentiful and you never have to wait long.
