Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach

We had this hotel on our “must-visit” list for a long time, and it was absolutely worth the wait. From the warm welcome at arrival until the very end of our stay, everything felt thoughtful and well organized, making our visit a truly great experience. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. One of the highlights for us was the adults-only pool. It was a perfect place to relax, and we would especially like to thank Khaimook at the pool bar for the excellent service and friendly attitude. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle service that runs every hour to Naithon Beach. It made exploring the area very easy and stress-free. Another standout was the fantastic breakfast. There was a great range of different varieties to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable.

A beautiful beachfront hotel on the absolutely tranquil Naithon Beach, about 15 minutes from Phuket Airport. The entire resort is spacious and wonderfully integrated into the surrounding natural landscape. Our room was a dream: generously sized, beautifully furnished, with a large balcony and stunning views. All the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast leaves absolutely nothing to desire, as well as the two à la carte restaurants, Echo and Vero. The various pool areas offer total relaxation and breathtaking views. The hotel fitness center also boasts ocean views. Loved it and hope to come back one day!

We stayed in a few 5 star hotels in our trip to Thailand and the Pullman Arcadia Naithon was by far the star pick! The location is far enough from the crowds, yet convenient enough to some amazing beaches (Banana Beach was our personal favourite) and restaurants. The hotel itself is spectacular, perched atop a hill with sweeping views of the beach and some great pools with swim-up bars. The staff at the hotel were all so thoughtful and went above and beyond to look after us during our stay. The shuttle service to and from the rooms to the lobby was also a nice touch. We cannot wait for another opportunity to come here again. Definitely a great spot for a relaxing holiday.

We stayed at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach for one night at the end of our Thailand trip, and honestly, our only regret is that we didn’t book a few extra days here. We chose this hotel strategically because of its close proximity to the airport. After coming back from Phi Phi Islands and other places, we didn’t want the stress of a long transfer on our last day, and this location was perfect. The short, easy drive to the airport made our departure completely hassle-free the following morning. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt relaxing and upscale. The property is beautifully designed, the service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect place to unwind after the islands. The room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed, and the staff made everything smooth from check-in to departure. Naithon Beach itself is stunning and much more serene than the busier areas of Phuket. It gave us a final, calm beach experience before heading home. Right outside the resort, there are also plenty of great, low-cost food spots and massage places, which made it easy to enjoy local options without spending much. If you’re looking for a convenient, high-quality stay near the airport, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Next time, we would absolutely plan to stay here longer instead of just one night.

The rooms are well decorated and maintained, the grounds are lovely and tropical, the beach the hotel overlooks is one of the best in Phuket and the staff are all gloriously proactive and helpful and smiley and kind. I had some issues with soundproofing of the room, and the whole team activated incredibly quickly to assist. The food at Echo is great, and the spa is really lovely. The manager is very knowledgeable, and the therapists are good - K. Kam gave me possibly one of the best massages I have ever had. The only thing it that the guest:pool ratio is pretty high and, whilst it's relatively achievable to find a sunlounger, it can feel pretty crowded and you can be a long way from the water. Vero (the Italian restaurant) is probably a reasonable option for families, but I wouldn't recommend it for the discerning diner.

I had an amazing experience at the Pullman Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of my stay there. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and luxurious, with a very calm and relaxing atmosphere.|The spa, in particular, is outstanding. I visited the spa several times, and every visit was better than the last—I honestly didn’t want the experience to end. The staff are extremely professional, especially Kelly, who gave me an incredible massage. Her technique was exceptional, very professional, and truly unforgettable.|A special mention goes to Dao, the spa manager, who pays great attention to every detail. The spa is clearly very well invested in, and customer comfort is always a top priority.|I highly recommend the Pullman Hotel and especially their spa. It’s a truly relaxing and luxurious experience that I would gladly repeat again and again.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was great, and the property itself is beautiful, with lush gardens, plenty of plants, and thoughtful details everywhere. Our kids absolutely loved the kids’ club and the pool, which made the stay even more enjoyable for us as parents. The direct access to Naithon Beach is very convenient, and the views from the hotel over the sea and beach are stunning — especially at sunset. The food was excellent, and breakfast was a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we will definitely come back.
